My doctor was Dr. Evans. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed on July 11th. When checking in and going through the process of getting to the surgery center everyone was extremely mannered and had great customer service. They were open to any questions or concerns and told me an answer that was honest and upfront which I loved. The only problem that I guess I could complain about was the anesthesiologist. She didn’t make me count down or anything. She was great besides making me count down to fall asleep. She did make me aware that I would be really sleepy and made sure it was okay to start a IV. I am really hard stick to and she got it on the first try. Everyone was great and Dr. Evan’s even came to look at me after I was done with the surgery. The outpatient team was very patient and helped me to stand and made sure I was awake enough to walk. I had only met the dr one time so I was a little skeptical at first but everyone is so professional and nice. They also gave me a very detailed paper for how to care for myself after surgery. Obviously I’m only a day post op but I feel so much better this second day. My swelling has not went down as much as I’d like and the pain meds aren’t the strongest but I’ve added the ibuprofen they recommend and that does the trick. Thank you Dr. Evans! You and your team have been wonderful!

A very positive experience. The front office ladies were knowledgable, friendly, efficient, and kind. The nurses were so kind, pleasant, and caring. Dr Evans was the best…highly skilled, professional and caring.

I had unexpected oral surgery today. From the moment I walked in to the office to when I was leaving the building I was truly made to feel special. Like family. Dr Falconer and his entire staff were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Dr Falconer. He even came out to the parking lot to check on me before I left. That doesn’t happen every day and it meant the world to me. Thank you ALL for being pleasant, caring and efficient. There was no wait in the lobby, my appointment was at 830 and I was headed home before 10. Five Star treatment for sure!

They were all super nice and patient with me. From the receptionists to the nurses to the doctor. Probably the nicest medical peeps I’ve ever met. Thank you! :)

No problems at all with the doctor. I have 2 insurances and a supplemental policy. They didn't file on it and I had to call them to have them file it. They own me a refund and I have called for 3 months and every month they tell me they don't mail the checks out until the first of the month. I want recommend them because of that very reason. If I owed them money I couldn't go 7 months without paying. I was told it had to be paid in full before they would do the surgery.

Dr. Evans and his staff are wonderful!! They showed great patience and understanding with all of my questions and concerns before and after surgery! Highly recommended- you will be well taken care of!

The staff was very nice and know how to let you feel relax, I just pulled 2 wisdom teeth and was so scared of being put to sleep, but the anesthesia was very nice and friendly and assured me am going to be in good hands, and I was. Feels like couple minutes later I woke up, and was so happy, I definitely recommend
