    Specsavers Greensborough are fantastic. Staffing levels match the customer volume which is typically always high. Their approach to customers is always bright, helpful and appropriate. No pushy sales, just advice and support. They are happy to make adjustments to glasses on walk-ins; so nice to not get attitude and eye rolls when asking for a service that isn’t charged for.

    They had one job... Glasses delivered after 3 week wait to find they have the wrong script. No apology, said they'd fix it for free. So generous. I've already paid $400 for their mistake. Now they've promised another 3 week wait with headaches squinting and blurred vision... They're just an assembly line. Even the sales assistant said she goes to OPSM.

    Deceptive Brands Alert Spectators Greensboro deceived me twice, selling subpar and uncomfortable contacts. The optical ones were uncomfortable, and the colored ones blurred my vision so much I had to remove them while driving. Despite the issues, Specsaver Gainsborough refused refunds. Thankfully, I've severed ties, but dealing with them was a complete rip-off. Beware!

    Happy repeat customer. All staff very professional communicated my needs in a way that was easy to understand. Examination, choosing and fitting of new glasses all went smoothly with no complications. Minor repair done to my old glasses free of charge and I was wearing my new glasses within 2 weeks of choosing and purchasing.

    Very good experience. Professional staff and very quick. The staff member who assisted me in choosing glasses was very helpful and friendly without being pushy. I went a bit wild with my choice so hopefully they will look ok when I pick them up.

    Been a customer for 4years always the same experience. Staff need more freedom to be more flexible when offering products, Spec Savers is the McDonalds of eye care if you want straight off the menu. Lets see if they take on board my survey recommendations for Health Fund allotments. Time to shake it up "Spec Savers" your getting complacent.

    Got the new Distance Glass's very excited, silly of me not to thing of Close up Reading as well...such a bother to change glass's each time. My Bad...unknowingly for me from Specsavers I was not informed about Multi Focal Lense's...Now need to wait another year to get concession from my Health fund in order to get the benefit's again...Moral of Review! Research everything BEFORE committing to Glass's and Specsavers should be informed to explain this as well to unknowing clients.

    I have gone to Specsavers Greensborough since the store opened. I have moved out of the area but continue to go to Specsavers Greensborough because of their wonderful Customer Service. Everybody who works there go above and beyond what is expected of their duties.

    I had a fantastic experience with my latest purchases. I had a lovely lady helping me initially with choosing the right frames (and she was VERY patient); through the whole process to organising the eye tests (and hearing test - thanks for that!); to all the tests that we done and clearly explained what was happening and what the results were - right through to collecting my new glasses and fitting. Excellent service. My only query is - do you have a service to recycle old frames to give to communities or countries that could benefit from second hand frames?

    hi just like to thank you to the staff at the greensborough store l walked in this morning to see if they could fix my glasses which l had bent they said no problem i could or come back so went shopping came and all fixed with hassels or drama and free of charge thats how you keep your customers well done guys and agian Thank you

    Spec savers Greensborough 100% 5 stars!!! 5 stars in: - always having a-lot of friendly staff on to provide outstanding service. - quick, efficient and expert advice. Shout out to Reece. Served me twice by chance and one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. A friendly soul is what this world needs from time to time. We need more people like Reece :) Very happy experience Would recommend!

    To start with the eye test was professional as usual. After receiving my new glasses, I had to return to the store. I was concerned that my glasses were not quite right. Unfortunately the young gentlemen informed me that there was absolutely nothings that could be done to rectify the problem. Bit disappointing. Maybe I need to go somewhere different in the future.

    The staff are lovely and accommodating to me as a wheelchair user who is nonverbal and who can’t have the flashing image test due to seizures. The glasses are quite expensive but they usually have two for one deals and you can always buy frames online or elsewhere and get them fitted with your prescription. The hearing tests are only free for elderly people unfortunately, which wasn’t made clear by the advertisements and posters about it which is a bummer

    This is my preferred Specsavers. Even though I have now moved a little farther away, I still make the drive to attend this practice. My needs can be complicated, and while other optometrists I have been to tend to have a one size fits all attitude, these guys treat me as an individual. They're friendly, considerate and downright pleasant to deal with. Of course, it means you have to go to the cavernous Greensborough Plaza, which is like a dystopic hellscape designed to intimidate the innocent, but aren't most shopping centres like that now? Anyway, that's a review for another day. As far as Specsavers goes, triple star rating from me and I encourage you to go there, too.

    Really happy with the staff and the service. Disappointed that I missed out on the $199 offer because I paid for my $249 glasses one week before. Many companies refund the difference if the special occurs within a short timeframe following the transaction.

    The new hearing aids have definately improved my confidence and quality of life. Neelima took me through all the hearing tests and costs then recommended and programmed the final product .....a very comprehensive and professional customer service experience with all my questions answered with further follow ups addressing any future concerns during my 3 month free trial .... I'm so excited now to be hearing a new world around me !!!!!! Thanks specsavers !!!!!

    Visited here because of the good reviews. It was just as everyone says - an excellent experience! The optometrist was really helpful and did a thorough eye examination. All of the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I had outstanding assistance from the moment I walked in through to getting my eyes tested, choosing amazing and suitable glasses and being told about what to expect for later too. I will definitely be recommending this Specsavers to everyone I know and I recommend it to you if you are looking for a good Specsavers :)

    Thank you to the optomerist (I didn't catch her name) and the retail assistant Claire at the Greensborough store on 13th June 22, for a great customer service for my mum who hates the whole "medical/doctor experience". They had fantastic professionalism and advice for someone who has a complex work environment with the need of glasses. They did an exceptional job. 😊

    Very disappointed with #specsavers I have been getting my glasses (and 4 family members) from Specsavers for quite sometime now (every year for at least 5). I am a patient person, but enough is enough. I gravitate towards the Superdry brand, but every year they try and give me a Specsavers glass case with my glasses. Today wasn't an exception, I went to pick up my glasses and no Superdry case. When I refused the specsaver one, she said they didn't have anymore Superdry. What I find very hard to understand is if I have ordered Superdry glasses, what are they doing with the case the Superdry obviously supplies them?? Anyway other bone I have to pick with them is they are happy to sell you 2 pairs of glasses but they only ever give you one bottle of glass cleaner! I know I will be going back to OPSM with my family next year (once I get my Superdry case!)

    I went in for my first eye test today and had a super lovely time because of it. I don't remember the name of the optometrist who helped me, but Matt was the sales person who helped me with my glasses and he was an absolute delight. He then had to go take care of something as it was the end of the day and passed me to Reece who was lovely also. Will definitely be coming back here in the future :)

    I have been going to Specsavers for at least 8 years and find the staff to be attentive and professional. The testing is thorough each time I go for eye test and the optometrist willing to follow up on my specific eye issues with my ophthalmologist. An excellent level of service and good prices for frames. John

    Visited here in 2021 because of the good reviews. The optometrist Clyde Chinyamunzore was really helpful and had a professional approach. He showed that he had knowledge and understanding of the job. All of the staff were cheerful and helpful. It was really an amazing experience to get such an awesome service from a team showing great customer service.I will definitely recommend this Specsavers to everyone I know 😀

    I came in the store a couple days ago and I was blown away with the service. I was greeted by Leah the lovely lady at the front who brought me to a seat, then came over a man called Victor who was amazing. Hopefully he'll be in when I pick up my glasses because his service was incredible! after getting the tests done with the air puffer machine I got brought in with Jason who was very professional and had a lovely chat with him about overwatch. Lastly I was brought back out and was helped again by Victor who was a wizz when it came to picking them. I will be coming back in again (to pick up my glasses of course)

    My experience at Specsavers Greensborough has been excellent. After a recent cataract operation, the Optometrist at Specsavers examined my eyes and recommended two pairs of new multifocal glasses, one of sunglasses, and the two pairs are very good and the service I received was excellent.

    The most amazing service you can receive! Honestly couldn't have met a better bunch of people/team then the team at Grand Central Toowoomba. So incredibly friendly and kind! They really do go above and beyond for their customers and make you feel like they really do care. Tara has the most amazing smile and approach! You can feel the love and warmth from her heart plus always so professional. I can really tell she loves her job and truly helping her customers. I wish every workplace had someone like Tara. I recommend spec savers to all my family and friends because I know they will get the very best service possible! Thank you!

    Took my eye test after making my appointment online. Received a reminder text message. Everything went well. My biggest problem was picking what frames to choose. Everything was seamless. Received a message when the glasses were ready to pick up. Had a fitting for my glasses. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

    The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I didn't wait long to see the optometrist. One assistant in particular, Tanya, was very helpful and stayed with me throughout the whole process of choosing glasses and explaining payments and procedures.     Excellent Customer service and engagement from the entire team. I used to use a small local optometrist until It was recommended that I try Specsavers by a close friend. I did and found the entire experience excellent. The team provided fantastic customer service. were engaging, knowledgeable, well presented and treated me like an individual. I found I paid 40% less for my glasses at Specsavers. Then I did from my local optometrist previously, excellent value for money.

    The team at Greensborough were very friendly and knowledgable. Kate walked me through the pre-tests and then I had my eye test. These tests were very thorough, which I liked because then I knew that my new lenses would be perfect for my needs. Kate also went to great lengths to help me find the perfect glasses! I’m very happy with the 2 frames I picked out! Thank you Kate!
