I really enjoyed the cut by the young man that cut my teenagers hair the other day. Please remember these people work on tips! I understand people are struggling but at least leave $4 per cut. Sorry I don’t remember the guy’s name.

Terri just fixed my hair!!!!! I went to a different location on Hall rd. And my hair was butchered. I came in to the marter road location and Terri validated my feelings and fixed my hair so quick. I will be back. THANK YOU! ❤️

Was like a 2-hour wait from check-in today but the lady I had to do a great job! Not sure if they always have a long way but there was only two stylus working. They did honor a coupon from another great clips grand opening that was currently closed.

Always get the cut I describe and am always happy with it

Had a great haircut by Lisa! She took the time to listen to my requests and then give me exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend her. The salon is well maintained, and there's always someone greeting you when you enter the salon. I would definitely go back there again.

Great haircut for a great price. I highly recommend Lisa. I absolutely love the way she cuts my hair, and my Aunt's hair too! Everyone there is friendly. Never a huge wait even when you see others waiting.

:( Not a great experience, the lady who did my hair was rushed and did not seem to want my input. Don't like how my hair looks down now, she cut it shorter than I wanted and I'd been growing it all summer. She wasn't even going to show me the back before cashing me out. Have to pin the front up now daily to hide not blended in, too short layers that I didn't ask for! Charged for shampoo even though me and my daughter both paid for conditioning treatments, seems like that should of been included. Much better experience at Grosse pointe Great Clips every time.

Leanna is phenomenal with those scissors. She styles your hair exactly how you ask her to which is very important. I've been to several shops for hair cuts. however, Great Clips has a jewel and that is Leanna. I will always patronize them as long as they keep Leanna. After leaving the shop my hair has a very define blunt cut and I love it. I get compliments from my coworkers and etc.
