I've purchased hundreds of smoothies from this location but today I am seriously contemplating NEVER returning after seeing how disgusting the bananas being used in the smoothies were. They appeared to be rotting in the lexan container they were in (picture below) . I cancellled my order and left. At 10$ a smoothie I certainly expect that the bananas being used are fresher than this. Seriously would you make a smoothie and eat it using the bananas in the below picture?!

I recently discovered this place and can’t rave about it enough. It’s so good. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the product is amazing. The only downside is that there aren’t more of them. If you’re looking for a smoothie place and you have a Smoothie King anywhere near you, try it out. The only other possibility of a negative is price(and it’s really not that much more than other places). You also do get more for your extra money, so it really isn’t that much more by ounce.

Today was my first time trying Smoothie King. As we approached the counter we were greeted but given it was our first time we needed more time. I ordered a 32oz Pineapple Surf with added mango and blueberries. He ordered a 32oz Island Impact with added sweetened strawberries and raspberries. The add one were buy one get one free. I wasn't sure about parts of my order and the lady behind the counter patiently explained it to me. She even explained to me what the bowls were while she was preparing our order. I will definitely come back. The smoothies were so refreshing.

Tried these guys for the first time the other day and liked it so much we went back today! My other half thought he left his phone there and so I called to see if they found it. We got disconnected while she was asking her manager if there was a phone turned in, and we ended up finding his phone, so I didn't call back. A couple minutes later, the employee called me back to let me know it wasn't there. I think it's wonderful that she made sure to let me know. The staff is wonderful and we will definitely be going back.

Ordered a smoothie through the app, as I have done multiple times before. Walked to the place and tried to open the door but it was locked. Member inside made eye contact and pointed to the drive thru as he clearly sees me on foot. Refused to open the door as I'm showing him I ordered through the app. Did not have my car so legally I am not allowed to go in the drive through (which when I walked past there was an altercation between 2 cars going on, presumably because the drive through is set up terribly). So I never even got my smoothie. Its a shame because I do enjoy the smoothies from here. But if you don't have adequate staff, then don't allow people to order in the app or online and save them the headache.

I didn't get a chance to try this place because no one spoke to me when I came in. I guess they just want people to go through the drive thru. Last Sunday I came in and there where 2 men working. 1 on the drive thru and the other at the register. Neither of them spoke to me when I entered. The guy on the register made a smoothie gave it to the guy at drive thru and then went through a door that led to the back. He didn't say I'll be right back or anything. The guy at drive thru just continued to work the orders for the cars that were waiting. After I stood there for about 5 minutes I left. I'll assume that this place is racist since the 2 men working were both white and I'm black. I'll never come back here.

Waited about ten minutes for our two item order way longer than we should’ve (we were the only people in the store). I paid $25 for two smoothie bowls, mine comes out beautifully.. My sister’s comes out and it is not even filled halfway, lazy and slow staff, do better!

Smoothie King slaps and everyone that works there is awesome. Never even been inside, just drive thru.
