    Best Chick-fil-A in the area. They are always incredibly fast no matter how long the line is. The new drive through really helps. Great food and service as usual. “It is my pleasure to serve!”

    Upholds the standard Chick-Fil-A format. Service was nice and the food was good. I found the parking lot and navigation very hard though. One entrance is EXTREMELY steep and probably would have bottomed my car. You could tell many people scrape their car here. I had to go around and enter through the bank parking lot. Then the drive through can be quite confusing if there isn’t already a line. Also, turning around the building after you order is tight. I felt I had very little room and probably would have hit a cone or scraped my car on the curb if the car was any longer. I understand there’s only so much space to work with, but damn.

    I love chick-fil-a, but this time I had to go around the building 3 TIMES for them to get my order right… it has been a hot mess the last few times I been here. Sad experience. Then 3 people walked passed me several times not even helping me with the issue, they finally found my order though…

    Chuck Church staffs managers and employees who have no idea how to run a restaurant. Employees (mostly his family members) lack basic food safety comprehension. Food is stored in coolers on the floor, a big DHEC no-no, and things that are supposed to be refrigerated are left out overnight. There's nothing wrong with fellowship, but this location values hiring family members and people who sing kumbaya together rather than competent restaurant employees.

    ChicFila came in clutch..we're in town for soccer showcase and hotel doesnt have breakfast for players. Ordered two large trays of minis .ready in 5 minutes. Fed the team. We won 3-0.

    I stop by Chick Fil A locations several times a week. I consider this location my “home” location. They provide the fastest service and best food. I love using my app to order as well. There have been times I don’t even need to put the car in park. Well done, Chick Fil A!

    Girl was rude and disrespectful!!! Wanted me to just get out the way. Would not allow me to look at menu so i could order a meal So all i was able to get was my free chic fil a d sandwich i got for doing a good survey on another location. This employee Does NoT fit the chic fil a guideline.

    The customer service was great as most other chick fil A's. The cleanliness was great as well. The food was great and it was prepared pretty fast. The playground is open, yay!! It's great to see playgrounds open for the kiddos.

    Everything is always top notch. Only problem is so many people come at once it can cause a mild wait. Service is almost 5 stars for sure.

    The last 2 times I've ordered the chic minis the rolls has been stale and hard. Today I asked when I ordered to have fresh rolls and I still got stale and very hard rolls. I'm done with this this store.

    They have gotten really expensive. Last time I went they forgot to give me my brownie I was on my way to work and didn't have time to go back. Definitely not a good experience.

    Biscuit was hard, food is always cold and they never get your order right. Been going there since i was little and its just now gotten like this. If you can, save your money and go to another chick fil a. YOU WILL GET BETTER FOOD. Dont know what went wrong with this one

    Forget the express lane because after you check in, you will be ignored in the express lane. They only care about the ones that just placed their order. This has happened on multiple occasions and I decided to finally write a review. I even spoke with someone in management and they said they are going to work on better customer service for the express lane. Manager also stated that several people have brought it to their attention and they are working on it. Well, that was in October 2022 and it's January 2023. I guess they didn't have time to work on it. Horrible experience!

    This chick fila is always so quick and the staff that work there are always so friendly. I love that they also have the option to order ahead and scan the barcode when you get there, makes everything go super smooth.

    This new drive thru set up is ridiculous. It is faster to get my order inside than it is the drive-through. Order online and scan is a joke. It’s not just your location. It’s all of the locations that have separate drive-through’s now. You guys were doing good and changing the game when you had multiple people in multiple lines taking orders, but the scan QR code is a waste of time. It just took me 10 minutes after placing my order quickly on the app. The person in front of me took five minutes to scan a QR code because they didn’t understand what they were doing and then it took another 10 minutes just to get a freaking lemonade ridiculous.

    I went to Chick-fil-A about a week and a half ago and didn't receive my 12 count chicken nuggets I order, they wrote my name down and told me I could come get a replacement of them another day. Today I went to get my replacement and also order more stuff, I received the wrong item once again. The first incident I did it through the mobile app, today I verbally gave them my order through the drive through. With that being said those were two different type of ways to order yet it was still wrong. It is very inconvenient and frustrating when you open your food and you don't have what you ask for. I love Chick-fil-A very much but bad service back to back makes me frustrated to spend my money and not get what I asked for.

    Service wasn't bad. But food was mediocre to say the least. Fries were dry and looked like they had been standing out for 2hrs. Sandwiches were definitely made prior and we're just waiting to be ordered and were luke warm. Not something you want in a deluxe sandwich. Tomatoes looked a few days old. Soup was good. Mac and cheese was nice and fresh though. So not totally horrible. Just not happy with sandwiches and fries. And on top of that, they made my husband feel like a dummy. He doesn't go often and asked for crisp cut fries...not knowing they are called waffle fries or that those are the only type they have.

    I don’t ask for anything complicated. Just meals with no substitutions or anything weird. These people just don’t listen. Today was the 2nd time they gave me the wrong thing. I’m just disappointed in this location.

    Our food was great as usual. My only advice would be, check your bags before you leave. I’ve had things missing from my order about three times from this location. It’s been main entree items if not, I wouldn’t mention it. Once we were missing a 10 count chicken mini, another visit a chicken biscuit, and the third time I was missing a chicken sandwich. The staff is friendly and I know they’re trying to rush to get orders out quickly. It’s the time I didn’t check and had to drive back 10 minutes, that it got a little frustrating. All in all CFA is a family favorite! ❤️🐄❤️

    Chick-Fil-A generally ranks 5 star, but this location has the most mixed up lot with lots of traffic from a busy road. Dr I vers get confused or frustrated and end up making a traffic mess

    Cfa corporate: this express lane can’t be good for business. You are trying to force a behavior that people aren’t adopting and frustrating your loyal customer base. Please open up both lines for regular drive through!!!

    Usually when I come here service is great. This morning 5 employees saw I was next in line to place an order. The one young woman at a register proceeded to place an order for herself then walked away. Another few minutes went by as she was waiting on her order. Someone had to ask her to take my order. I was disappointed.

    This location is quick, friendly, and always fresh. Love the food, and the atmosphere here is clean. Pretty much all the Chick-fil-As I've been to have all been wonderful!

    We come here like 2-3 times a week. No lie lol. Always fast. Always fresh, always so good The mac n cheese is amazing ! Seriously ! Inside is always clean People are always so nice
