My husband and I worked with Emily at Knox to design my engagement ring and our wedding bands. Emily was so kind and so helpful throughout the whole process, with great style/design ideas and responding quickly and in a super helpful fashion to all of our questions over email. We found a beautiful mokume style wedding band for my husband, who is thrilled that the band looks like wood grain (without having the fragility of actual wood). We also found a beautiful white sapphire for my solitaire engagement ring that I can’t stop looking at. We couldn’t have had a better or more tailored experience, and we are deeply grateful to Emily for helping us find the rings that symbolize our commitment and love!

Kristin at Knox was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her process is thoughtful and based on intuition -- it was great to start by trying on a bunch of rings and then narrowing in on a custom design. She was patient and accommodating when I wanted to see alternative mockups to decide on the details and assured me that it was critical that I love how everything turned out. The process of designing and purchasing our engagement ring was easy. The staff at Knox worked through the design elements we wanted and made sure that the ring would be made to last and securely hold the diamond. Kristin was pleasant and informative throughout the entire process.

They helped me find a band that coordinated with my engagement ring and were able to resize my partner’s ring at the last minute to make sure we were set on time for our wedding day.

My fiancé and I couldn't be happier with the level of service we received from Knox Jewelers! They are OUTSTANDING. We worked mainly with Emily, but everyone who helped at some point was beyond amazing. They are all so kind and knowledgeable! I had my heart set on an engagement ring I saw on Pinterest from a Jeweler out of state, but we really wanted to get our rings locally. My fiancé happened to come across Knox online and they had made the exact one previously! It made the whole process so easy and fast. Emily took the time to explain differences in diamonds to us and made sure we absolutely loved all of our rings, we ended up having them make both of our wedding bands too! I just truly can't say enough amazing things about them. The care, detail, quality, and craftsmanship they put into all of their work is unmatched. We feel so at peace knowing they are here to help us care for and maintain our wedding rings, etc. for years to come.

Working with Knox Jewelers was an absolute joy. The staff was always polite and understanding, with Kristin sitting down with us for several hour long appointments to help us decide on designs. As expected, the ring turned out amazing (having daily updates during creation was definitely a plus). When it came time to look at wedding bands, I was a little disappointed that my ring color would not match my fiancés, as I thought that all their gold bands for men were supplied from a third party. Kristin then offered to make the ring from scratch in-house, just like my fiancés engagement and wedding band. As expected, these turned out great as well. All this, along with Knox’s generous resizing policy (free within a year of purchase) ensures that we will never go to any other jeweler.

My experience working with Kristen at Knox’s Jewelers on the creation of my wife’s new Diamond ring was incredibly great and educational. I truly felt as if this process was a special event completely tailored to us. The time spent in learning about the quality of the ring and diamond, and getting daily to weekly updates that including pictures wasn’t something I expected. Whenever a new step in the process was completed for both the ring and Diamond, I would get an email, along with picture and an explanation of what took place in that step along with the next step. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Knox Jewelers & we couldn’t be happier with it! He didn’t know much about rings, but they made the process painless for him by helping him choose the perfect band color & diamond cut, clarity, etc. They sent my fiancé updates (photos & videos) as they made the ring, which he saved to show me after the proposal. It is SO cool! I LOVE that they do unlimited cleanings on top of sending home a jewelry cleaning kit as well. They also do annual inspections to make sure your ring stays in tip top shape. We are so incredibly pleased with Knox Jewelers & with the customer service provided by Emily. We used Knox for my engagement ring as well as our wedding rings. Each ring was truly individually made. Their team listened to our ideas & were able to customize the designs to include these ideas. Doing this adds so much more meaning to our rings! It was really impressive to also be included in the process of seeing the rings made from start to finish. Knox regularly sent us emails showing pictures of the different stages of the rings being designed & crafted. This was a cool process to follow! Along with the quality design, we have been impressed with the customer service. I personally require wheelchair access & Emily worked to meet this need by adapting & meeting us in a seperate place that was accessible. If it wasn't for this, we really wouldn't be able to use Knox for our rings. A big Thank You to Emily & the Knox Jeweler team!
