I have been to this center 3 times. WHY 1 STAR?! RUDE: Dr Adriantafika called me into her room to make a statement. He was sitting at his desk. I wanted to sit down too, he wouldn't let me sit. If I sit down they'll have to wipe the chair! How primitive and rude is this! You sit yourself, you make your patient stand up! The excuse was that they would have to wipe the chair! What rudeness and shame! SLOW: Although we went before the appointment time, the examination was only done 1 hour later. We went at 16:15 and were able to get out of there at 17:35. 5 minuts for registration, 10 minuts for prechecking, 45 minutes wast away with waiting then just 20 minute for examine. Result: we have to came one more time and extra payment! BAD EXAMINATION: We went for my son's 6 month general examination. We had no additional complaints. Before the examination, everything went well, the doctor said, you can continue with the current glasses. Right after, she said no, I was not sure, she will check again, she checked, she was not sure again. She said you should come back after half an hour of examination. She said she will also check again by dripping drops. NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILD PATIENTS: My 8-year-old son had to warn the doctor twice during the examination. Because the doctor was sitting between my son and the board that my son was supposed to look at. The doctor was sitting with her hair blocking my son's view of the board. Although my son said this twice, she did not care about it and could not do the examination properly, we had to go a second time. IMPULSIVENESS : My 8 year old son had to wear a mask. Because the mask was slipping from my son's face, the doctor taped the mask to my son's face. Since the tape was stuck to the most sensitive area under my son's eyes, we could not remove the tape for a long time. And we had a lot of trouble removing the tape. When we finally removed the tape, my son suffered for a long time and deep irritation in custody occurred. MAKE EXTRA MONEY Due to slowness, inadequate examination conditions and bad examination, they divide the examination to be done in one consultation into two and demand two examination fees for a job.

Everything went well with the doctor and his team. Very quick to be reviewed, I had a very complete review of my eyesight. No problem. Satisfied.

They were kind, answered in length all my questions and I only had to wait a few minutes. They spoke perfect english. Recommend them:)

Amazing experience, Dr Andriantafika was very accommodating; clear and professional on communicating everything for my PRK surgery; and provided great follow up to my questions and requests.

Extremely unprofessional medical centre and huge waste of time! I took an appointment two weeks in advance online and got the confirmation via e-mail. Once on site, I was told that the appointment was not accepted and that apparently an e-mail was sent to "someone" that was supposed to inform me... Apparently a simple phone call is too costly for them. The option offered by the doctor was to wait around an hour. Well, patients also work and have schedules, doctors are not the only one ;) I will advise all my colleagues and friends to avoid this place at all costs!

Dr Mamisoa Andriantafika is the best eye doctor in town. Also his assistants receive you with a smile. In one word: top service!

The ophthalmology unit is very well equiped and the staff is professional and kind. The examination took aprox. 15 minutes and I didn t wait before.

Very pleasant experience, without too much waiting. All the details of and after the examination very well explained with the possibility to ask for further clarification, in needed (it wasn't needed, all clear).

Very kind and extremly competent staff. All necessary examinations were carried out with the latest equipment. Moreover, the doctor took his time and explained to me in detail the results. I can only recommend this place!

Prepare yourself for long waits. I had to wait 1 hour and half to see the practitioner, Dr. Mamisoa Andriantafika, because there was a shortage of personnel who were carrying out the initial exams. After all that wait, my consultation with Dr.Andriantafika for an eyes check lasted 5 minutes. Still cannot understand why the receptionist did not prevent patients of the long waits that were ahead of us, which is expected when you go to a medical appointment.

The booking system, via their website, doesn't work. I've tried 4 different browsers and 3 different devices. In the end, I couldn't book an appointment, even though the assistants guaranteed that the time slot for the desired day was free... There are no alternatives: no paper agendas, no alternatives, no nothing. Either you book online or you don't book at all. Terrible bureaucratic experience. I felt frustrated and powerless. Don't recommend.

Very pleasant experience! Although I was there for a simple eye check, the whole environment and personnel were more than satisfying. Kind, helpful, efficients! I will totally visit them again for any possible future exams!
