JB certainly have great deals and checkout is easy, the only gripe I have (and I know I'm not alone) I don't who's staff and who's not. When you looking for help you can't find anyone and they certainly don't approach you. You end up wandering around like a lost soul.

I went in for a modem. The young man assisting me had extensive knowledge and I felt he went above and beyond with the service he gave me. Very happy customer here.

Literally walked in knowing what I wanted to buy, store had stock, staff super friendly and know their products. Love the new layout of the store, a few changes.

Adam was very helpful and friendly at checkout. He is very calm and always smiles, even though he had to spend a lot of time applying our gift vouchers. Even though we couldn't redeem one of the $50 vouchers, Adam tried his best to access the website to help us check the balance. His service was awesome, and I am glad to have had him assist us today

Staff were not interested in helping me at all, and ignored my efforts to ask for help. Whilst standing in the store, I looked up the item on Amazon and realised it was cheaper there anyhow. Will not bother to return to this store.

Great time had at JB Hi-Fi. Adam went above and beyond to make sure we received the product we needed and everything worked. Initially had some issues with ear bud performance. Adam stepped aside from his duties to solely focus on our needs. As a result we upgraded and Adam helped greatly in arranging a great price. Great work Adam, thank you for being so focused on the customer experience, will definitely return for some more shopping.

Visited just b4 Christmas for gift for my son. Staff couldnt have been more friendly or helpful . Unfortunately they didn't have the Xbox product i was after but the staff member happily mentioned a competitor in the gaming retailers where i also lucked out. That's what i call customer service. Customers 1st. Excellent. Will return

I live in Sydney but had a click and collect purchased as a Christmas gift for someone else. Called them up while I was at work asking if they could black wrap it and although FOH, BOH and sales were all being smashed, the person on the phone was receptive and said they’d get it done. Thank you so much for your kindness and for going that extra mile for me! ❤️

Excellent product knowledge and staff knows exactly where products are on the shelves. Not to long of a wait when asking where something is if you can't find it. Will definitely go back there to shop

Just a visitor here, but the two staff that I dealt with were more than great in exchanging a faulty set of earbuds bought in Qld. Sorry, didn't catch her name, but the young red head girl needs a mention for being how all staff should be. Happy, friendly to help and knew what she was talking about.

This is absolutely the best JB HI FI I have ever been to. Several staff took the time to help me out with getting an unbelievable deal on a new phone close to closing time. I had the best shopping experience I've ever had. I am simply amazed at the service and deal so would recommend this store to anyone

Had a good experience buying a computer. However, buying a printer was like pulling wisdom teeth for a discount of $11.00 . Jbhi needs to look at what a customer is buying what their needs are so that staff give their best service. It's not sell, sell, sell at any cost.

Friendly service and honourable. I had to return a damaged blu ray disc to JB Albury and without hesitation they changed it over with a super friendly attitude.

Went in today wanting to purchase a Nintendo Switch plus games and controllers. We waited for 10 minutes before heading to the counter and asking for assistance. I was told that assistance was on the way, we waited another 10 minutes and no one showed up. The store was not busy and there was staff just standing around and talking to each other. Ended up taking our business to EB games.
