First sbux in this town! Really love the ambience and the concepts. but big no for the way they handle situations with customer. They make me to top up before I can claim my reward and make transactions with cash. Fortunately, the manager came and explained to me patiently. Overall, still great coffee to ship with your mate.

First Starbucks in Kediri. Very helpful and friendly baristas. Great coffee as usual, lots of coffee choice. Tasty cake. The interior is beautiful and spacious, with warm vibes. Plenty of sofa available(indoor and outdoor). The restroom is also available. Spacious parking lot. Wifi range should be improved because it’s so unstable, disconnected automatically many times.

Great service, just as the other Starbucks

It's a nice place to sit and talk. I don't think it's a suitable place for people who plan to use this place for work remotely as wifi is not as fast as expected. During my visit, it was a little bit crowded. As expected of a franchise coffee shop, staff are friendly and sharp-witted. Overall it's a pleasant experience.
