Twice now ive been told you're too busy to do a puncture repair at 12pm. Guy with the wizard beard id rude and has zero people skills! Have spent $800 on tyres here once and will never return! Poor service!!

Always too hard. Tried this place 2 times. 1st time I thought fair enough if your too busy, your too busy. Even tho it didn’t look busy at all. 2nd time same. “No sorry, too busy” not even 1 car in the place! Went next door to Ultra Tune. They have easy. 15-20 cars on site and all work hoist bays full. Manager, Patrick. Dropped everything to fix my tyre and only charged me $25! Definitely recommend Ultra Tune Greensborough. Definitely DONT recommend Beaurepaires Greensborough. RUDE, LAZY AND NOT INTERESTED.

Really disappointed that the incorrect battery was put into my car 2 years ago. I have had to replace it and i hope it hasn’t done any damage to my engine. These guys were replacing the original battery in my Skoda. It is a stop-start car and needs a special battery to handle that. Can’t work out how someone can take a certain type of battery out of a car and put a cheaper-incorrect one in. I will now get my Skoda team to replace it when necessary

Had a flat tyre, and the team went over and above changing the valve and the swapping the rim as the first one was leaking around the bead.

Bought a set of tyres less than a week ago and was unlucky enough to get a puncture in one tyre. Dropped in to Beaurepairs Greensborough without notice and they fixed it on the the spot, no fuss! Great service and friendly blokes to boot. Cheers.

Great team there, I purchased some new rims and tyres for my Audi and the team there were fast, professional had clean work shop and tidy reception/waiting area.

This business deserves 0 stars. I had a tyre puncture today and have a very expensive set of rims which I look after with great care. They took the tyre to have the puncture repaired and came back with the rim badly scratched. A whole chunk of chrome coating is gone in several places. Then they had the decency to tell me that it was like that already. I know for sure that the rim didn’t have any scratches before it came on and the marks match the tool they used to get the tyre off.

Outstanding A1 Service!!! A HUGE shout out to Robert & his mechanic!! I arrived there yesterday very flustered with a strange flap flap sound coming from the outside of my car. I was distraught as l had an important NDIS meeting for my disabled brother on the other side of town & was now running late & nervous anyway of driving on the M1 freeway. Robert quickly found a bolt piercing my back tyre & calmly assured me he would have it repaired immediately & l would be back safely on the road in 20 minutes. While Robert got his mechanic to work on it, he kindly got me to sit in the waiting area & patiently listened to me ranting about my stress overload. l was back on the road in 20 minutes as promised. Robert not only kindly waived the repair cost, he told me a quicker way to reach the M1 (repeating it calmly several times) AND followed up with a phone call just this morning to make sure l made the meeting OK. Has definitely restored my faith in human nature, Thank you so much again Robert, your mechanic & Beaurepaires!!!

Not this dealership problem but have a tyre insurance from the Fairfield Dealership but this dealership cannot locate it on the system and even if they could could not fix a tire for a week. Will need to go to another chain to fix and pay again. I have always used them for the last 20 years or more. Beaurepaires is not what it use to be. An ex loyal customer.

I drive out from the city just to come here. All ways get honest advice. The guys are real quick doing there jobs and I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Keep up the good work and will see you guys soon. I'll add theres a shopping centre 5 mins walk from here so while you get the tyres changed there is something to do

Dropped in to get a tyre repaired. No booking. Owner operator was very accommodating and friendly. Tyre repaired and good chat too. Lovely people, good old fashioned service. I always take my cars there if they need tyres or repairs.

Great people, realible product, sharp pricing. Robert and his crew have been looking after our family cars for ages. So good, I never need to look elsewhere.

Always get the road hazard insurance when you get new tyres!
