Yea I well no longer eat here. There was paper in my patty melt. So, I called up to talk to the GM or a manager. The lady puts me on the phone with a manager who wants to act clueless. I'm like,"hi, I order a patty melt through Uber eats & there was paper literally melted in the cheese" the manager proceeds to act clueless in confused talking about,"wym paper" as if he thought I was lying or something. After this incident I well never give my money to hooters anymore

Had a blast for the party we had, girls were great really had him blushing, had a very nice gentleman buy my step son a shot which in return we gave him some cake!! Nice to see good people still exist. Our order was correct. It came out quick hot and right! Our waitress was wonderful party of 15!! Thanks samantha!! Great job, and all the other girls that came to make his birthday special 👏 😁

I ordered a double burger and curly fries. Nothing special, right!? Burger was very good, but luke warm. Curly fries were cold. Waitress was very good. I also told the waitress who sat us that the chair was broken. Literally, broke! She didn't have a care in the world. Someone is going to bust their butt for sure. Could be a lawsuit in the making.

Fries came out soggy and seemed old. The waitresses have no hygiene. Even with a sign showing hand washing procedures and stating to wash hands or change gloves while using station no one uses gloves, they scratch their butt, hold their hands by their but while awaiting food and drinks. I noticed this within an hours visit so apparently the manager is ok with this. Highly recommend if you have no standards and want gross hands on your beverages and plates.

Probably the worst Hooters I’ve ever been to. Ordered take out twice and dined in once. Every time the order is wrong or cold. The last time I was there (dined in), our group of 4 was sat in the darkest corner and basically ignored the entire time. Waters never refilled, no check in, just what’s your order and gone. When the food came, everyone else got theirs but half of it was cold and they completely forgot mine, so I had to wait another 30 minutes (after waiting 45 initially) to get my food. It’s insane how terrible this place is. The reviews here do not accurately reflect at all.

Wings prepared exactly as ordered. Salad made to perfection. Superb lunch today. Andrea provided excellent service.

The service is horrible here it’s hard to get any help from any of the servers. Not to mention the hostess with a bad attitude. They really need better management there and for the manger to actually be out on the floor making sure customers are getting great service. The 3 last times I’ve gone I get my food cold. I will no longer be going back and I really recommend people to go to a different hooters. Service is horrible

Took 10 minutes to get seated. Ordered apprizer that didn't come until 25ish minutes later. My friend ordered onion rings and they never came and waitress overall didn't care for our company. Took them about 15 minutes just to come and take our credit card. First time here and my last. Oh and the pop was flat.

Waitress got my order wrong, I asked for 10 original wings but she gave me 10 boneless wings. Didn't want to wait for new batch to cook so I just ate them. Curly fries were luke warm at best. My son ordered a fish sandwich which is supposed to come with tartar sauce but didn't so we had to track down server to get it. Overall food was subpar and service lastluster. Maybe I caught them on a bad Saturday afternoon.

After waiting 30 minutes for a pick up order (standard) I ordered a 6 piece traditional wing with lemon pepper rub. This is the tiny wings I received. They look like party wings, not classic. And I ordered and paid for 6, there was only 5 in the box. Not to mention, you can see there is hot sauce on the wax paper and I had no hot sauce on my wings. Super disappointed as a new local resident.

I ordered a shrimp po boy AND IT DIDN'T HAVE A SINGLE PIECE OF SHRIMP ON IT! I basically paid for cold fries and a piece of bread with lettuce and tomato on it! They also took FOREVER to prepare the order! They are the WORST!

I used to love Hooters until this last visit. The food was horrible and they weren't able to make the drinks correct. It seems that their menu has been limited, although I may be wrong but it seemed like there were a lot of items missing. The only thing that was good was the waitress and one of the managers. Sadly, I don't see me or my family retuning.

Alexa is the most Amazing Bartender and Ms. Love the Best Server along with Becca! The Premiere Spot in Sherrillville! Caitlin and Andy are also Exceptional. The Food is always Good! A Great place for Sports!

Food was good. Service was excellent. Went to celebrate my boyfriends birthday as he'd never been to a hooter. Was surprised they didn't sing or offer a shot or ice cream or anything to make it special for him.

The fried pickles are still one of my favorite food items there. Just a little pricey. I absolutely love that they serve the best pop there is; Pepsi. Just 2 of the reasons I continue to stop there. Wish the staff was more interactive though like they used to be years ago.

I have come to this location on many different occasions and never had issues. Tonight my family & I had the worst experience at this establishment ever. We place an order for our appetizers which consisted of the sliders and an order of mozzarella sticks, it took over 35 minutes for that to get to us. When we finally did receive the order it was wrong. We informed the waitress that when we ordered we had substituted our fries for the tater tots she said “oh I’ll be right back” and offered no apology. Ok fine, not a huge deal. After finishing our appetizers we placed our meal orders, everyone got boneless wings. Our meals came after about 15 minutes & my son complained how cold his food was, I checked it and sure enough ice cold. Proceeded to check my food & my partners food, also super cold. We gestured for the manager to come over when we saw him, and instantly realized that he had no desire to resolve our issue. When we explained everything to him it was in a calm and respectful manner stating that we watched tables who came after us be served appetizers & meals before we even got our appetizers. In return we received an attitude and his words exactly were “well is this the first or second time receiving this order”. I was confused as we had just gotten our meals and told that to him, he said well as she explained the tickets in the back got messed up and food had to be remade so do you want it or not? I proceeded to tell him we were never informed of there being any issues in the kitchen or offered an apology for the inconvenience. He then says “ok well I just got done explaining this same issue to two other tables so do you want the food or not”. At that point we were disgusted with the whole experience and asked for the bill for the apps & drinks, waited another 20 minutes for that, paid it & left. I don’t think I will ever return to that location again which is disappointing as they are the only location I know of that serves my favorite wing flavor, the Buffalo Hot Honey.

Ordered online for 100 wings. The young lady in the front was very nice and checked on my food, making sure it was all there. She wears jeans, not the regular hooters attire. Didn't get her name but she was very petite. Wings were cooked perfectly except I take off one star because the wings did not have enough sauce on them. A little more would have done the job for 5 stars.

We went 7-16-22. Andrea was very nice. Thank you again for that Andrea! I had a small order of lettuce with grilled chicken and Ceasar dressing. The croutons were a little hard to eat as they did not feel to churchy almost as they were not fresh. I did let Andrea know which she said, she would forward the information. I'm not mad. The rest of our food was all excellent. I will be back! 😁

My friends and I came here on s Thursday. The place was slow but took over 30 minutes to get our cold food. For a table of 4 mind you. And over 10 minutes to get a pitcher of beer. This location used to be fantastic but has really gone downhill lately, and I see why.

The bartender Jade (who's shouldn't be wearing a gold badge) told me the kitchen was closed at 12:31. At 12:35 I asked what time they closed the kitchen she said 12:45 looked and seen she straight up lied to me and said well the kitchen throws chemicals on the grease. Ummm ma'am you have no idea what you're talking about I owned a restaurant that don't even make the least bit of sense. The service is pathetic. Here's my receipt. Cashed out before 12:45

I had some of the worst service at your Schererville location on 11/24/2023. They were out of several things, outrageous wait times, cold food etc. Let's start with the positives, there was no wait time so we walked right in and then seated and things went down hill from there. We were seated for 10-15 minutes before the waitress came over (not the worst) but the restaurant was not full. We attempted to order Stella, Corona Premier(on tap), Modelo and "regular" Corona. At this point I am shocked. The manager comes over, says there's nothing she can do. The first orders of wings come over, they were good and hot. We then order another round(maybe 2 hours into being in the restaurant) and it takes a substantial amount of time. A partial order comes out and we have to wait for the second part, we reconfirmed with the manager the second part of the order. After 30 minutes we check in with the waitress, the manager comes back over, apologizes and says she will pack the order herself because the waitress did not communicate with her(despite us telling HER what we were waiting on). No more than 5 minutes later we see the manager with her coat on and walking out the door. Another 10 minutes later the waitress comes over with a plate of wings(not in a box) that were ice cold. This was some of the most abysmal and haphazard service I have ever received from the management and waitress. In all we were at the restaurant for 3+ HOURS to get 16 wings.

We had a party of 6. Three adults and 3 kids. Our waitress, Serafina, was very friendly and kept checking on us. She even made sure the kids had lids on their drinks without me asking!! Big plus and thank you! We always get the hot boneless wings, which are always good, and tried the Cajun boneless wings for the first time. I will say, they are very good!! We'll definitely be getting those again next time.

The food, service and atmosphere was great. Our server Becca was amazing. I hope I spelled her name right, but she was amazing. The bartender was great and on top of her game. If you're looking for a clean friendly atmosphere with great food and great service, this is the place.

Marianna was our server and was anything but friendly. From the time we sat down until we left. We waited about 45 minutes for our food only for it to come out cold and when we let her know her response was well it just came out so I offered her to feel it for herself that it was hardly even warm if that. Then she says mean.. “I can ask them to remake it but I don’t know how long it’s gonna take”. Her whole attitude was just cold and rude. We love hooters and understand things happen but service is everything and hers was not a good impression.

We sat at the bar. Our server Jade was not attentive at all. She kept talking to a male customer & not paying attention to us..she seemed to have an attitude problem. My boyfriend got his food, it was cold. Had to have it sent back & revieved fresh, hot food in its place. Usually never have issues when we come here, but this day last week, we were disappointed.

The staff was very friendly but the food was honestly just horrible. We went there hoping for a great meal. The crab legs were ok but the chicken sandwich was garbage. Literally couldn't even pull the chicken apart with 2 hands. The waitress tried to overcompensate by giving us extra on our other orders which was highly appreciated but things like the chicken sandwich and Buffalo shrimp don't live up to the menu.

We went with another couple for my husband's birthday. The server's all sing happy birthday and it was so cute! Food was great, our server was wonderful.

Me and my husband stopped there today around 3:00pm for something to eat and noone wanted to wait on us. One waitress saw me staring at her and she ignored us and went to the back of the restaurant to talk to the other waitresses. So we left. Very disappointed as we were starving and will never go back.. In response to your apology which I appreciate, there was only about 10 tables in there so apparently the girls didn't want to work. Thank you but no we wont be coming back.

The waitress Kyra was nice and professional. However, the food didn’t reflect the same. I ordered 20 wings and 16 of them were drums. Usually, there’s an even number. The smoked wings were over cooked. I also ordered original, but to my surprise the spicy garlic wings had shrimps leftovers in the additional sauce. I’m allergic to shrimp. There was no major concern. After speaking with the waitress she offered to exchange the 6 wings but by the time I really wasn’t up to eating anymore.

Food was amazing! Only complaint we had was with the long wait for the food, which was about a hour and some change after placing the order. We noticed almost all of the other guest who were seated after we placed our orders were receiving their food finishing and able to leave.

This was my first time going here and I was impressed by the service here. Food was great and the atmosphere was lively. Would recommend the chipotle honey wings. I'll for sure be a returning customer.

Ordered the 20 Original Wings with Buffalo Hot Honey sauce! Wings were fresh & lots of sauce. Had to order again the next day! So Good! Ordered from “ActiveMenus” very quick pickup.
