I really hate shopping at this store but my son needed help picking out some new work clothes and this was where he wanted to go so I agreed to go along. I just find this location claustrophobic. There is so much stuff and things are often strewn about and messy. Sometimes you can get some pretty good deals though.

Ordered item to be delivered to my house. Package was dropped off by UPS; box was damaged very bad and completely open on two sides. Could not resolve issue online so I contacted Papillion Store. Jason and Debbie were fantastic and solved our problem the next day. Unbelievable how great they both were. Kohl’s is lucky to have these two exceptional Employees.

I am disappointed in the way things are displayed using signs that have very small fine print making it misleading. Tonight at the checkout there was a table filled with Halloween candy of all kinds. I decide to grab a few things only because of the seemingly awesome price. When I got out to the car I noticed that NONE of the candy I chose came up 70% off so I returned inside. I went to customer service where they proceeded to call a manager over. Where did I go wrong? Because the sign said UP TO 70% off not ALL 70% Off. well I am sorry if you are going to put a sign right in front of the items I grabbed then that should be the price. Not to mention the words “up to” you need a magnifying glass to see!! I am so sick of the shady practices of retailers! Looking at my receipt NONE of the candy I chose was 70% off!! It’s the principle of the matter. People are going to continue to buy that candy thinking they are getting a deal while the store continues to collect. If there had been the slightest bit of compassion or the manager agreeing with me that the table was set up confusing it wouldn’t be a big deal but I am seriously over places that could care less about the customer!!

I've always loved Kohl's, ever since I was a little girl, and it's because of this location that I got to visit Sephora for the first time ever. I absolutely adore both places so much. They have exceptional merchandise for whatever you may be looking for, and everything is always worth the price.

If you get the opportunity to go to Kohl’s store seek out the cashier named Debbie in LaVista. Her friendliness & attitude is beyond kind & makes you feel like you want to go back again. She’s extremely knowledgeable & so extremely sweet. Thanks Kohl’s.

I always enjoy my shopping experiences at Kohls. I love the merchandise and choices etc. And it is always a great conclusion of my shopping experience when I go to Kathleen's checkout. She is always friendly and always very helpful.

The store is consumer friendly. It is easy to get around and find things. Every thing is marked correctly and easy to read. The staff is amazing and super friendly!!! And just for that I gave them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
