I'm usually pleased with this location, but today they didn't get it right. We ordered online for pickup. My sandwich was supposed to be toasted (it wasn't), with extra pickles (I only got about 6 or 7), and light dressing (there was a lake of dressing left on my plate when I was done).

After placing my order online and paying with my card, I went to the restuarant to pick up my food. After getting there I was told my order wasn't showing in their system. I provided them with my order number and showed then my online banking, showing that the money was taken from me. I was told sorry we can't do anything about it. They didn't give me my food or even attempt to contact their corporate, to rectify the issue. I order from this subway every other week. Not anymore after the way I was treated. This subway has the poorest customer services. Not even from the employees, but the owner himself.

In Duncan, SC on Main Street is Subway. The Restaurant is Never busy after 3pm. Coupons are a Must have. Very Clean, Quiet and the Staff are very friendly. Great place to eat in or Carry out.

Had a wonderful experience with the people who work there. Even though I got to embarrass my son there. It was great.

Subs are always good, and service is usually great. I have had some experiences coming in to order a sandwich and hearing a second employee talking loudly and profanely in the back. It doesn't happen often, but it does kind of sour the experience.

I tried to enter at 7:58 a.m. on a Monday. Doors are locked. I tried again at 8:05 a.m. still locked with an employee within sight. Guess they don't want to sell food.

Management is not fair.especiecally when you ask the worker to finishe the order just by asking me what else I want she said. She's fast. I don't like when two or more working on my order.

THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT IT'S A DAYCARE!!! There was A TODDLER (probably 2-3) in the kitchen!! The woman making my sub was rude and half occupied by her actual CHILDREN yelling for her about what they're having for dinner and pushing past me at the counter while I was ordering. the kids were just hanging out in there at a messy table with all their stuff. this is unacceptable. the cashier guy was nice about it and looked like he understood my concern. haven't even eaten yet but also their spinach was all wilted and slimy so.....don't eat here I'm warning you!!!

I went through the drive thru and ordered a 6” sub with lettuce tomato cucumbers and olives with the Parmesan vinaigrette. I paid and got my sub and it had mayo all over it. I drove back around and informed the girl that it had Mayo on it. (I can see how to 2 words could get mixed up over a drive thru speaker) She rudely said “you asked for it” and I responded that I had asked for tomato. She then told me that she could wipe it off. She reluctantly made another sub. It still wasn’t correct, but that time it wasn’t worth going back. I ate my sub, but I doubt I’ll go back. Not the first time workers have been rude there.

Workers that shift had no good customer on Sunday noon shift and shocking the lady making our sandwich was just coughing 🤢 all over the sandwich and food in pans and still tried to sell us the sandwich like nothing was wrong she said it was a smoker cough like that was a good excuse to cough on our food smh .. disgusting workplace to eat at and Caucasian dude in the back had no care in the world that his co worker was sick and beingrude to clients. They are horrible on answering phone even when their was noone to serve would not recommend to eat here please save your money!!!! You been warned

This place is absolutely disgustingly filthy. There’s zero percent chance i would eat here after seeing the condition of their women’s bathroom. Water dripping from the toilet onto the floor, mold EVERY where, the walls are filthy, just everything. If the owner doesn’t care to keep his restrooms cleanly, do you think he or she cares about the food they serve?? So grossed out 🤢

Great food, staff was great! One of my best Subway locations for staff.
