I wouldn’t even give them one star but I had to. We went to eat here. I ordered the Cod sandwich and let me tell you. It was not even good the bread was so hard and the lettuce was wilted and was turning brown. I didn’t even eat it and there was no supervisor walking around to see if everything was alright. The lines were long so I was not about to go back into the line and ask for a fresh one not knowing what they would do, so here I am. Picture say a thousand words.

The manager, Taylor, is straight TRASH. She’s rude and thinks she can talk to people however she wants. I called the store to let them know they messed up my order and didn’t give me the tartar sauce I asked for, so I asked them to refund me for the two pieces of fish. She told me they “didn’t mess up my order, and if I was so concerned about the tartar sauce, that I should get my priorities straight.”👀😐 I just wanted to eat my food the way I ordered it. I asked for the number to corporate, and she said they were a franchise. I wonder if the franchise owner knows how their manager is talking to their customers. 🤔❌ Customer service is ZERO STARS.

This is one of the best place you can eat. I had the cod fish and fries. It was very delicious. The food was fresh and hot. Good customer service and very clean on the inside. Thanks Culver's!

Thankful to have dine-in seating. I love Culver's, and this was my first time to this particular Culver's. This place didn't meet my expectations for a Culver's. Fries weren't hot, and also no ketchup was brought out with my food. (I had mentioned to cashier, after paying for my order, that I'd like ketchup for the fries. Ketchup dispenser not available in lobby or dining area due to pandemic). For the cheeseburger, I ordered it with grilled onions and a side of BBQ sauce (Culver's has fantastic BBQ sauce). Burger had this, but also had lettuce, tomato, pickle and mayo (which should not have been on it). There must have been a mess-up in the kitchen. I also believe my (kids meal) burger was bigger than it should have been (but that's not a problem to me). I understand food is prepared after I order, but this took an unusually long time for an 8pm visit. I was the only customer in dining room when I sat down at table.

I got the strawberry mango cooler. Omg, is thay drink awesome!!!! The service was great, and the staff was friendly Went on 8/24 Ordered the strawberry mango cooler. Well 1 of 3 ended up all over my seat and floorboard because the cup holders they give you don't hold the cups

My son says he doesn't want a burger from anywhere else. 👏🏽 great job! And seeing the young faces at the window were pleasant. They were nice and accommodating to all my questions. Asked for a recommendation and it was great!

order two deluxe burgers and two tenders 4 pc and 2 large fries. I paid for the full order… I got to my house and, surprise, I was missing fries and a 4-piece tender, bad service. Or maybe I trust them and don't check my order right when they gave it to me. So check your orders right there, not when you get home.

I came in here not that long with my family. Not only is the food delicious, but the staff here goes above and beyond for their customers. My husband and I especially a great interaction with John in particular. I'm not positive if he is the owner or manager or role, but what I can tell you it is a rarity to see a restaurant worker (especially at a chain) of any caliber going around making sure everyone's experience is up to par. Very refreshing! Keep up the great work highland culvers---my family and I will be back!

Accompanied members of Highland High School Sapphires Dance Team. They had a great time and great food. My wife and I also had great food. Managers and Staff are always courteous. The bathroom is always clean. Servers are efficient.

I was very disappointed with the Ridge/Cline location. Culver's is usually consistent no matter the location, but I had the worst experience here. On Sunday 9/3/23 we decided to dine in at lunch time. To start we ordered 4 value baskets (which come with soft drinks). We were given our cups for the self service drink station. 3 of us planned on getting Iced Tea, but the Iced Tea containers were not at the drink station. I went back to the counter and asked if they had Iced Tea behind the counter. We were told that they were "out of stock" on Iced Tea. I commented that, had I known that, I would have just had water to drink. The worked replied, you can get water at the drink station. That's not the point, we paid for 3 drinks. I will give the benefit of doubt due to the lunch rush, but we waited at least 15 minutes to receive our food. I can deal with the wait. However, when our food arrived, my hamburger patty was small and burnt to a crisp. They did remake the burger (which was good) but everyone in my group was finished by the time the replacement burger was ready. We won't be go back to his location.

This is my first ever experience at any Culver's. If someone were to put their food in front of me and told me that it was homemade, I would have believed them. The buns alone deserve some recognition, because they were amazing. I went through the drive-thru and the woman who took my payment was very charismatic, and extremely kind. They were out of a certain item, so shortly after I pulled forward to wait a gentleman came out and was very helpful, friendly and patient with me while we discussed the order change. I couldn't have asked for a better first experience from any business, let alone a fast food chain. Outstanding customer service, and even better food to back it up.

Culver's has great cheeseburgers! They always seem packed when I go, so I usually order online. Ordering online is great. My food is hot and ready for me when I get there to pick it up! I recommend the double bacon deluxe. Soooooo goood!

Food was good. Service was fine, though the person at the counter was extremely hard to understand as she mumbled and talked extremely quickly. She seemed a little frustrated when I asked her to repeat something that I did not understand the first few times she said it. Both ketchup dispensers were empty, but the situation was rectified as soon as we brought it to their attention.

The food was outstanding I ordered a cod Sandwich the server was great polite and kind in words. The atmosphere was pleasant very nice and clean.

Treat yourself to some fresh food. Always made to order so you might have a small wait. The burgers and fish sandwiches were my go-to. Don't forget to try the frozen custard!

Hands down the worst Culver’s in the area. After waiting I was brought a shake I did not order. I let the worker know, wrote down my order and she said she would be back because all the orders were mixed up. The parking lot was full of customers waiting. After 30 minutes she came out to tell me the manager said that’s not what I ordered and I would need to repay since I did not receive a receipt and I had paid cash. I explained I had paid cash, the total amount I paid, etc. manager stated I needed to repay. I ended up going inside along with the others who were waiting for their orders, requesting the manager who initially refused to speak. I gave the shake back, asked the gentleman who took my order in payment for confirmation and he confirmed. Finally got my order that had been sitting on the counter. Took the food because I did not have another 30 minutes to wait for a chicken sandwich and fries. Last time I will go to this location.

The customer service was great until I found hair in my food. I called to address the issue with manager on duty who was very rude. No apologies we need the food with the hair in it. I express I didn't have time that day to return. Well it's nothing they could do. TRIED calling coparate no answer lft message & no response...I'll never eat there again 🤢

Long wait in drive through. Very good Cod, except one piece was either old or ever cooked. The chocolate shake was excellent.

Rolls are always cold and hard. Would be nice to find a place close to the front but the booths are filled with workers. Just once I wish they could get our complete order right.

I ordered two concrete mixers through the drive-thru. I live about 7 minutes from your restaurant. Got them home and they were runny like milkshakes. I did call and the manager offered me two free ones when I come back.

Your staff must have had a BAD DAY this past Saturday, I had to go to the counter THREE times to get my order straightened out! I think that I 'll take my business elsewhere for awhile. Maybe by then the staff will have learned how to properly serve customers by then. Terry Burns 🥵🥵🥵🤨🤨

I do not recommend this Culver's unless you want to wait 20+ minutes for your food to possibly be correct. Yesterday on 9/14/22 at 6:45pm my receipt was printed at the window. I had to give the worker my order again because what he repeated back to me was wrong. It was right then that I realized why I made the mistake of going there yet again. By the time I ordered at the speaker to when I HAD TO GO IN and ask where my food was, it had been a total of 20 minutes. I walked up and asked a worker when order #1 was coming out. Finally, I'm guessing a manager, walked to a small freezer right by the registers (to the customers left, the worker's right) and handed me my three items with no explanation no apology, no word, nothing. My order had been sitting in there with the custard already beginning to melt. Had I not waited so long I would have asked for my money back and left the order there. How in the world do you just simply forget to take people's orders outside when you have a drive-thru full of cars waiting for their orders? Another time in recent months, the worker came out to my car 2x asking what I ordered. Both times he brought out the wrong items. My photos show my melted ice cream and my receipt. I pulled over on the corner of Wirth and Liable to take the photo which is less than a mile away. This Culver's has major issues. No one can get anything right. Whoever these owners are, seems like the only right thing they do is give a military discount. They do not care about their store enough to give it a major overhaul from the top manager down to the workers. Seriously, avoid this place and travel west to the new location in Hammond off of Indianapolis Blvd. Or better yet, head to the Schererville location. Their service is excellent.

With the prices they charge, you think you could get correct food. Pay for 3 cheese sauces, you get 1. Pay for an “everything topping” burger get plain. Not to mention the drive through will ring in your order completely wrong but read it back to you correct. 5 - stars to the food runners. They are always on their A game and very kind.

I love the Culver's on Ridge Road in Highland, In. First of all from the front to the dining are is ALWAYS CLEAN. Second, everyone is so nice and friendly they make you feel welcome. Third, the women's restroom is always CLEAN and FRESH. Thank you Culver's managers and staff please continue doing a Great job! I appreciate it!

They weren't very busy. I went to the drive thru. I ordered 2 Concretes and 25 minutes later, I was still waiting while other cars that came in after me were all leaving. I finally asked one of the kids bringing orders out what was going on. He came back out about 2 minutes later with my order and apologized. He said they were sitting right there and didn't know why they weren't brought out. He was very polite and I could tell he felt bad about it. Of course by now they were half melted. Very disappointed.

This was my first time eating here. I would have to say that my burger was really good. So good that I wanted another one later that day. My mistake was that I went to the new one in Hammond the second time. Not the same at all. Stick with the one on Ridge Rd.

Really not impressive for a Culver's. Concrete mixer wasn't stirred, sandwich had more meat than ordered on one side, cheese on the other, no condiments, four or five workers kinda just standing around... aside from the good flavors Culver's typically has, I don't have anything positive to say about this location.

Horrible experience. Burger was tasteless! fries..... Cold. Ice cream treat.... Melted slop. Culver's, please listen! Prices are way too high right now for this lack. Do better

Sad, food was missing we told them what we were missing, the cooked the basket minus the fries we were missing. Came out with the basket no fries and argued that they gave us the cheese curds. We never said anything about cheese curds 🤦🏼‍♀️ Staff does not seem to want to be there to work just to stand around chatting with themselves not worried about customers

It is 11:41 and I’m just now getting a refund after waiting 20 minutes and brung the wrong order twice. Then workers just don’t care. Clothes covered in filth and they just opened Hair not pulled back

They have gluten-free buns, which makes them my favorite in fast food. However...we waited outside for half hour for a forgotten milkshake before we had to go in and speak to someone. They made amends by giving us 3 milkshakes and an extra fry, so they did what they could to make amends. The customer service was good, polite, and kind. They were simply swamped and made a mistake.
