Amanda was amazing! Called first after going to the Gary location, which quoted a 2 1/2 wait. Spoke to Amanda and she told me to come over. Got there and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Not only was Amanda quick and efficient at her job, she was very pleasant. The front desk ladies were great as well! Definitely recommend this location over Gary.

As far as the Physical therapist and the medical assistant that administered my drug test they were phenomenal. The receptionist has a very nasty attitude. They are going through renovations and don’t have enough chairs so the waiting patients. Overall it’s a 5/10 for me. Get a friendly more welcoming person. It sets the tone for the rest of the staff.

I arrived at center at 1250pm and left at 255p. I was not told at registration there would be a 2 hour+ wait. Counter staff was rude and defensive when questioned as to why I had not been informed of the wait time. I was told “you don’t have to wait”. My response was yes I do have to wait. My employer requires me to come here, otherwise I would not be here. Very unpleasant experience!

I had a Very Great experience at this location in Hammond, Indiana. Time I walked in the door, I was greeted friendly, ALL the nurses staff was Very friendly and polite. The service was Very Fast, even with a lot of people there, plenty of seats and parking. THANKYOU TO THE NURSES AND STAFF FOR YOUR KINDNESS !

Concentra Medical Center made my visit for a drug test for employment quick and fast. The staff was very polite and professional. I missed my original appointment time and that was not an issue. The office closed at 8PM so I had enough time to be seen. My experience with Concentra was wonderful.

Super friendly staff which makes all the dif for me. And I was in and out quickly. Meanwhile, they finally they seem to be expanding the waiting room which is why only 4 stars--expecting people to stand while waiting for health care is madness. Construction is underway now so hopefully by the time u read this it's done and ready 🙂. Otherwise, expect to stand.

The locum PA was great. Friendly, professional and efficient. The gal who drew my blood and did my lab work was also very friendly. The process and wait time, horrible. Nobody here is in a hurry to do anything quickly. The wait time was ridiculous and the time spent sitting in the room waiting on the next step of the process took far too long. I was here for pre-employment testing and was here for a little over 2 hours.

Very difficult to understand receptionists in person and on the phone. Alot of misinformation, I was told all I needed was my license. Not true. They needed dates, medications used etc. I always say I am only as good as the information I am given. I wasn't overly impressed ɓy clinic.
