No idea where all the positive reviews come from. I cannot say anything good about the actual job done (by Louise). I never had so much pain, it was not done right. The result was simply not right and two friendly emails to refer to the incident and ask an explanation or repair, went unanswered. Before they reply that I can always contact them, I can pre-empt by saying that all phone calls during opening hours went unanswered....I was apprehensive to choose a chain and sadly this was confirmzd. In retrospect should have been weary of the multi, multi page disclaimer I had to sign. So, even if they would have done nothing wrong, there is no offer to aftercare. Unacceptable when you provide medical services as a doctor, which they said they were. I'll go to a real medical centre again next time.

I had a great experience at Faceland, Brussels, I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly attitude. The professionalism and expertise of doctor Dr. Jasper Truyens was top-notch. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures I was interested in and answered all my questions. That made me feel confident and well- informed about the procedures I wanted to do. Then, I booked a second visit and had my nose fillers done. I totally loved the results. I really can't recommend this beauty clinic enough.

Love this place , did my fillers today and the ladies were super nice and explained everything about the procedure really clearly. Wasn’t planning on getting my treatment done today but I really loved there set up and very clean environment. Definitely going back in the next few weeks for other treatments 😊 100% recommend

Dommage que l’institut ne réponde pas aux nombreux mails et messages ! Nous sommes venus à 2 le 30 décembre et aucun de nous 2 n’est satisfait des résultats. Je vous déconseille ce centre.

I had my lip fillers done by Dr. Peirsman who was really friendly and professional. The receptionist was also friendly, and the clinic is clean and has nice decorations :)

First appointment with Dr Jasper. I did Botox and was very good, not painful at all. I will definitely continue with other treatments
