They sold me fake gold and wouldn’t refund me

Don’t buy anything from this store because if you want to return then they have their own return policy ,they don’t follow Michael hill moreover you can’t even return this in other outlet don’t know what they do with the receipts. I purchased a ring and went there to return after 10 days due to change of mind and the staff behaviour was strange and became aggressive in couple of minutes their so called manager was next level rude and shouting even have no manners how to talk to customers.He was provoking and threatening us regardless of bothering about my 6yrs old who got scared of him . Can’t believe that this kind of people are working for renowned stores and do not have basic manners . Worts place to visit …

One of the worst front staff , totally different dealing at the time of purchase and return. The so called frustrated manager does not even know how to deal with customers , he yelled like illiterates .Not a single staff has any courtesy to stop the stupid manager who was shouting like stupids . Beware of buying from them because by any chance if you change your mind then can be mad on you , if there is no cameras in the store otherwise they can even hurt you if you are asking for refund .

I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from Anastasia and Vesna at Michael Hill in Epping tonight. Every visit is a delight due to the kind and lovely staff and I wanted to give a special shoutout to these two. Their excellent service continues to make every visit special for my wife and I. From the moment we stepped into the store, the exceptional service from Anastasia shone brightly. But even before entering her friendly wave set a welcoming tone. It's not just during our visits that we feel valued – even while in the plaza, passing by the store, all of the staff’s warm smiles, nods, and hellos make us feel like part of the Michael Hill family. Their consistent kindness and attentiveness truly make every interaction memorable and is the reason we continue to return to this store!

Staff very helpful and lovely

Bought a ring there. The older lady (I know here name but won’t name and shame) who served me didn’t have a good understanding of the store stock and where things were, she took nearly 10 mins to find the ring I’m after and only found it because I pointed at their new collection. She told me the ring I wanted didn’t come in size L1/2 and I must pay over $50 for the care package and get it resized when the website does offer it. I asked her if I could try on a ring in size L in any style so that I can get them online instead and she told me THE ENTIRE STORE DOESNT HAVE A SINGLE RING THAT’S MY SIZE. I’m sorry but I don’t believe that, you’re a jewelry store. She was too lazy to go find a ring for me to try even after I’ve purchased an item. Undertrained and lazy staffs. Disappointing

Refused to repair my ring because staff might get the virus .been shopping there many many years spent thousands and they lost me as a client .

Very nice and experienced staff. They are quite helpful and their opinions knowledgeable. Had a bracelet that broke, they organised an exchange in no time and weren’t fussed at all. Goes to show this large chain isn’t stingy!

Worst service, went in there today to have a look for a wedding band. No hello, one was serving a customer and other wasn't when i looked around the other sales person was already with another customer didn't even acknowledge me. Once the other one finished with her customer still didn't even approach me. Soon another customer walked in and straight away she walked up to her to greet her and asked if she wanted help. So rude!!! I would never go back in the one in Epping.. Hopefully the broadmeadows store will be more helpful. Fingers crossed

Went in to look at wedding bands and they were incredibly helpful, we ended up coming back 6 or so months later as we had reserved the types of rings we were after and the same lady who served us was more than happy to help us again and even remembered us. Great service, very helpful with pricing and care plans.
