It was very unfortunate we had to pull out our daughter after 2 years attending. Personally, I was very disappointed and a bit sad. They have had high staff turn over, including directors. They are unreliable, you can't trust the information they share, and accounts always makes mistakes charging extra. 1300 phone number is never answered, calls back never happen. Sometimes the director has the answers and help, some other times she will be as lost as you are. I believe many of the problems are coming from higher up. I won't go into more details but I wasn't happy with management and the educational programs they have for the children, no extra activities like sports, yoga, etc, repetitive daily activities and many times not up to children age, in particular for those that are eligible for kinder and are kept in lower level rooms, very low levels of communication, and many others small annoyances, in general it didn't feel right. Although my daughter was happy, she loved her snacks, playing outside, some of the educators and friends, we were interested in something better for her and are very happy with our decision to have moved her to a new centre.

My son (14 month old now) goes to this center. He is been going here from last 4 months. The staff is very warm and caring. The center is very well equipped and very clean and inviting. Very good food and My son is loving it. Veronica and Jackie are the best kinder teachers. They helped my son to settle in very quick time. They look after the kids very well. I have noticed that they put on beanie and extra jacket on to My son if he playing outdoor in winter, that shows how caring they are :-) Natalie, the Center Director is very helpful. We are very pleased and happy to choose this center and highly recommend for everyone!

Waste Child care and Kindergarten. Charged money for my daughter, even though, she is not attending any more in the Child care. Called the Child care and the management heaps of times; say, we are not responsible for the money deducted. Have to be careful.

Bliss is amazing!!! My 17month old son has been at the centre since he was 4 months old. The staff are fantastic and friendly. All staff are very encouraging and empathetic when required. No question is ever unanswered. Natalie - The Director is AMAZING! She personally taught my son kinder 10 years ago and when I heard she running Bliss I couldn’t put my youngest son in quick enough. My son loves going to daycare - he has made many friends, and adores his teachers

We just moved to Werribee 3 months ago from the northern suburbs and it was tricky to pick as to where we would send our 1 year old daughter. Once my husband and I attended a tour with the manager, Rachel, we were instantly impressed with how well she runs the centre and enrolled within the week. Our daughter absolutely loves it here, since attending she has taken her first steps and started eating with cutlery. They are all about reaching those developmental milestones for the kids. Compared to the last childcare we sent her, they are on top of her care plan. I've never once had to remind or pull them up on how to do things. Very clean and professional childcare, would highly recommend to anyone to send their children here. Couldn't rate it high enough!

Warning for all families before enroling your child beware about every things,Busy bees wyndham vale not reliable center, they just care about the money not customer satisfaction, They charged money for the waiting list even though they said they had the capacity and will call me for orientation next couple of days but don't and put me in waiting list before inform me and charge me.no one answered properly when I asked them why you first day told you have availability then put me on waiting list?!!!! All just happen for money!!!!

The best daycare with the best manager Rachel and friendly staff members who are doing an amazing job of providing the best learning experiences for all the children equally. Certainly, that brings them exceeding in all working areas.

Bliss has been absolutely amazing both of my kids. The centre is always calm and all staff are friendly. The meals always smell amazing and the facility is always fresh and clean. Couldnt be happier my kids go here. Highly recommend to anyone. Thank you to all staff from Nat to educators to Troy for what you do

This centre is fantastic. The staff show such care for your child. They create a very warm loving environment for children to play and learn. My son Jaxon loves his time here and often asks to go to school on days when he is at home. On more than one occasion I have been met with a tantrum when I come to pick him up because he does not want to leave. I can not praise this centre, the director and the wonderful staff enough. Thank you girls for making our family feel so welcome.

I had an appointment for today at 1:00pm for a tour. I tried to call an hour before my appt to ask few questions and a lady answered the phone like this “ hello hello “ I was confused if I called a personal number I just felt the way the answered the phone was very unprofessional Also I never received a call why I missed this appt But I received a text msg …( Hi Zeina, Thank you for attending your Service tour at Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale. My child found it very difficult to adjust to this place and constantly complained that one of the ladies punish him. We eventually moved to a different childcare, and the little one has had no issues.

I have worked at most centres in Wyndham as a CRT and this centre is a stand out, the cook Troy’s food is amazing, the centre manager Jess runs this centre with care like it was her own baby. Anyone who leaves a bad review on here because of money or because their child could not get into the centre should not use google reviews to take revenge because they don’t understand the policy’s and procedures of the centre’s and the way they operate.

I can’t even begin to express how much my son loves coming to his new “little school”. We have both been made to feel so included and important within the centre already. My son is receiving the most excellent care from passionate and engaged educators who treat him so incredibly well. They have taken time to really get to know him and all about his interests. I whole heartedly recommend Little Learning School in Wyndham Vale and thanks so much to the Director Natalie and all the staff who have created a centre where the children are respected and their well being cared for in a most spectacular way. This is something I haven’t come across often while my son has been in care.

My son has settled in extremely well at Little Learning School. The staff are absolutely amazing! Experienced, caring and very welcoming from the moment we had our first orientation. This has made my Son’s transition very smooth. The centre facilities are top notch and Natalie is the most warm and friendly centre director I have met, and it is apparent she is genuinely invested in each child’s happiness and wellbeing at the centre. We are so very happy to be part of the little learning school family!! :)

I have found Little Learning School to be an exceptional Centre. My child and myself have been made so very welcomed. The centre itself is amazing, equiped with the very best learning experiences. The Director Natalie is outstanding, her knowledge, her warmth to the parents and children. The staff are also lovely and very well educated. My son loves attending the centre, in a short period I can already see the positive learning he has made. We are very happy. I definitely recommend Little Learning School in Wyndham Vale.

I wasn't going to post a review but I've been screwed around for the last time. Ive been ripped off and been way overcharged and when I tried to question it the manager got frustrated and raised her voice several times. I pulled my son out as he wasn't settling very well. I gave the 2 weeks notice in writing and then they lost the letter and tried saying his end date was an extra week later. I emailed the letter and the manager said she had fixed the right end date only to find she still has him enrolled with days booked in. I called Centrelink to ask them to remove his enrolment on their end but unfortunately busy bees has to do it and they haven't even told Centrelink that my son doesn't go there anymore. My account is in credit so she said she would do the refund for me, I received another invoice for days after his end date so I emailed the manager and said she had now deleted his bookings and since my account was in credit that I wouldn't be charged. I checked my bank account this morning and of course I have been charged. I would NOT recommend this centre at all!
