Went there for Amazon return, so quick and easy. Used the 15% of coupon that kohl's gives out with the Amazon return slip. Found some nice shirts that was priced commensurate to the quality. The store was busy but checkout was fairly quick as unlike most retailers there was ample number of cashiers as well as support staff. Noticed employees in all departments that i went by or thru. Except housewares. Nice clean and AC was nice and cold, was 92 outside with high humidity. Took my time savored the cool air. This store always has a comfortable vibe.

The sales clerk was very friendly & helped me w/ my return. I don't wear a lot of make-up but what I do wear I get from. Sephora.
