Thoroughly enjoy dineamics food range. Love that we can pop into the store for a quick and healthy meal and be sitting down enjoying it soon after getting home. Lots of flavor in the meals too. Nothing to fault to be honest. Good and yum 🤤

Don’t order from here your meals just won’t turn up… absolutely disgusting and appalling. People are relying on your service for their meals to turn up. I am a heavily pregnant, stay at home mum and have relied on these meals to feed myself for the next couple of days and they just don’t turn up. Not even any communication, and the LIVE tracking they send you isn’t LIVE.

Dineamics is a fab store to grab some healthy take home meals, or a nutritious lunch or snack. With fridges full of delicious looking ready meals, dinner is ready in minutes for time poor people. However, I was after a yummy lunch, so I grabbed a ham, cheese and chutney toastie and a fab mango smoothie. My order was made really quickly and the staff were lovely and helpful. I love the vibe of this place with it's natural light, light wood and indoor plants. I grabbed my lunch as takeaway, but would be happy to dine in next time, and maybe I will try some of those ready meals.

We didn't realise that the food was not fresh. We made a mistake in our order and tried to change it three days before the due date and they refused to change it. We didn't realise that the food sat for at least 3 days in transport before it arrived to us. The website says cooked daily but this is not the case. The food is not cooked the day before it gets to you. I asked to speak with a Supervisor a week ago and so far no one has called me. I guess that they don't need us as a new customer.

Not even one star. Got food poisoning from eating the food. STILL suffering now refused to acknowledge and then sent my order to wrong address and spouted t&c at me to tell me it’s my problem. AMAZING customer service. Rip off merchant. Stay away and save yourself the pain.

I’m very disappointed that Dineamic no longer deliver to the door and look after ndis and disabled customers. I find this behaviour very discriminatory. Dineamic are also charging me for a spoiled food delivery. 😡😡😡

Ok … I got your “Slow Cooked Lamb” at $6.96 ( Twas reduced from whatever $10.00 ) FOUR TEENY TINY little bits of lamb (I guess ) I get it … I know it’s a “ snack “ or a “sample “.. & I already boiled up a load of sprouts, pumpkin , rice etc .. to go with it but geez .. Glad I didn’t shell out a tender for it 🙂 Not many Lambs died for my dinner this eve … Anyway Carry on

Dineamic have dynamic delivery drivers who have dynamic driving skills who right after delivering your food, end up backing into your car, smashing the taillights, do a dynamic running from the incident and then when you call Dineamic, they have dynamic customer service people who advise that their dynamic delivery driver is a contractor hence they don't have their contact details. I am now left chasing the driver on my own even though its a company that has been appointed by Dineamic. Its a very dynamic organisation with such dynamic people all the way from delivery, customer service, i wonder if this is the same amount of care they take while cooking the food. No amount of YouTube marketing will ever take you anywhere, if you don't CARE about your customers. I dynamically press SKIPAD button everytime a Dineamic ad comes up on YouTube and have dynamically cancelled future meal subscription from your company.

Great atmosphere with friendly staff. Food is what it is - nutritious and tasty AF. Great price point and servings are generous! My fave is the Malaysian coconut curry. Coffee is DEVINE and always hits the spot

This here is a fine example of what not to do. Matcha here is really poor. It is not well mixed in, leaving small clumps of matcha and there is no fragrant matcha flavour. The pricing structure is also very shoddy as the board says the matcha price is $5 and the alternative milk is .50c extra. Which is transparent. What isn't transparent is when ordering a iced drink they will slap on an extra 50c saying that the ice warrants an extra 50c. There appears to be much nicer offerings elsewhere in South Yarra.

I’ve ordered the low-FODMAP meals online twice now & they are great. Tasty, healthy & easy. I have one for lunch on days when I am low on time. It would be great if the low-FODMAP meals came in a bigger size, they are great for lunches however aren’t filling enough for dinners. Really like the communication regarding delivery status & updates.

They don’t have a fixed timetable to order smoothies in-store. I have asked some of the girls who don’t want to prepare one, and they reply that it depends on whoever is closing that day if they decide to finish receiving smoothie orders earlier. It is disappointing to come to the store at 5:15 and not be able to order one when the store closes at 7 p.m. on weekdays. I prefer reliable stores, where you know what to expect from them beforehand. Fixed timetables are much better for customers. Some of the employees are really nice and have a positive can-do attitude, and they receive smoothies orders up until 6pm, which is much more logical.

My order didn’t arrive on the day it was scheduled and I had to reach out to Dineamic to ask where my order was - they didn’t make contact with me to let me know there was a delay. When I asked them to compensate for the delay they didn’t respond to my email until I emailed three times and the told me the best they can offer is an apology. Avoid ordering from them if you would like your orders to arrive on time.

Such a shame my first experience is so bad. I have not even tasted the food yet! Order did not arrive and they would not refund the money. I really wonder if Dineamic is wanting returning customers? Please read all reviews on product reviews before you hand your money to Dineamic!!!

Vegan stir fry and risotto type one are absolutely tasteless - got a few more meals to try but can’t imagine they will be any good after the two I’ve experienced.

Tasty healthy food made fresh. Very convenient and feels great to be able to have a welcoming place to pick up meals. You can have a fresh coffee and even eat one of the meals in store!

Placed an order 4 days ago, booked in for delivery on a Monday 12am-7am received 2 email notifications & an SMS with my tracking > Nothing arrived . When I was finally able to reach someone was told that it shouldn’t have allowed me to pick the days I wanted or something along those lines . Basically it wouldn’t be able to get to me for another 4 days . Fix your $hit . Some of us are working over 12 hours to keep Melbourne stable. Least you can do is have an accurate order & delivery system .

I’ve had nothing but positive experience with the Dineamic meals. I usually pick some up at this store or at my local supermarket. The meals are quite filling and tasty (given that they are ready to eat meals). My favourite are the pasta meals, paella and curries! They help me heaps with staying on track with counting calories! I usually eat one for lunch, or dinner but I usually add more veggie and protein to make it more substantial for evening times.

Do not waste your money. After giving my husband food poisoning, they were unwilling to issue a new box of food or give us a refund. Terrible experience. Thankfully my husband ate the meal first and not me as I’m 30 weeks pregnant.

The ladies here are great, they get to know customers well and are always up for a lovely chat. The service is impeccable and drinks and food taste great. I’m always finding myself coming back here for a hot choccy between work.

Went in to grab a quick meal and a coffee. They have an amazing food selection for all dietary requirements and the service was incredible, very kind and friendly staff! Will be back

I regularly pop in on my way from the gym and always get lovely service from Amber and the girls. The chicken and chorizo paella is amazing!!!
