I've been at this office for many years. I am now to my breaking point. Andrea Zinke has held my mental health medication hostage numerous times until she sees me, goes from filling 3 months worth to 1 month, and then flat refuses to fill it. Even thought she is not available for an appointment for weeks out. She won't let me do a "telehealth" appointment, she forces me to go in office and has absolutely zero regard for the withdrawls my medication takes on my body and mind. I am officially DONE with this office and the absolute awful so called doctors there. Such a disgusting woman and disgrace to the entire medical field.

Horrible, rude, office staff. I was charged a no show fee and I never had an appointment I didn’t show up for or cancel before 24 hours. I called the office six times regarding this no-show fee and explained that I should not be receiving this fee since I never had a no-show. I was told several times that somebody would call me back regarding this and no one EVER has. I had issues with blood work being done that I specifically asked to not be done. I was also told several times that somebody would give me a call back regarding this and no one ever did. Even though Dr. Aquino was nice enough, I did not get the care that I needed and ended up leaving the office due to the terrible office staff and issues that were never addressed or resolved and being stuck w bills I shouldn’t have had. Several of my clients also left his office for the same reasons. They clearly show no concern for their patients and use the avoidance technique in regards to your concerns.

I have been a patient of this office since I was a child and am disappointed to say that I will be changing primary care doctors. The new nurse practitioner Andrea Zinke was unprofessional and disrespectful to me, a loyal patient to the practice for over 20 years. My family and I will not be returning to your office.

Dr. Aquino is an excellent doctor! Very knowledgeable and informative. However , the receptionist always seems to have an attitude as if someone is bothering them or a burden. The medical assistant is always nice and very pleasant as well.

Dr Pope is wonderful! She is attentive, listens and is understanding. I have been seeing her for 5+ years now and I have never been disappointed in my care. I never wait long in the lobby to be seen and have had no issues with the staff. I like her so much that I began bringing my daughter to see her.

Horrible and unprofessional! Stay away- her and her staff do NOT follow HIPPA medical legal rules. Allowed an UNauthorized person to discuss my mothers medical conditions and status.

Horrible office staff...Dr. Pope easily offended if you question anything! Office staff is rude and will not help in any way. If you're looking for a compassionate doctor and understanding office staff look elsewhere.

I love this place. I literally left my job at Beaumont Emergency Department after a 12 hour shift to come here instead of checking in at work. The service is fast and efficient. I will always come here for my urgent care needs. I send people here all the time. Highly recommended
