Easily the best burger we’ve ever had, just incredible (It was the bbq bobba). Just absolute perfection, don’t change a single thing about it! Super delicious fries too. Most of all the owner was just such a great guy and asked us for feedback and just seemed really keen to make the business the best it could be. Note that the meals are huge!

The owner of the restaurant is bad mouthing and threatening honest reviewers and deleting bad reviews to improve his sad restaurant. THIS STINKS WORST THAN HIS FOOD.

We came here for a nice late lunch feed! We both got the chicken burgers, one chicken little and one Omgoodness! The flavour of the burgers itself was great and amazing however the only downside was our chicken was over cooked and a bit tough which was a little disappointing hence the reason for 3 star reviews. We also tried their cheesy fries which was nice and a great choice for a side dish! The service and ambiance was absolutely incredible and so lovely and helpful!

First time coming here been wanting to come for a while, tried the BBQ bobba burger boy was it nice, also I got a chocolate thick shake that was nice too, the other picture is the outback cheesy and cookies and cream shake 13/9/23 I got the southern melt grilled cheese sandwich with a chocolate shake the sandwich was nice and hot and mixed well with the gravy dip and the shake was thick and yum 10/12/23 ordered the chicken parmigiana with a chocolate thick shake, first time trying the Parma it was nice, thick and filling! Two pieces of Parma with chips ( I didn't get the slaw) and the thick shake was great as always

Got the special burger and the doubledee burger and they were awesome not to mention fast service, for such big burgers they came out really quick and the staff were really helpful. 10/10 would recommend and we are definitely coming back. Came back again today and same again great people and great food every time

Ordered this on Menulog and the food was actually hot upon delivery. The food was greasy in the best way that made us crave for more and the chips were superb. Definitely gonna be ordering from them again!

So my hubby and I went here tonight for tea, and it was honestly amazing. So many options for vegetarians (unlike McDonalds!!)! The photo shows the #vegiesqueaky burger, cheese fries on the bottom, and the #neverguess vegan fries on the top. The food was brilliant, so tasty! The man who served us was incredibly friendly and polite and took pride in asking us how our food was at the end of our visit. The ambience in the restaurant was very welcoming, lovely and unique lighting, pleasant music that wasn't too loud, the toilets were clean, fresh water available with a range of sauces to help yourself to. I can't believe we've lived so close but never been here before. 10/10 for sure!!

THE BEST ONION EINGS I'VE EVER HAD! Amazing place for some great American style burgers. Owners are really friendly, and the food tastes great too. Some good vegan options on the menu makes sure there's space for all diets. Pricing is very affordable as well, you pay for what you get. The portions are massive! Highly recommended 🙌🏽

What a venue! The menu is filled with lots of interesting options, and everything came out so large and tasty! Even the small burger was very big, around the diametre of a whopper bun for comparison. The thickshakes are delicious too! Friendly staff too, we had a really swell time

If you like burgers and fries then this is the place for you. They have a wide variety of different burgers, fries and shakes. Their burgers are true to their name and the are quite big and not easy to eat without making a mess. The serves are huge and we were not be able to eat the full thing and had to get takeaway boxes to pack up the leftovers. The staff was quite friendly. They are kids friendly and have high chairs.

I've eaten alot of burgers in my time and these are one of the best I've ever had The mac and cheese croquette inside the chicken burger is really good and not frozen like so many other burger places. The beef is rich and what you expect from a good burger place and the pork is smoky and delicious. The food coma was worth it

3 weeks ago I walked in here with a mate of mine because the menu sounded amazing. We were greeted straight away by the staff, very kind and genuine people who are very patient and super kind and very friendly and we both decided to order the “Omgoodness” burger with a side of fries and a really unique dip. The wait was not actually bad because we knew that they have to cook it and stuff but we waited at least 5-10 and wow it looked good. The burger was actually quite tasty but I wasn’t the biggest fan of the burger I personally thought it tastes above average but the chips were honestly amazing. Overall it was a great restaurant and I highly recommend it.

Great place ! Staff here is so generous especially the guy who was at the front counter. We ordered loaded fries and popcorn chicken which was best and the third item(one on the right) was average . Overall best place to enjoy the evening with drinks. Will come back definitely 🙌🏻

The beef patty is really low quality, it literally taste like a burger from a fish shop. Its frustrating when you look up this place on google, 4.6star rating with some great pictures, you think your going to get a good burger only to receive something of the lowest quality. You may be able to fool people with some dodgy reviews for now, but eventually you will be out of business 😉

Having never heard of Fat Staks, I popped in here after seeing a sign on the road. I’m very happy that I did. There was a large selection, and reasonably priced. The man at the counter was polite and pleasant. And the FOOD WAS FANTASTIC! My teenager was eating in the car and insisted that I try the food because they were so surprised with the quality of food. We will definitely be back!

Lovely burgers… "grumpy" service from the person in front. Delivered our food and milkshake without saying a word. Customer Service 101, “say something” like… Here you go or Enjoy… when you deliver food. Manager made up with “how was everything” at the end. Will come again for the burgers though, not the milkshake.

My partner and I came here for lunch after some shopping at the adjacent mall. It was a super convenient 2 minute walk away and the place was surprisingly quiet. We ordered and the food came in 5 minutes and was absolutely divine. Great sized burgers and so so tasty. Highly recommend :)

The burgers here was great and full of juices. The meat was juicy and soft to bite and wasn’t even floppy. Overall the staff, service and amenities were top. First time seeing a clean bathroom in a burger place LOL. Other than that, the furniture was quite tacky and felt like it would break it I leaned against the support. Very happy and will return with my son one day.

Went here for the first time recently and we loved it!!! Will definitely be making this our local fav. The food and service was amazing, super friendly team. Very catering to our needs - their beef/chicken is halal and they clean the grills if you request halal to prevent cross contamination. The vibe is awesome too, super chill and clean

I took my son here and he had a seizure but the staff were friendly and a nice man with a beard offered us a ride to the hospital. My son died eight days later on, sadly, but the food was fantastic as the restaurant gave us some cabinet treats before we left. Overall great experience.

Size of meals was large (mainly chips), but expect more ingredients in burgers for the price. Restaurant atmosphere was good. Waitress was friendly, but overloaded resulting in poor service. Fat Staks has potential, but improvements need for a better rating.

Amazing!! The veggie squeaky burger is great! Could use more sauce though. Their mac and cheese croquettes are bomb! The canadian parma was also so good. The seasoning they use for their chips make it so unique. Please keep these items on your menu!! A little bit expensive and wait time was a bit long, but it was worth it. Will definitely be ordering from here quite a bit!

Haven't eaten here for a while but decided to return during lockdown. Aussie burger was great, awesome flavour but the bacon wasn't the best. GF buns seemed stale by the families reports. Chips were ok but a little over cooked and salty. I also think they may be news owners.

Ambience not bad. Asked to use the ladies restroom and directed by wait staff. Only to realise it’s out of order. Food is average- a bit dry. They definitely need more than two staff serving tables and taking orders. Kitchen must be an one man show. Order at lunch time and you will get served at dinner time- ok I’m exaggerating but it took more than an hour for two mains to come out of their kitchen.

Waited half an hour!! for my daughter's and my chicken meals and also noticed that all items on the menu want up a dollar since last month....Not sure why as I don't think the cost of the food went up since last month. Unless it's a 'Civid' surcharge....

I ordered a parma burger for my girlfriend and a pulled burger for myself and I was quite pleased with the service. The waiter was very attentive and kind with us. The food was wonderful and very tasty and good sized portions.

Eh. It was OK. Nothing to rave about. The VeggieSqueaky schnitzel is a big greasey and underseasoned. The cheese fries were probably the most enjoyable part of the meal. Lighting in the restaurant was cool. Especially the Lucky Buddha bottles. I will also note that the cushioned seat in the corner against the wall is a freezing spot to sit as the wind just blows straight in through the glass.

Burger are actually better at fatstaks. i have been to this place nearly two years ago but this time I felt like it's better than before. specially the mac n cheese 🤤🤤 the best.

It was a bit difficult to find, but these burgers were worth the effort. Definitely reminded me the burgers back home in the States, fatty but delicious! I went with a friend and they were full, and I couldn't finish my burger despite having had only 4 chips. If you have a hearty appetite, you should know that this is the largest burger I've had since coming to Aus! They get extra points on the chips for seasoning them. A warning, this food was salty! Which is how it should be to replicate a USA like burger. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that there was no forklift service to roll me back to my car after having eaten so much.

If you want quality and quantity without breaking the bank, this is honestly and wholeheartedly the best place to go. I went there for the first time today and could not be more impressed with food quality, portion sizes are amazing the price is unbeatable and from the moment we walked in it felt like we were apart of a family. Apparently, we chose the smaller items on the menu, and my god, are we full. We are so thankful to the amazing owners for being the brightest and happiest people ever they were so welcoming and honest. If you are in the mood for something filling, tasteful, and downright amazing this is the burger shop for you. Cant wait to go back again.

Delectable burgers, chips, shakes and many more….😋 I visited Fat Staks with family for a casual dinner while on vacation in Melbourne from Sydney. Plenty of unique food options available on the menu for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, firstly, really made us quite impressed, and later difficult to decide what to order or not 👀. Wish we could had experienced all menu items on the same day, but of course was almost impossible. I would like to highly recommend all visitors to Melbourne not loosing the opportunity to enjoy the delicious food this restaurant offers. Hope Fat Staks fellows would consider to begin a similar restaurant in Sydney also 🤞
