One of the best gyros in Melbourne; was worth travelling 30km. Food, ambiance, cleanliness and presentation all 10/10; highly recommended place. Meat was deliciously marinated and tender, salad dressing was also great. They cooked and served the for with passion. P.S. Host couple was lovely and welcoming.

Best greek food in town. Generous portion and absolutely delicious food. We’ve ordered lamb, chicken and sausage gyros. Everything is so good, couldn’t not fault one thing. Service is also great and lovely. This is what I’ll have for lunch every Friday.

This small cafe is a new favourite and I can't wait to go back! The gleaming white white walls and ultra-clean surfaces (including the floor) made a great first impression. The gyros we ordered were the best I have ever eaten. The bread was fresh. The meat was tender and tasty. You could see nothing had been sitting around all day. We ate in and the service was spot on. They even gave us real glasses for our soft drinks!! I have gone past here many times and I am now so sorry I haven't made the effort to go in and eat. Price is reasonable, owners are charming and can't do enough for you. Best of all the food is homemade and what the owners eat themselves. Can't wait to go back. They have my highest recommendation.

AMAZING!!! The best souvlaki We have ever had. The flavour and love that went into it was out of this world. I’ve never had a more flavoursome souvlaki in my life. The gentleman was super friendly and his wife was lovely. All the desserts are home made by his wife, The baklava was fantastic and the gentleman gave me a taste test of another dessert called Melfi. I took that home too. If you like custard desserts I highly recommend it, it was absolutely delicious.

Shouldn’t have the rating of 4.7 stars. Getting off real lightly this joint. Servings small and stingy, food kinda tasteless, no one wants warmed up meat from the day prior. Also, no chilli sauce, no tarama, no this, no that. Annoying! Take it from a Greek, these guys are doing just enough to please the people of Greensborough who would not know authentic Greek food if it backhanded them. Gave them 3 try’s since they’ve reopened as the owner is nice and friendly but unfortunately mate, I saw no improvements. I’ll now go elsewhere for my Greek food.

I entered the venue, and was greeted by passionate, lovely people. They took my order with a smile on their face, so i felt very comfortable at the venue. And when the food came it looked delicious. The food delivered, it was extremely tasty and made in the traditional greek way, no lettuce. This was very refreshing and the meat was cooked perfectly. Great people, great food. 5 stars.

Great little local kebab shop / cafe. Got takeaway here a couple of times now. Hoping they have a takeaway menu / phone number so I can order more in future.

Solid Greek souv with the chips and all. The lamb was a little dry for me so next time I'll get the sticks instead. Def worth a try.

Went for lunch and was disappointed with the quality. The chicken was reheated and fatty. The chips were a bit stale. I’m sure if fresh gyro it would have been better, however my first experience was poor.

The single best souvlaki place I have ever been to in Australia, I’m Greek, I’ve been to Greece multiple times and this is on par and even better. Please read that again, if you are thinking of going to this place DO IT. It is bloody amazing, seriously, stop reading my review and go you will not regret it. The lamb and pork souvlaki is one of the best things I have ever tasted and I’m not even exaggerating.

I've worked all over the world as a chef, including Greece, these are the best souvlaki/ gyros you can get, the lamb is amazing. And the home made baklava is the best you'll have. I eat here every week, its a good healthy option too.

YUM. Finding authentic Greek takeaway outside of Greece can be hit and miss. This tasted like what I would eat in Greece. One of my fave restaurants in Thornbury is a bit far from where I now live, so I thought I'd try this place based on the reviews and its local to me. I got a chicken gyro. Traditional crispy pita, flavoursome thin chicken with chips, tomato, thinly sliced red onion and tzatz. A classic, done well. Not too big to the point you'd feel stuffed. I personally would've preferred more chips inside so I will ask next time. I'll be back. Euxaristw!

Food was average. I personally don’t like chips in my souvlaki, so I requested for those to be taken out, but then my souvlaki came without lettuce so it felt like it was missing the bulk of the souvlaki itself. I thought it was an error but the lady, who wasn’t very friendly from the beginning, informed me that they don’t use lettuce. The souvlaki was oily and messy - really hard to hold and eat. The restaurant loses 1 start for the poor service from the older lady and 1 star from the food.

I'll start with a positive. The premise was clean and well maintained. The lamb was chewy and not a great deal of flavour. Far from Greek tastes and aromas. The Kourabiethes were very westernised and didn't contain cooked almonds (generally used)instead raw ones. Also they were moist but not buttery and lacked flavour. This place is too westernised for me, I like authentic and was surprised not to get this especially from Greek people. The salad came in a tiny container and didn't match the potion size of meat and chips. I won't be returning but wish them all the best. P.s The salad was the tastiest part of the meal

Could not recommend more. Service was amazing, food was delicious and I was really impressed on how clean everything was. Would give more stars if I could!
