Found trash in my child’s sandwich. Most employees were friendly and bathroom was clean but this is unacceptable

Friendlier, faster, and fresher, and cleaner than any Jersey Mike's I've been to. The folks working this shift deserve a raise.

Experience was great. Facility was extremely clean. Staff courteous and helpful with us first time customers. I would classify this as a no frills sub shop. They do cut the meat fresh which can be appealing to some. Add on toppings are lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, peppers, mayo, s+p, o+v. Bread was toasted but not warm. Reg veg was $7.25 and reg super sub $8.45.

These guys did a catering order for me for 100 subs. Everything was perfect! The sandwiches were on time and FRESH, which can be tough to do with so many. I never had to worry about a thing because they were prepared and took care of it. The staff is very friendly too! I'll definitely be using them again!

I was getting lunch at around 12:30PM on a Sunday, and placed an online order. When I walked in to pick it up there was about 10 other customers in there. While I was waiting the employees announced the wait would be 45 minutes for my food. I waited and waited and eventually I grew impatient and asked one of the employees how much longer it would be. Suddenly the general manager rushed out with a baseball bat and cracked me in the head with it. He beat me senseless and told me to be patient. A bit later my order was ready. My sandwhich was fantastic, I highly recommend eating at Shiloh’s Sensual Sandwich Emporium. Thankyou for your cervix 🫡

The location is in a strip mall with friendly staff and clean environment. The subs are tasty and have your regular side items, chops, drinks and cookies. I was surprised that there was no changing table in the restroom and that the wave of your hand at the paper towel dispenser only dispenses 2 to 3 inches of paper towel, much less than normal, especially in our germ-concious world.

Their subs are very delicious, and I love the way they still slice the meat right in front of you. Not many sub place do that still

I visited today wanted to get the family a meal using the attraction book coupon. The girl in the counter whose name is Gracy, refused to use it saying that they don't accept any 3rd party coupons. I patiently explained to her this is a popular tradition here. The discount book is sold by elementary school students every year. But all she did was to respond in a very contemptuous tone that it is not valid. When I ask is this store specific because I use it in our stores every year. She then responded even more disdainfully that no one in the store has ever seen this kind of coupon it's not valid. When I asked if there is any store manager she can ask help with. She very rudely said that she is the manager and there is no one to complain to. OK，I am not quite in an arguing mood so I paid and left the store. But I will never going back again. Such a terrible experience!

I love their sandwiches however when their tuna sandwich contains more lettuce and less tuna salad so you mostly taste lettuce and bread. If i wanted a veggie sandwich that’s what i would have ordered.

Jersey Mike’s is so very consistent at every franchise location I have ever been to. Customer service is always top notch. Bread and ingredients are always fresh.

We eat here frequently and always enjoy it. The staff takes gluten allergy requests seriously and happily changes gloves and makes the sandwich on a clean surface. James Allen, the manager, is one of the friendliest people in the world and has built a wonderful team!

Garbage people. The drive through is completely pointless. You will just sit there for 20 minutes and get no response at all. The employees are rude. The only positive I can think of is...the place is clean.

The food is good. I went in one day this was my first time to a Jersey Mick's subs. I order a #42 and they accidentally gave me a number #44. I started to eat it because I was really hungry. The next thing I know is the worker comes over with a number #42 at no charge. Great service on my 1st visit will be back.

I came in around 2pm on Saturday 9/10 and waited for about 10minutes and never saw an employee. Me and another customer were in line waiting, he was on the phone talking loudly and I called out hello a few times to acknowledge we were there and no one ever came out.. I briefly considered making my own sub as no one would have noticed. I left and found a better place to eat that actually appreciated my business, needless to say I won’t be back.

Pretty great! We visited on their 2nd day open to grab some lunch to go. A new business always has some minor kinks to work out, and in this case it was a little too heavy of a hand on the oil & vinegar. Not really a big deal for me personally, but I would just keep an eye out for that or ask for it on the side instead. All in all the staff were very friendly, the building was immaculately clean, and the service was decently fast. I will definitely be back!
