I ordered a bogg bag from their website and I received the bag without a strap. Very disappointed. I buy stuff from online because I’m busy but now I have to pack it and take it to USPS because of someone else’s fault. I don’t understand how no one check the bag before shipping. Update: The refund process didn’t start until I emailed them and asked for it 9 days after I sent it back.

I ordered a pair of ariat workhogs from them off Amazon. The price was sticker was 189$ then 212 after taxes same as everywhere else so it wasn't a used boot price. Opened the box and they've been worn already. Scuff marks over and dirt in the tread and stitching coming apart. They didn't even attempt to clean them before they sold them. If your ordering offline I'd be careful.
