    I just left here about 10mins ago and I got a #7 combo with no ketchup or no tomato and not only did I have ketchup on my sandwich but they used some onions and the meat was old & dry and the sandwich has one piece of bacon on it…. they will no longer get my money πŸ‘ŽπŸ½ oh and let’s not for get the cashier at the window is very rude and has a serious attitude problem even when you are extremely polite

    Don't order third party! Ordered on Uber Eats, no options without pork for the menu items I wanted, so I request "no bacon". I call ahead to confirm that my order will not have bacon. The manager is seemingly irritated by my inquiry, confirms that my order LISTS "no bacon", then hangs up on me. Of course my order still had bacon.

    The problem I have with this store is not the food, but the customer service. I don't understand why they make cars wait at the cashier's window to be served. Then move the cars along once the food is done by telling customers to go to the pick-up window. They must be on some type of quality assurance or something. Don't lie about giving good service, just give excellent service. It's just that simple. No cars at the window to make it appear your serving adequately. This is the sad truth.     Where is the 0 star!! Went there today ordered a bacon double stack $6 Biggie Bag. These lazy clowns took one beef Patty cut it in half and put it on a bun! Then the bacon looked like somebody back there got hungry. I just tossed the whole burger! I never wrote reviews but the foolishness at this place has to be talked about. Called the customer experience number for Wendy, sat on hold just for them to hang up!!!! Foreclosure is next

    The person who took my order was very rude. I was asking if they still served fruit salad he kept saying what what. If you know anything about customer service u should say I'm sorry can you repeat that not What. Everyone in fast food should take a customer service course. They were running in the restaurant. Then he said yo stay right here at the first window so they can give you your food.Very ignorant and I will be calling corporate.

    Rude employees, not provided utensils, i.e. straws and spoons. Used app, which says p/u in drive thru, was given attitude when I insisted that didn't mean I would have to go inside to pickup. Plus was first given strawberry instead of chocolate frosty. Go across to the White Caatle better service and food!

    Literally the worst tasting Wendy's. They're very consistent at being bad. The owner needs to take a hard look at his restaurant. I've been at least 5 times. The parking lot is full of garbage and the food mathes it.

    Wendys needs to close this establishment its never open on time. Whoever drives the grey jeep Cherokee sees customers pulling up and pretends to be closed during open hours . Very unprofessional

    Foods alright once you get everything you order. Most times you don't. Either they forget things or you get the wrong order all together. Employees are slow moving and not to happy with customers

    The drive thru lady was great! The food window young man was super polite. I got a quick on the run $6 biggie bag. The burger, fries, and nuggets were all hot and fresh ! The soda was not flat but ice cold and refreshing! I would recommend this restaurant if you're in the area and need a quick bite to eat to keep you going. I took 1 star off because of the parking lot not being as clean and inviting as it could have been.
