When you're deciding which nursing home will best care for your vulnerable elderly Parent AVOID Twin Parks Age Care... Look for a nursing home with enough Nurses that are PROPERLY TRAINED and CARERS who dont NEGLECT your loved one... What I seen at Twin Parks Age Care and how my elderly Parent was treated was inhumane...horrendous...and has left me scared for LIFE. the food is terrible...NOT FIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION...always COLD...No Care or Presentation just slapped up and Resident's Suffer...

Called up to take a tour - was told to come straight down to look around. Arrived at the facility and was told I wasn't able to enter without having a recent RAT test. This wasn't discussed on the phone at all. Complete waste of time and shows a huge issue with internal communication. Will be looking elsewhere for permanent residency for my mother.

This place is poorly managed and the staff is HORRIBLE. The nurse Sufal Rajsapkota was taking in his own language bullying another staff. This is the scene I witnessed. How can you make fun of people in YOUR OWN language who works with YOU. Have some shame. You should not be a nurse if you want to behave like that. Also not to forget EACH and EVERY room smells horrendous. Nothing looks or feels clean or fresh. No air fresheners, no wipes nothing for the residents. The staff is leaving work on each other. If you don’t want to work then why bother coming. Resign and sit home. TERRIBE aged care.

They did a great Christmas lunch for the residents who couldn't go out today. The staff were great, dressed in Christmas t-shirts. Dad got prawn cocktail, roast pork and vegetables, pudding with custard, sparkling drink, a tin of shortbreads, tea and coffee. It was so nice.

Very sad and disappointed way I was treated as a staff member by management. I was a caring and devoted worker. Glad to not be there

My father passed away in this facility recently. No end of life care shown towards him. He passed and was left for 40 minutes until someone came, only after I made a complaint that no one had come to his room. He died with no dignity. Staff need to be trained in order to provide better care in these situations.

I am so impressed with both the staff, the environment and the excellent standards of this aged care residence. I have exceptionally high standards regarding health care having supervised a health care team for many years and Twin Parks meets and indeed exceeds all of those standards. The staff provide respectful, professional care, the food is excellent, the exercise and other services of excellent standard. I highly recommend this aged care residence. Doreen Akkerman, AM

I had a family member here in these covid times. The staff and management went above and beyond to make sure we had information everyday. We had FaceTime calls and the best care was offered. I will be forever grateful. I could not ask for a better place for a family member to be.

I Tried calling them in Covid times and no answer for 2 weeks and then they answer the phone after 2 weeks and they said they had COVID-19 Don’t go there The worst place ever

Very poor management, do not care for staff nor residents, would not send my worst enemy there, let alone a loved one. Staff are over worked and as a result are known to leave resident sitting in there own filth for hours at a time. would give less then one star if i could.

The worst nursing you could you to . I tried ringing them everyday they would answer and say there nurses are busy and they told me they had Covid case there and they wouldn’t let us talk to our loved one

I wouldn't send my cat here for care! One staff member had left my mother sitting in underwear dirty with faeces for a long time & then had the audacity to tell her "don't you think you complain a lot" when asked to be changed! No care taken for her dietary needs whatsoever

Acceptable services for the elderly. A lady who had been there complained about how they didn't clean her room properly.

One of your residents came to see a GP and it was a nightmare getting any information about the patient. All we needed was a medication chart to see what medication the pt was on and the facility refused to give it to GP

Felt care was not a standard for my husband, needing a lot of assistance, buzzers not answered as promptly as could have been. Staff very attentive when there.

Great staff Great Service. Very Clean Facility. Management wonderful, Excellent Food, Lots of different Activities. My dad done some respite and was sad to leave. We have found our Nursing Home right here

While some of the staff were lovely, they were clearly overworked. My stepmother ended up being quite depressed during her stay there and I felt that the food was very poor and inadequate for people who need good nutrition just to get by.

The residents of west wing has my heart. I miss few of them. But one of the staff member was so rude and got not manners to talk to someone.

Well what a lovely clean place i visited today. It looks like a hotel. From the time i walked in i was impressed. No bad smells and staff that make you feel most welcome. Food smelt and looked amazing. All the people whom live here are well dressed and looked as they they enjoyed the activities.

What a fab place. My uncle was here for a long time and we loved the place. He was well looked after by all the staff. There was always many things for him to do. This is one of my favourite photos of him with his friends.

My friend was here for a stay in transitional care and the staff are great. My friend was indeed difficult at times yet nothing was ever an issue for the staff.

Visit a lovely lady on a regular basis and must say this place is truly a home away from home. Warm inviting welcoming & truly full of love & support for their clients. Nice clean & well organised.

I work here and what a great place. I have been employed for 12 years and would never work anywhere else. What Twin Parks offers the residents here i have never seen another nursing home offer.

I love this place!! I have just finished work experience here and loved it. The staff are so loving to the residents. Everybody from staff to residents are so happy. What a wonderful place.

Came to visit the place for a show through, very clean, happy people, smells nice and lovely staff. Was happy to book mum in for respite. Mum done 2 weeks and loved it. Mum was in very good hands and will be returning.

Nice place and staff.

My cousin shared some emails between them and the Twin Parks management staff that have left me really shocked. These people are responsible for the care of the elderly. I would be terrified if I had to send my parents here. A lot of the 5 star reviews are from ex staff members, whish raises a conflict of interest and has boosted the overall rating for this joint. I would encourage anyone who reads this to please report those reviews. I'm not saying anything against the nursing staff, apparently they're very nice people. But be warned, the management are an unkind lot who see $$ and not people.

I would like to leave this appreciation post to the staff and management of Twin Parks. Covid has changed so many things in the world however your residents are all so happy and the staff do an amazing job. Thank you for looking after my family member so well

I am very impressed, I just finished my respite stay and i have booked again already. Meals were divine and activities were fabulous I was never bored or felt lonely. I decided to come in as my wife has passed away I was very uncertain but wow what a surprise i received. Care staff so understanding what beautiful people they are.
