They really messed up my order. There where egg shells in my eggs. My waffle looked crazy. I assume they let anyone cook there. I email their District manager, they gave me a refund, and offered to comp my next meal to encourage me to come back. He never did that. I feel the un professionalism starts from the head down. If the district manager, has no integrity you know his locations won't either. Save your money, and go elsewhere.

I ordered one waffle eggs bacon sausage toast and hash brown. My meal came to $17.40. They are still working on the covid schedule. So you can't always eat in. I really enjoyed the food.

They have fresh food. But the wait time to order makes you want to leave and go to the one on memorial dr.

Breakfast, lunch or dinner....Waffle House ensures the food is scrumptious. This location is very friendly and quick. Not pre pandemic quick but got my food in less than 15 minutes. I am always pleased when I visit this location.

I throughly enjoyed my visit to GA and this of course my very 1st stop after leaving the airport. The waitress STEPHANIE was super sweet and pleasant. The cook was the bomb!!! I was treated well. A guy walked in blasting some music but when he realized a lady like myself was sitting there he switched to slow jams so I had dinner and music! Lol Stephanie made sure I had a refill of my lemonade on the way out. I will come back to visit hopefully I will have the same service!

The lady with the gold hair need to be fired she stole my drinks talking about she didn’t have any other size and then won’t give me a refund with a attitude. I had a online order it wasn’t done look how it was served to me. Waffle House need to hire employees that take care all customers not just the men. Let the lady go with the gold big hair that work around 10:20pm on Monday 10, 2022. I need my refund please and thank you no drinks

Ordered online and my waffle is missing. I tried to call but since apparently the only reason a customer would call would be for ordering food they do not answer. I’m not driving back. I need a refund for my waffle. Such a lack of customer service!!!

It is what it is, its not great and it’s not the worst.

The Cook Was Backed -Up So Our Breakfast Took A Little While But It Was Good..

clean appearance with plenty of light. staff greeted me at the door. placed online ordered with 30 min eta when meal takes 10 mins. got to store and it still wasn’t ready. waffle does this generally to put in store customers ahead of online but the store was empty. had to wait an additional 20 mins to get food. felt penalized even tho they charge online customers $3.19 per entree. service is king and this place ain’t even royal.
