Our daughter and her roommates moved in this past weekend and were shocked to see the complete disrepair of the apartment. No clean out or maintenance was done since the prior tenants left in July. There was no maintenance inspection- locks were broken, holes in walls, air conditioning not working, dryer broken, fixtures broken in all bathrooms, not painted, soiled carpets, filthy flooring- completely unsafe and unhabitable. Chelsea, our property manager was onsite and promised " to make it right", however, we are still waiting on much of the repairs. All of the parents were extremely upset and lack trust for this organization. No phone number or contact info was given for management, and we would appreciate an update.

I've lived here for 2 1/2 years and this has been a really good place to stay. It's now got a 24hr clubhouse, pool, gym, volleyball, bocce ball, dog park, putting green, hammocks, and campfire. The staff are friendly and responses are quick. Very active staff.

This is probably one of the best options for off campus living in clemson! Reasonable rent, recently renovated, friendly staff, timely maintenance, gym, free food events, parking right outside your house, only 2.5 miles from campus and not off a busy road. Would definitely recommend👍🏼

I love the community here at 864!! All the CA’s and the property manager always make me feel so welcome and at home. Couldn’t imagine living anywhere else in Clemson!

I loved my time at Tiger Towne! My apartment was recently renovated which alleviated my fears of having a dingy, creepy college apartment. The rent is reasonable, the facilities are very nice and the CAT bus stop just outside the neighborhood is very handy! Great place to live for Clemson students :)

This is my first semester as a Clemson Student and I have absolutely loved living here! The maintenance and front office workers are so sweet and very helpful. One of my packages went missing when I first moved in and the sweet lady at the desk helped me find it! The facilities are always very nice and clean! I will definitely be renewing my lease!

I just toured and it was amazing! The staff are very friendly! I felt very welcomed. The community itself is very friendly and clean. It’s fully furnished and affordable! I would highly recommend.

I’ve loved my time at tiger towne/864 clemson! I live in a 3 person renovated unit and it is the perfect space for me and has a very nice layout and appliances. The amenities like the pool are very convenient and nice to have around. Staff are always super helpful and in my experience maintenance has been very responsive and helpful.

This place is wonderful! I’ve lived here since 2021 and it has just gotten better! There are many amenities and living in the farmhouse feels so warm! Very spacious and comes with utilities at a good price!

The clubhouse + gym are open 24 hours for residents which is amazing!! Also the staff is wonderful and always so friendly and helpful. Such a good atmosphere.
