Bought my Cervelo gravel bike through Royston who helped me out and showed me an awesome looking bike frame not on display that was still boxed. No pushy sales tactics, but explained the features to me. Didn't plan to buy that day, but ended up with a new bike! Royston also hooked me with up with a new Kask helmet that was specially ordered in for me. Thank you guys!

Safe environment, great customer service and very knowledable. Brilliant service. The guys at Cycle House look after you the best they can, always going above and beyond. They run a race team that is going to be huge, and the team is full of really good, down to earth riders. The shop has a lot of product even during the whole Covid19 situation. Always ready to get in when they haven't got the parts. Great work guys.

Bought Dura Ace Pedals online from store. Never sent. Rang store. Russell said item was probably stolen so he doesn’t have it. Refused to refund via AfterPay (The way I purchased item) Said money should go back in my account but never has. Hangs up when I’m trying to get my refund. I was only very polite and patient. Never rude.. This is only my experience with this store and individual but I would steer clear of all these red flags from how this business attempts to run. Spoke to a junior employee there who was very nice and ashamed how his workplace is run but said he doesn’t have permission to do his job properly regarding money. Very sad. Be warned.

Needed help when I couldn't get an MTB tubeless tyre seated. Called up the shop and Adam said come on in! He spent an hour wrestling with my tyre but got the job done and only charged me the standard fee. Charging more for the short notice would've been justified but nope, standard free. This is without any booking and it also being my first time visiting this store. Amazing service, friendly staff, excellent results. Highly recommended.

I bought a bike from Cycle House in Greensborough last weekend and picked it up this weekend. The service from Oliver when searching for an buying a bike was incredible. He was very knowledgeable and I was able to select a great bike with his assistance. Then on pick up, I was helped by Lachy who was also extremely wonderful and ensured that I was confident with my new bike before leaving the store.

Thanks so much to Russell, Royston and the team for really looking after my son and me with our bikes - especially Royston, for going to the trouble of fitting a rack I just bought there for my e-bike. Great place for repairs & servicing as well as for cycling gear - or any thing you might need for your bike.

Went in and got a tube and tyre for my kids bike. Haven't changed one in quite a while! Stuffed it up and took the wheel in the next day thinking the tube was faulty. Fixed my terrible job in no time and wasnt willing to call me stupid (-1 star because I clearly am) but saved my pride (+1 star because I am embarrassed.) Great service and such a good selection of gear that I hate taking my kids in!

Very helpful. I just required the crown race fitted to my new fork. I called up, then dropped in and the mechanic Ryan fitted while I waited. Excellent service and also very helpful.

Store and purchasing are easy to navigate. It seems they didn't have my item in stock but decided to send me a different part without telling me. Same brand and price but doesn't fit. No rating on returns as I will just be modifying it to make it work as they no longer advertise the product I need. I would've preferred a refund as soon as they realised but as I need it now I will have to make it work.

Agree with other reviewers - the new team at Cycle House are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. I'm a novice trying to get back into cycling after a decade of not being on the bike, and they've been helpful and provided lots of advice, without pushing for a sale. This a great place for locals, including families, and kids, wanting to get into cycling. Highly recommended. Well done Cycle House team - you're setting a great culture to get people into cycling.

What a great experience @ the Cycle House , Greensborough Royston’s friendliness and knowledge of the product made for any easy purchase and a sweet deal. He not only helped with finding the right size fit for me , prepared the bike ( a Giant cross city 3 ) so I could take it with me he expertly made sure it loaded into the boot of my car !

I took my bike in for a fitting after it being on the trainer for a couple years. Troy was excellent - very down to earth and experienced. He listened to exactly what I wanted and took care of everything, while explaining it all along the way. I’m excited to ride my bike again and would highly recommend Troy and the team!

Needed a valve extender urgently for my bike, called the store, Troy spoke to me and put a couple of them aside. Got to the store Troy personally served me and made sure that I had the right extender, and on top of that he gave me a nice discount on the part. Very impressed with the service when I took my kids bikes to Cycle House today. Safety issues with brakes fixed & optional repairs discussed with me first i.e. rubber on handlebars vs cost. I needed my son's bike done promptly & so Ollie fit me in and got it done asap. Range of new bikes looks good too will be back soon.

Great customer service. The guys did a very thorough inspection of my bike and showed me the worn parts they suggested should be replaced as part of the servicing. The repairs and service were completed very quickly and the bike rides like new again. Highly recommended.

Great experience as a senior person buying an electric bike. Troy went out of his way to show me several bikes and accompanied me to a nearby sports track so that I could try out two of the bikes before I made a decision. He told me to keep in touch and to contact him if I had any questions about my new bike. Great service.

Got charged $100 to tighten 4 screws and give the bike a once over. Only to find out that they cracked the casing on the head stem and brakes did not work, and the crank/chain/derailleur had a knock every time you pedalled. I am sure they will say cant recognise you in or system or we did a quality job like all of their other replies to feedbacks. Not interested in bringing the bike back. If you cant do it right the first time why bother!! Not impressed for first time biker.

Kiddo smashed his derailleur pretty badly, well it snapped…. Called in at Cycles House to see if we could replace it . Had on in stock and in 15 minutes it was fitted & adjusted properly. Happy days back out on the trails! Couldn’t recommend Cycles House higher, superb service. 👍🏽👍🏽

Great bike shop with an excellent service team. Most recently had my Trek Top Fuel in for a suspension service (rear suspension was creaking and annoying), and Troy fixed it right up, the next weekend I went to a 3-day MTB festival at Falls Creek and it performed faultlessly over countless shuttle runs. Have never had an issue with any service work performed by this shop, 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Fabulous service from Troy! Bought my first Cervelo S5 this week. Troy was attentive and thorough and went out of his way to make sure the bike was set up for maximum comfort and close to what I was used to on my previous bike. Troy is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about cycling and I felt very confident I had made the right purchase. I would highly recommend Troy and Cycle house for your next bike purchase!

First place I’d consider to purchase any bike gear as the service is fantastic. The mechanic on site is brilliant - just tweaked my front shifter derailleur on the spot when I asked a question today and had it working so smooth. Doesn’t try and rip you off by over servicing and upselling. Wouldn’t consider going elsewhere.

Great service from Troy and the crew. I have bought my last 3 Cervelo bikes from him and picked up my new R5 Disc last week. The bike build was great and they even fitted some custom parts for me as well. Troy has great attention to detail and is thorough in all his work and bike builds. A great bunch of guys!
