Warm friendly staff who took care of us as soon as we arrived. The eye checkup was thorough with excellent facilities. My optometrist Lima was professional and made sure my concerns were addressed. There was discrepancies in my vision and lens requirements but there was no pressure to purchase immediately. Online booking system was easy.

Never had a bad specsavers experience but this store is the best one I’ve had. Meryum went above and beyond to help me even though I didn’t deserve this level of care. Will definitely be loyal to this store moving forward

Specsavers are friendly, helpful and efficient. They have a large range of glasses at reasonable prices. I see no reason for me to change from Specsavers after enjoying many years of good service. Bob

I have been calling them once a week for weeks to see if my glasses are ready, they keep saying no. Finally received an email today telling me they've been ready for weeks so I went in there and they made me wait for ages and then couldn't find them. Also they wouldn't refund me these Alex Perry glasses that broke for a second time after already having them repaired.

Had appointment for eye check today. Optometrist (Asian Guy) don’t remember his name. WOW what a rude man. Rushed me through like I was wasting his time. When doing the eye check asking which image was better he would answer for me if I didn’t answer immediately. Terrible experience. Won’t be buying my glasses from this store. Won’t be back .

I had a very good experience at Specsavers Brunswick today. Atif the optometrist and another individual conducting eye pressure tests, provided exceptionally thorough service. I felt well taken care of and received the best possible care. Although I regret not recalling names, I definitely intend to return for future visits.

I left confused and with a pair of ugly sunglasses. Everything is great until the confusing retail up sell. Once I pick up my glasses I will be going else where.
