THE WORST hotel in Greenville. My boyfriend was covered in bed bug bites. He also woke up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom, and saw my pillow was covered in bed bugs. The room was clearly not cleaned before given to us. No sheets on the bed. A dope baggy in the floor. No refunds. When we were walking to the vending machine we were approached by 3 different strangers asking if I was "for sale." No one should pay to stay in this pig sty.

Yes I do like this place at all nasty works they do not clean the room only on Tuesdays no tissue but Tuesdays bugs bedbugs you can not sit out side cops all coming in your room works stilling stuff out your room yes I hate them hate them nasty a** hotel you lose every thing there...And going up$210a week no hell no..That hotel is hell💩💩💩😈😈👿😠😡👹👹 that's want they are.. Evil..

I am the desk manager here and knowing the before and after I'd like people to know there has been a change seen we reopened compare be to what it was before. I make it my daily quest to be sure my guest and weekly tenants are comfortable and there daily request are fulfilled to the best of my ability. So, I'm asking that unless you have made a recent stay with us do not judge us on our past.

This is the worst place in Greenville SC you can never have hot water and rarely have cable no maid service and the buildings are being renovated by unlicensed contractors in which they don't care what the end result is because like the employees they're paid poorly. So from me to anyone listening go anywhere else and I mean anywhere else you'll be safer and the features will actually be there unlike here

I've never stayed here and I never plan to, I pass by this place every day and have been for the past 6 years. There has been little improvement to this place but the only real improvement I've seen is them scraping some of the rooms and taking everything, including the carpet, out of the rooms on one building and those doors are empty and wide open. $40/day is still too much to make me ever consider staying there. You can find better rates on AirB&B for a better quality room as well. Edit: They're shut down now

Just went to try to get a room office was not even open. How is a place of business supposed to get any business if they are not open. And also no operating phone number. I think I might just keep going across the street. They are a lot more friendlier and get a discount too.

Sorry to read about the one who woke up to bedbugs. But, that was five years ago so I guess they fixed that issue now. I did recall having to stomp out a several cockroaches during the two days I stayed last summer though. A few items like the TV remote were busted up a bit, but they were still functional. At least the room didn't smell bad like Country Hearth where I stayed a month or two later.

When I visit Greenville, I honestly love to stay at this delightful retreat. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Rooms are prestine and tidy. Always an interesting time and the people you meet are just as friendly as the staff and employees.

The room OVERALL was Filthy, the Toilet was stopped up, there was Dried Out Toilet Paper stuck to the wall next to the toilet, there was Dead Smelly Meat in the Microwave and the Door would Not Open, there was FECES on the wall next to the lamp by the TV, Cockroaches, No Waste Basket for Tissues, Etc...I was in Rm 104...They Qouted me $45 on the phone, $55 when I got there..! I will sleep under a tree before I ever go back to this Hole...!!!

Do not like them cops allowed there miss people lives mangers not good stilling you things out the rooms got bed bugs bugs families and friends do want come there nice clean rooms one day week no tissue can sit out side you the room are cops on you you lose ever thing there I now I did and all most my husband no I can live no more I hate them do not go there bug bug bed bugs
