Huge parking lot, store is almost always well stocked, and the staff have always been friendly. It's a great place to shop and due to the size of the store and arrangement of the store, you're typically not right on top of everyone else shopping.

Lots of inventory but a definite shortage of cashier's at checkout. Line went all the way back to customer service. Moved along pretty well and cashiers were in a good mood but it took a while. Possibly an express lane might help.

I placed an order online and went to the customer service to pick up my order. I recently had both knees replaced and am using a cane. I got to the customer service desk and the clerk stated my order was in storage and to follow her and off she went! She disappeared (with my husband trying to keep up with her) before I could put my phone back in my purse and grab my cane! I asked the other clerk where they went and she told me to go right after I left the desk. Well going right takes you to the emergency exit as well as storage bins with peoples orders in them. The clerk and my husband were no where around! Finally my husband comes from the left with my order! The clerk was very rude and showed no regard to my disability. I have another order to pick up at this location, hopefully it goes better next time!

The employees are always so kind and work really hard to keep everyone satisfied. Regardless how busy they are, everyone is so full of energy and goes out of their way to make sure each and every costumer is satisfied. Honestly all deserve to be paid more fo their hard labor, but also for the mental health struggles that many retail workers have to go through with costumers who may not be as friendly. Each job has its own tasks that require workers to go out of their way to complete those tasks that seemed to be expected without being demanded of. These workers are on the clock all day, keeping the store so clean, organized, and putting fun patterns throughout the store. All involved from the cashiers, the costumer service help, the janitors, security, Saphora workers, etc.. The point is the store is great to go to, there's still a wide selection that other stores don't really offer. And you can't beat the costumer service here, it's just absolutely a winter wonderland every day there, the pep, joy, and vibrants smiles fill the store and your heart with so much wholesome warmth. Note: Please anyone going to store this time of the year remember to be nice and respectful to the workers. They go out of the way working days or nights away from their family, friends, and personal life to make your wishes come true. They go out in the cold, stand for hours, and constantly keep a cheerful attitude to make your shopping experience grand. So please show them the same smile back. The clothing may cost, but kindness is free and is easier to spread than money. Overall, I love the store but most importantly I love the people inside it, because that's what makes it the store worthy to come to. Not just the products, but the warm, loving, and peaceful environment that makes you feel so much serotonin that you can't just help but feel as if you're in a Disney movie. Love you all working so hard to keep everyone happy while shopping. You guys make the world go around in your own way, that's matters 100% and you all deserve a pat on the back for all you do for everyone! :)

The girl looking Chinese but speaks Spanish is very rude she was on the register today and had a very bad attitude. Wonder why kohl’s is always slow!

The nice woman in the shoe department named Angel help me find a pair of work boots that fit my feet properly for the first time ever. This store is by far the best in Lincoln.

Friendly staff. Cute clothing options. You really need a Kohl's card to get the biggest savings. I am thrilled with my big bag of stuff, including the softest winter coat on the planet, for under $100.

I took wife and 2 daughters here, and they nearly always find clothing they like, that fits them well and is appropriately priced. My wife really enjoys all their coupons, and points/kohl's cash and other promotions. We will continue to shop here...

I rarely go to stores that sell just clothes. Shopping for clothes is just not my thing. Maybe it's a guy thing. Anyway, I decided to walk in and look around (Jan 2023) because I had breakfast at the Burger King within walking distance. I also wanted to see what they had for coats because the one I had was wearing out. The staff was helpful. Someone was asking if I needed help within a minute of me walking into the store. They were able to point me in the right direction when I asked about coats. The store is also very clean. My only gripe is things are a bit pricey here, but I'm also used to shopping at Walmart. I can't believe I spent $160 on a coat, but I wanted a good quality coat that will last a long time. I needed to use the bathroom while I was in the store, and it was very clean too. In March 2023, I needed to get some pants because the cheap pants I bought from Walmart were falling apart. I was able to get some nice black pants here, and they are much better quality than the pants I would have purchased at Walmart. They were also double the price, but quality costs money. With the exception of socks, I think my days of buying cheap clothes at Walmart are over. One more thing worth mentioning is Kohl's will take items for return for Amazon. I really appreciate this service. Thanks, Kohl's!

First time shopper here and I had a really kind worker named Gage who helped me with everything I needed, it made my day. Kindness is such an important quality in people. It's so refreshing when someone goes out of their way to help and make you feel valued. It was a great experience with that store worker. It's those small acts of kindness that can really brighten our day, stores could really use more people like this now a days

Great sale prices and discounts. Large variety of items to select from. Returns are hassle free and I like getting Kohl's cash

Kohl's is one of my favorite stores to shop at. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable, especially when items are on sale. Selection of items is generally good. But, being of a rather small stature, finding women's clothes and shoes in my size can be difficult. Please carry more women's clothes and shoes in sizes extra small/short and shoe size four. Thanks!

Overall, I recommend visiting Kohl's to anyone looking for affordable, high-quality clothing and accessories.
