Everyone was pleasant. The Dr. explained my treatment plan fully. The dental assist was very gental during x-rays. The office was very clean with high technology. One con: I always got my teeth cleaned the same day of examination. But overall, I loved my 1st appointment.

Everyone here is so nice and friendly! Theyre informative by breaking down what exactly each step of the visit will entail. They also don't push for anything unnecessary. They made my children feel very comfortable and it be actually fun for them.

I have not been to a dentist in a long time and decided to go in for a new patient exam. Had a very good experience and felt comfortable with the doctor as well. When he explained the treatment plan to me he did it very thoroughly and answered all my questions clearly. Jasman the assistant was nice and very welcoming.

I brought my daughters there the other day, it was also my youngest daughter's first time ever going to the dentist. I could not have dreamt for a better experience, from the front desk all the way to the dentist, but especially the hygienist who did the cleanings and most importantly, getting my youngest to warm up and feel comfortable. Friendly, fast and efficient.

Amazing staff, everyone from the front desk to the dentist treated me with kindness and respect. Some dentist offices shame you for poor dental care, not this Gentle Dental. I highly recommend them. They set up a plan of action and actually cared about my input. Not enough words to explain my gratitude.

The experience that I had at Gentle dental saint clair Shere's Was a fantastic visit, they were professional courteous. And friendly even though I was 15 minutes late for my appointment. I will recommend this particle location to anyone who moss any type of work done. I'm looking forward to returning for my second visit.

If you have to get oral surgery, Do Not come here. I had 14 teeth pulled & grinded down for dentures, while awake, then sent home with only Motrin for pain. I was told I would have to go to a physician for pain pills. I'm shocked & I feel betrayed, my mouth has been throbbing really badly. I'm really dissapointed in the lack of concern. I've had oral surgery before at a place that only does oral surgery (on 23 mile in Chesterfield), they put me to sleep then sent me home with pain pills, it was a comfortable process. This has been a terribly uncomfortable process. However the dental assistant, Jasmine, is absolutely amazing! She's very friendly, caring, and comforting, she was such a big help through the surgery. She has such a great heart.
