They are ALWAYS so nice to you. They get your order right. We love coming here. Just wish they had something hot to drink in cold weather.

I normally order from here weekly since my work is so close & it's so convenient, however the last 3 orders have been a waste of money. I've had to call each time to get my order re-made. This is how my "sandwich" came AGAIN today. A particle of what looks like a pre-chewed piece of ham and half rotten lettuce. This one has gone down hill dramatically in quality. Guess it's time for me to find a new regular lunch spot unfortunately.

I like stopping in here if I'm in the area for a quick lunch at work. Definitely one of the better Jimmy John's locations in NW Indiana. Not that there's a whole lot of difference, but the way they conduct the sandwiches at this location is more satisfying than some other locations I've frequented.

Always delicious no matter which location with great customer service as well.

Took over an hour to get one sandwich. It showed out for delivery for 50 minutes so I called the store and was told they were “backed up.” Okay great but don’t mark my food as out for delivery when it’s not actually out for delivery. Finally got the sandwich and it tasted like it had been sitting there for an hour. Totally gross and soggy and I couldn’t even eat it.

Went here this afternoon to get a turkey sandwich to eat later. Got home and went to eat the sandwich and I found spoiled turkey on bread. That’s it. No lettuce, Mayo nothing but spoiled turkey on bread. I’m really glad I open the bread before eating the sandwich because I would have definitely gotten sick if I would have eaten it. Highly disappointed.

Freaky fast and then beach club was top notch! This location is always good but tonight wow man you guys are on the ball.
