I was recently in the Dillard’s Lincoln store to shop for perfume. Sandy, the employee who assisted me was very informative and helpful. She gave me time and space to look over the large selection that the store carried. When I had made my selection, she efficiently took care of my purchase. She is very warm and welcoming, making the customer feel valued and important!!

I went shopping for a bra tonight after getting a rec to see Andrea in the bra department, and she was AMAZING. I have nerve damage in my right shoulder and after a bad pain flair, I’ve been struggling for months to find a bra that doesn’t crunch my shoulder. Andrea remeasured me and found the perfect fit. It was literally and figuratively painless. No more crunch. This was the first time I have ever left a store with happy tears in my eyes. Thank you Andrea!!

What a huge financial investment Dillard's is putting into this store. They have taken over the old Yonkers store and it looks like this will be the largest high end department store in Lincoln. Very exciting to have a great shopping experience taking a foothold on the area. ...well needed. Likely going to be my first stop for clothes.

Great products. Fairly high prices. Most of the staff are too uninformed to be very helpful.

Only one employee acknowledged my presence in the store. Thank you to that one young guy down in the men’s department. Unfortunately I did not get his name. Sad that you have so many employees yet they don’t know how to speak. Also got judgment looks from the employees up in the make up department as I was leaving your store.

Dillard's is a big store. It's not very old here. There's a huge variety of women garments but in comparison, Men's garments are very less. There's a big section of kids garments and their other things. There's a big section for home furnishings and home appliances too. But there's not enough staff to help you or handle your queries on floor.

Ahmad in the shoe department was great! Very helpful, personable and professional. He has an incredible talent in fashion and helped match my shoes to a dress I’m wearing to a very special wedding. 10/10 would recommend!

The store is looking a lot better than before but their employees are not nice at all!! We couldn't get the assistance we needed and could barely find anyone who was helpful! Very sad for a high end store

They have a decent selection, but the employees are incredibly rude! 2 of them repeatedly insisted they hold a pair of jeans my boyfriend had found up at the register until we're ready to check out; and followed us around the store staring intently as if we were trying to steal them or something after we politely said "no thank you" and explained that we were looking for a shirt to match & needed them handy so we could compare & what not. I didn't even bother trying to find anything for myself because they were making me feel so uncomfortable that I just wanted to get the heck outta there. We felt completely and totally disrespected! You wouldn't believe how quickly & dramatically their attitudes changed the second I opted to pay our nearly $750 total with cash. Lmfao The BEST part though, was the look of shame & embarrassment on the older woman's face when I asked for store recommendations to spend my $3,500 "vacation outfit allowance" lol. Hopefully she'll think twice & about who she's judging next time.

Staff was very kind and accommodating. Larger space is under construction, but looks like it will be great when done!

I just love Dillard's for kids clothes. They expanded and made it even bigger. Tha clearance is wonderful and the styles so good!

My wife always wants to stop in but she usually does not find anything. I was not shopping but I found a great Cremieux brand shirt which is perfect for the summer.

Wrong price range up. Salesperson could not fix, but Taylor did with override. Keep training your people!

I love the Christmas decor they have every year and the Grinch Christmas selection is awesome! However 2022 did not have near as much Christmas stuff as they have had in the past so that was disappointing but overall I give it a three-star

Dept stores are in such short supply with everyone being able to shop online today. Dillards has a great reputation and with reason. The day I was there, they were remodeling so there were areas that could not be entered and I felt inventory was down some in several departments of women's clothing which is perfectly understandable. The sales ladies I worked with were friendly but not breathing down your neck--just the way I like them.

Dillard's had a huge section dedicated to women's winter coats, however, only two small racks had plus size coats. I was shopping for a coat for my mom who wears plus size - very disappointed in the selection, but did purchase a very nice coat, just wish designers and stores would consider those who need specialty sizes. Having only a couple of choices amongst all the other coats made the disappointment feel worse. 😕

I love shopping at Dillard's but, today I went bought some perfumes and I stopped at Lancome to look for a facial cleaner. I asked the lady to help me find a product and she asked what type of skin i have and I told her. Then she offered me a product and I told her I used it before and I didn't like it. Then she said I don't have anything else for you then and she put the product on the counter and walked away. I always seen friendly staff Dillard's but, that lady needs some training on working with customers.

I always enjoy walking through and seeing what kind of fashionable options they have, even when I don't pick anything up! The majority of their men's clothing selection are very fashionable, not necessarily in the colors I like but overall I would highly recommend stopping in. Maybe I should do a dye experiment soon and see if I can customize a shirt into the colors that I like, haha!

I received a flyer in the mail for a free Lancome gift with a $39 purchase . There is a sample in the gift that I have been wanting to try out so I ordered some Lancome makeup online to qualify for the free samples . I went to the counter to pick up my makeup and gift but the agent told me the free gift doesn't start until the 8th . There is no date on the flyer . When I told her that I would pick up my makeup on the 8th , she informed me that I would have to purchase another $39 worth of Lancome to get it . Rude and arrogant and I will cancel my order and buy my Lancome from another source from now on . Dillards , you need to train your employees better and maybe test and oversee their skills .

I called the store in a panic, my family needed some outfits for dinner at the country club. We had one and half hours until the dinner. The people Rebecca, Kitty, Jordan and Jen were amazing! I called ahead and they put together possible outfits ready for my family to race in and choose then be on their way. Thank you so much for not only being very professional but pure class helping us with a very important dinner. I will forever be a Dillard's customer because of this store and their team. Thank you
