Terrible staff that treated me with distain. Horrible service that I had to wait 10 minutes just to answer a question and even then I was lied to about a product but luckily I double checked and so avoided driving all the way home only to find said product doesn't fit my printer. I ending coming home empty handed after spending a good 30 minutes in the store. Terrible parking. No wheelchair parking nor external access due to the store having large sharp stepup cement pathways surrounding the building. Horrible place and the one staff member I interacted with. I would give this place a minus 5 score if I could. Don't go there if you are over 25yo or have a disability., you will be judged.

I experienced the most rude customer service I have ever seen in Australia at this office. The lady who was standing in the print area was completely free and I just wanted to ask a question related price of A4 print, she rudely said that I am currently busy with another customer and I stood in a corner for 5 minutes but there was no other customer there and my question was only The price of a print. I will not recommend this place to anyone else. This lady is very rude and the current date is 09/11/2024 at 17:45 and this lady is in the print section.

Worst customer service experience every time I’ve visited this store! On Sunday 20/08 I attended at 5.30pm to purchase one ream of paper. There was an older, short, blonde haired lady who I believe is the manager? standing at the store entrance from 5.40pm yelling at everyone who entered to ‘hurry up’, ‘run to get your items then run to the register’ and ‘quickly, we are closing’. While waiting in line to pay for my item I also witnessed this staff member turn two elderly customers away from the doors, stating that the store was closed. I looked at the time and it was only 5.45pm. There were no staff on the floor to help anybody, they were all standing around in the printing area talking, and there was one young girl serving at the registers. It’s clear by the way the staff member was abusing customers and refusing access prior to closing time, that Officeworks Bundoora don’t value their customers or their reputation.

Horrible service! I’ve been to this store on multiple occasions and every time the staff ignore customers, especially in printing. On one occasion, I needed help with printing and this lovely lady Naomi assisted me, amazing customer service! She asked three colleagues behind her a question and to authorise opening the cash register and they all looked at her and ignored her! And then one them rolled their eyes. Absolutely appalling.

Agree with other reviewers - absolutely terrible customer service at Officeworks Bundoora. In fact, I let my child climb on their counter so someone would acknowledge I existed and serve me after an extended wait period. I was then incorrectly told that I could not take a photocopy of a page in a book for my child’s education project. We will NEVER go back.

A particular staff member, a lady at this store, Vesna lacked professionalism and etiquette when dealing with me & her colleagues. Her tone was rude not only with me but also her fellow staff, raising her voice in an unpleasant manner. It is important to be professional when representing an organisation such as Officeworks. I believe feedback is an effective way to improve a business's level of service & customer experience.

Called up to check if an item was in stock. I asked them to double check and make sure they physically have it in stock. It was and they told me they would put it aside for me and I left my name and mobile number and told them I would be there in 45 mins. I live far away and they were the only store within Metro Melbourne that had stock. I arrived 45 mins later for them to give me some excuse that some other customer had arrived and said his name was Frank so gave the item to him. I don't believe this at all and think they just didn't check their stock levels correctly. Refused to give any assistance and told me to go to Ballarat.Wasted 1.5 hours of my time for a simple lie over the phone.

1 star because cannot be lower. We know about OfficeWorks lack of Customer Service, but today I discovered that Database management and Inventory are another areas of opportunity. Of course we are going to keep buying and consuming, but only because there’s no other option in the market.

Andrew of Bundoora was amazing. I need to print my Mom& Sister's Memorial Service pictures and put them on a frame. It took him just 15 minutes to help me with editing and advising me on the resolution outcome. Now this is what I called Good Customer Service, Office Works Bundoora. He deserves a promotion ASAP.

If I could give a negative I would. Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I put through a document online to be printed. I checked it four times to ensure it was how I wanted it to be printed. When I went to pick it up, it was completely wrong. Firstly, when I showed the girl the email with the barcode her response was, "yeah what it is it?" I said it's a document, maybe scan the barcode. Her response, "just tell me what it is". Then she brought my document which was completely incorrect in how I wanted it to be printed. I asked for a refund as I said this is wrong and I cannot use this. She responded with, "it's not my fault it is what it is". Wow. Just wow!!

Rude staff, think of them as kings, making and breaking rules. Eboney Can’t print passport picture, yes we advertise but we won’t print, even if it’s emergency go to auspost at 8:30 pm 😂. Receipt, oops out of roll, bad luck. Can you please print that in 1 page. Nopes we don’t do editing here. God sake it’s not editing. They should be stripped from Franchisse. Bad management creates lazy and dodgy staff.

Usually I am very happy! A young girl that works there is super amazing, but tonight I had to deal with Andrew I think that wasn’t pleasant at all.

My recent experience with officeworks, Bundoora Officeworks in particular, was very poor customer service. I had a click and collect order that was ordered on the 17th of December, it said would be ready on the 21st to pick up. Because of Christmas I gave them a little time and rang them the week after, was on the phone for about an hour as they were unable to find my order that apparently arrived? but the person on the phone then said hadn’t! (Assuming they lost it) So I waited for the new year, as the man told me to wait for a text to pick up my order. Rang them again on the 9th again. The First Lady hung up on my didn’t want to help me. Second lady told me I had to ring a number because they can’t track the click and collect from there end. Rang the number for the lady to then tell me that it’s lost so she’ll give me a refund. I advice officeworks to train staff better, as an alternative way of making the customer happy would have been to refund the order still send it express post to my house to rectify the problem and all the time waisted tracking my order that was a click and collect. Mind you it was a $10 item that was sentimental, although officeworks has shown that they don’t care about there customers. Do better.

Vesna at the front desk was beyond rude, after trying to do a refund I got told I didn’t know what I was talking about while her voice was raised and people around were mortified at how she was speaking to a customer. Definitely not going back to this store and head office will be notified.

I like most people have been rudely spoken to by the blonde haired woman. Her name Starts with N.She has zero people skills; why put her at the print counter？Very rude！Ignore what you need！Treat customers differently！

Can not get a refund on a smart phone thats sold as new in box but in broken condtion not even fit to make a phone call, the crafty manager Mark waits out front of store having a cancer stick at the opening to tell you repairs are free down the road at a non Office Works store ACCC please? Buyer beware.

I’m here to get my passport photo done today. There are 5 people waiting in the line but only one staff member is serving us very slowly, so the short queue is not moving at all. If it’s just busy, I can completely understand and be patient, but what I see is that other people just hang around doing nothing whereas the Print & Copy section got one person to look after customers. Does Office Work HQ look at this review at all or you guys just tolerate a low rating branch like this because people don’t having other options? I am furious!

Wanted to give a shout out to (Andrea) who help me over the weekend Yesterday, (hope I got your name right) with the Wedding Chart & Place cards. She was very patient an helped as much as she could. Woman on the phone with what seemed to be an Irish accent was extremely rude. Needs to work on her phone manner and customer service URGENTLY. 2 hr click and collect is a load of rubbish.

My wife, who is hearing impaired, approached the printing area and sought assistance from a staff member named Vesna. Despite explaining her communication needs and the importance of face-to-face interaction for lip reading, Vesna was unhelpful and dismissive. She seemed disinterested and prioritized her own tasks, leaving my wife waiting for over 10 minutes. We were disappointed by this level of customer service and hope that you can address the issue to ensure a more inclusive and respectful environment for all customers. Thank you.

Worst customer service ever!!! The printing lady doesn’t know what to do for her job. I need to print the A5 flyer. Normally, they will do it as 4 flyers in an A4 and then do two cuts for me. This old lady seemed like doesn’t know what to do and then just said we don’t do it here in Officeworks. It is ridiculous as Fitzroy office work can do but this office works can't do it. She was so rude. Officeworks management needs to look into this staff member Officeworks Bundoora 17/11 at 7.40 pm

5 stars for customer service alone. Thanks to Miriam for going above and beyond at the print station. She made it easy to get things right and was happy to help with with my mistakes, will come back for sure. Absolute hero.

Early morning print and was told by a staff member ‘can’t you see I’m busy!’ as I was standing away from the counter typing the ‘print me’ email into my iPhone for document share, wasn’t even looking at anyone. Very rude through the process, I thanked for the print and left quickly. Wouldn’t recommend as other staff seemed to follow suit also.

Hi my name is Anthony and have a message for Officeworks Bundoora I behalf of my father and mother Giovani and Rose. I’ve never seen such an honest and knowledgeable person like Mark at Officeworks Bundoora. I came into purchase a laptop with my wife and I was overwhelmed with so many options on display. As we are not technologically minded being both in our early 70”s, Mark asked us all the necessary questions for our needs. He explained to us which was the right laptop to purchase and explained all extras that if needed for us to purchase. Made it sound so easy and we are very happy with our laptop. It’s exactly what we wanted. Fantastic customer service to Mark and the Officeworks Bundoora team.

If you know what you're after stationary wise, its an in and out affair. No issues with that. However, my recent experience in the Print Copy section seems in line with others; that they are understaffed and the staff are on the slower side to process things. During very busy periods you can be in line for a long time. Other times it is very fast. Also be warned, that the "certified" passport fotos will FAIL COMPLIANCE at Aus pos for being too yellow/green. Auspost bundoora square re took the passport fotos and printed them 100x quicker than officeworks.

Staff were very helpful when I bought my computer. Really great service and very friendly. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered Plans to be enlarged and the store staff just ditched my work to get their personal work sorted. All store members are Rude and Not helping. Infact after they finished their own work, I had to go in to get them to print mine.
