Very courteous friendly staff. Fast and efficient to be seen. Walk-ins welcome no appointment needed. I was seen within 10 minutes. Their Dr's. Nurses and Physicians assistants are wonderful as is the entire staff. Highly recommend going here if your ever sick.

Registration process for my sons first time being seen there was simple and fast. Interesting how they text you a link and you register right on your phone. My son was seen really quick, I was literally on my lunch break when his school called me about his injury, I picked him up and brought him to the Urgent Care, he was seen, X-Rayed and discharged all within the hour! Thank you Dr.O’Connor for your excellent service and care!! Super clean facility and exceptional service from ALL staff!

Dr. O’Connor along with all of his staff are truly amazing, all of my kiddos have received not only the best care; but compassion. Since the urgent care has opened it has been a wonderful experience each time we’ve had to go there. I’m thankful we have such a great office to go too. Timing is impeccable no long wait times, clean and overall just a wonderful doctor and staff .

A great place! The office was neat and clean, the workers personable. The PA that I saw was great! Knowledgeable, while still being very nice and helpful. It was very easy to get in and out, hardly any wait, and I felt safe. I would definitely go back if and when I needed urgent care services again.

This urgent care center was great. I had an appointment for myself and my son. We were seen on time and did not wait long for the provider at all. The practice itself was in a beautiful building and the receptionists were kind and professional. Usually when you go to urgent cares you expect to hunker down and be there for a few hours. We were in and out and it was great.

This is my second time to this Urgent Care. The staff is wonderful & friendly. The waiting room & exam rooms are very very clean. I saw the same PA each time & she is fabulous. We are very lucky to have this urgent care in our area.

Dr. O’Connor is sooo thorough and so knowledgeable. I came with a bit of a complication/drainage issue after having a kidney transplant. He cleaned my incision with care and gentleness and had the absolute best bed side manor. He cares and it truly shows! On a busy Monday morning with a waiting room full of patients he didn’t rush me. As a matter of fact he caught the issue that I don’t think any other Dr. Would’ve caught. Just amazing!

Dr. O'Connor really nails it with this much needed urgent care. Very professional, well staffed, efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. They work convenient hours, and always follow up with their patients - which shows care. They promptly send all prescriptions and reminders. Very clean and organized. Had multiple visits there with my family, and ALL their diagnosis and recommendations have been spot on - thanks team and keep up the great work!

Wow, great experience this afternoon with my 81 year old father. From reception to diagnosis my Dad was treated kindly and with respect. Dr. O’Connor is a very good doctor, he was patient and thorough and knew exactly what medicines were needed for a quick recovery. The office was neat and clean, the wait time was extremely minimal. They accepted his insurance and called in prescriptions quickly. What a wonderful service to our community!! Thank you to everyone at O’Connor Urgent Care!

This is the best medical office I have been to in ages. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. The facility was very clean and clearly maintained very well. I highly recommend this establishment.

Very friendly staff and good medial care. I was there 2 times. The first it was not busy and was taking in in minutes. The second was very busy with mostly very sick little kids with no masks. Just not crazy about sharing a small waiting room with people that come in saying they tested positive for covid. I asked to wait in the car and was told I had to stay in the waiting room.

The facility was clean, upon arrival everyone was welcoming . The MA was professional and compassionate. The PA ( didn’t get her name) was nothing less the outstanding. She was though and very kind she knew right away what was going one, I have MS she addressed the issue and prescribed the appropriate treatment . I highly recommend ♥️

Really clean, nice, new urgent care. Front desk is pleasant. The wait time to get called back wasn’t too long. Lisa the LPN was amazing with my child, she talked her through most things that she was going to do which I love. Lisa was very friendly had a lovely smile and charming disposition. The wait time for Dr. O’Connor wasn’t too long either. Dr. O’Connor listened to my daughter (which is so important for me) then listened to this mama. He started her on her treatment and even when I had some other a bit off topic questions he addressed them without hesitation. I would absolutely come back here and recommend this facility to anyone in the area who is looking for a clean place with nice staff.

Excellent care! As a retired nurse myself, I was very pleased with the thorough care I received. It was a short wait, the staff was kind and professional. Port Jervis is blessed to have this practice available. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this urgent care ! Alyssa and Dr. O’Connor are the best! I took my son there this morning for a fever and sore throat and even though we had to wait a little, they do their best to try to get you seen in a timely manner. The doctors are very knowledgeable, caring and wonderful. Thank you for always helping my kids out when they aren’t feeling well!

The staff there were so friendly and helpful, making me feel at ease right away. They were really efficient too, getting me in and out quickly without sacrificing the quality of care. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend their services.

They were very fast and efficient with getting me signed in, as well as, being seen. Everyone has a positive and upbeat manner and great bedside manner. I was kept informed about every single step of my treatment and felt as if I actually mattered instead of being just an in and out dollar sign for them. Found a new go-to for any of my non emergency needs. And the fees are very reasonable and straight forward no hidden anything. Kudos to O'Connors for rising above the standard.

Excellent facility! It was spotless, and the staff were kind and friendly. They took care of my adult daughter who developed pneumonia from influenza A as soon as she walked in through the door. The checked her out immediately, From an EKG to a chest X-ray. Then sent her home with medication. I’m praying for a full recovery for her. Thanks to the staff and doctor at this urgent care.

I loved the receptionist, nurses and doctor at O'Connor Urgent Care. My 3 year old son and I went in to be seen and I was pleased with the patience and understanding of each staff member. We didn't have to wait long and they even offer an option to schedule an appointment online! Biggest plus is that being we're so close to the PA/NY border, this urgent care accepted our PA insurance with no problem!

The wait was short enough, the waiting room was sunny which made it pleasant. The front desk staff were efficient, not warm but that's OK. The MA and PA were pleasant, efficient, easy to interact with. Quick results. I'm an RN so I can be judgmental of others in the field, and I have no complaints about your staff.
