My boyfriend booked a wine tasting here for his mother's birthday, and it was a big hit! The sommelier Michelle was very knowledgeable and engaging, and we all learned something new about our wine tastes. We arrived early for small plates and drinks at the wine bar. The food was excellent. I'll be back for the happy hour menu and hopefully a cooking class soon!

Wanted wine and appetizers and this place delivered! Reasonably priced wine flights and delicious food. Our server was fantastic. Thank you, Jackie, for making it a night to remember. We will be back soon.

I live in Arizona and hosted a bridal shower in Centennial, CO at the Uncorked Kitchen and couldn't have been happier ! From the beginning, Sunshine was amazing ... responsive, confident, and helpful. I was very nervous because I am a very visual person and I was hosting something so far away. Sunshine helped me every step of the way and was so accommodating and had great ideas. The food was great, the service impeccable and the venue was AMAZING ... the view was spectacular ! This IS the place to host an event!!!

We went to Uncorked for a team building event today. I would highly recommend this business for team building. The experience was fun, the staff was friendly, knowledge and enthusiastic, the view from the kitchen is incredible, and my whole team had a great time working together to make a delicious lunch.

Our family recently hosted a rehearsal dinner at Uncorked Wine and Kitchen for 65 people. The event was awesome from start to finish! I cannot say enough good things about Sunshine and her help in organizing the event. This was an out of town wedding so we planned this event from Kansas City without seeing the space in person and Sunshine helped us every step of the way. The venue is amazing and the views of the mountains are spectacular. The space was great for a group or our size. The bar area easily accommodated our pre-dinner and post dinner receptions and the dinner space was great. The food was delicious and the wine selections were amazing as well. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Uncorked were helpful and welcoming and the service could not have been better. A special shout out to the many bartenders who were so great throughout the night. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Many people commented, most importantly the bride and groom, that it was the best rehearsal dinner ever and our family concurred! Thanks for making this event perfect!

WOW!! My husband and I took a sushi class at Uncorked Kitchen and it was incredible! We learned so much. The food was extremely high quality and we made so much that we were stuffed and brought some home. It was all delicious! The chef was so personable and he had a great playlist of music. Highly recommend!!

I bought a $275 session as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend to experience this together for the first time. We were notified the night before of a potential covid exposure. We called and they forced us to cancel the reservation "due to their policy" and did not refund me. They only offered 15% off on my next purchase. That's $41.50 off their price tags of ~300 ON TOP of the 275 I already spent. I had no control over being exposed to covid. I was being a responsible citizen by notifying them of the covid exposure, they forced me to cancel per their policy anyways. They took my money and took no other responsibility. They should have and could have done better.

I took the 'Rolling in Ramen' class, and it was awesome! The instructor was clear with instructions, the recipes were thoughtful, and the final dish was delicious. They were very accommodating of my Celiac's, and provided a great experience with dietary restrictions in mind. If you let them know ahead of time for allergies and food restriction needs, they will almost bend over backwards to make sure you're having a great time. The price tag is worth the experience, and I'd recommend this activity for couples on a date night, family bonding, or even anyone just looking to learn something new.

The front desk staff was very friendly and I thought we were off to a good start. We were sat at a window table and the view was amazing! The waitstaff was friendly (enough) at the beginning. Then it all went downhill. Once we placed our original order, we didn’t see our waitress again until she picked up our check, which another waitress dropped off. The manager dropped off our food and got offended when we asked for salt and pepper. We would’ve stayed longer to enjoy the view if we were asked if we wanted another glass of wine, which we were not. Because of the short and dismissive service we will not be going back.

Date night event, chef was decent in what they directed, wished there was more instruction. About half of the dinner was cooked and prepped by the chef which I would have liked to have had that experience which is what I think I paid for. As far as the price, a little more than $100.00 per person to cook your own food seems a little steep. When you go out to a semi fancy restaurant you get the chef and meal for around $75.00 per person, this experience included you cooking your own (1/2 of) food for an extra $25.00 per person verses a traditional restaurant. (tip not included) Food was decent, I know if it is not right it is the cooks fault, which is you. And being a teaching course the food is only as good as you cook it. Would recommend for an experience and to learn some very basic skills if you don't possess them already, but would I ever return? Not unless it was a gift from somebody, but otherwise, no.

Yesterday was our very first time at uncorked kitchen and it was fantastic! We took the Rolling in Ramen class with Chef Jerry and he was the best! He made our class informative, fun, and always took the time to answer any questions we had! We will definitely be back for more!

4.3 stars average??? BS! This is the greatest place East of the Rockies! Please don't be fooled by vindictive reviewers who cannot hold their liquor! My cousin once removed, Hunter, works there and their Entire staff is as friendly, talented and downright Loveable as HE IS! My goodnes some of these anti-reviews are hyperbolic in their exaggeration! Luckily, you fine folks in the Denver metro have Uncle Tom here to set you straight with a strictly objective and unbiased review on a Wine Bar whose drinks, wait staff and Fantastic gourmet food are unsurpassed in the Milky Way Galaxy! Treat yourself at your Earliest opportunity!! MY work here is done, Signed, Thomas J. Faddis

Is this place for real? $18 for 5 small tortellini? A chicken sandwich on a stale bun? And nothing to properly pair with red wine? Whoever runs this place has clearly never been to a real wine bar before! Or knows anything about food and wine paring! Not only was the atmosphere awkward and uncomfortable since the staff was busy serving themselves drinks but the service was terrible too! Don’t waste your time or money at this place!!!

I took the eclairs class at Uncorked Kitchen in February and loved it. The classroom setup was spacious and easy to navigate and there was a good balance of team work and individual work. The instructions were clear and our instructor was informative and kept the class fun. The three hours flew by! I immediately booked another class and would recommend to anyone. My sole complaint is that I wish there were more classes available to bring my teen to. :)

I hate to do this 3 stars for the Happy Hour experience but it really should be lower on account of pricing. I spend money. I am willing to pay for good things. I like fine dining. But this place doesn't rise to that level of food yet is priced way past any high end HH menu by leaps and bounds. How on God's green earth can anyone justify $15 for 1 meat and 1 cheese selection charcuterie on a HH menu? So 7$ each meat and cheese choice huuuh? The Pig in the blanket for $8 is 2 MINI weenies. Good but Huh? The crab deviled eggs good. The BLT sliders were on a pretty dry mini roll and was clearly not fresh cooked bacon (yes I've worked in a kitchen). Huh?? The full priced fish entree was probably a 3 Oz portion with a few lil potatoes but 3 Oz of pesto -how disappointing. Tasted good but ouch on the price again for portion. Loved thrle flights of wine. But Happy Hour should make one HAPPY not depressed. We love the patio, the view, the wine, the service and the cooking classes look phenomenal. But HH menu? Ya we will go elsewhere. Soooo not happy. Hint hint most happy hours have SPECIALS and deals on the cuisine as an intro to the establishment. It was a bad intro. We were really hoping to be Happy.

Overall good experience! Great wines :) however, for a place that has been open for 6 years and still has a “now open” sign, they shouldn’t have an attitude about guest staying there. The website days reservations only, but there is plenty of open seating. We made reservations and was told they were at “full capacity” so we would have to leave after 2 hours from our reservation. We were also told that if we eanted to move from an outside table to inside that they were too busy so we wouldn’t be able to (we never asked anyway). Then the waitress offered us a table inside and we were there for 4 hours. Idk if they want the business they shouldn’t have the attitude, just made me not want to spend money there.

First off, the wine and atmosphere were great! However, I was baffled by the $8 cozy pigs which were literally two bite size pieces! The price gouging on that dish is INSANE. Based on the food being significantly overpriced, I don’t plan to visiting again.

What a hidden gem! I have been looking for a wine bar that has a great wine selection and delectable food, and I think this is the spot! (Limited spots so please reserve in advance!) The servers were extremely helpful and friendly. They were prompt with everything! We got the bacon flatbread and a charcuterie board and it was delicious! They were nice with the wine! I highly recommend for dates or for smaller groups!
