i am a old patient to this clinic with doctor paharia. when EPIC took over i was skeptical about staying..for me the last few years has been trial & error with them but its there getting better each year.. clerks/staff & practioners are great..but clinic really needs new repairs for one rooms have no heat/floors & walls look horrible/ entrance doors need to be torn out./ restroom not regularly cleaned & stocked ..remodeling to lobby looks nice Halloween decor was a nice touch ladies.

The staff is nice, make you feel comfortable, are concerned, compassionate. The facility could use some tender loving care though

Matthew was awesome. He is wicked smart. I felt like I was in good hands. He does a really good job of listening.

Today was a epic day here. The staff was very polite and CAREY, AND VAL we're so helpful and thanks Dr. Kannan for everything!

Love the staff the ladies there are nice!!! The only thing I didn't like today (08-09-2023) was the doctor who was my first time seeing told me that I couldn't eat bread can't eat a sandwich because of the process meats nor could I have bacon sausage etc and to throw them away and I just went grocery shopping. I know it's for health reasons but gotdamn...so I asked her what am I to eat? She said what grows out the ground and nuts and fruits and I have to cook real food everyday. I said that sounds like I need to be a vegetarian and a damn rabbit lol... I know she means well... but I'm not about to starve myself instead I will eat in moderation cut down fried foods and continue to cut down as much as possible on process food...I don't want to be or look skinny cause I will look funny ASF🥴🥴🥴

Dr staff and facility is one of my greatest experience in life that I can say I truly was careful with all respect care and professionalism I think each and every person that treated me made me feel comfortable and made my experience with epic health Care center amazingly great

I had an office visit today with Jennifer who is one of the best nurse practitioners that I've had in a very long time she's considerate she does not mind explaining in detail Medical information I feel very comfortable with her in the clinic.

Charmaine and all of the staff at Epic Health were helpful and professional, explaining everything I needed to know as a new patient about the practice and the appointment as we went along. I was there for an annual physical which went smoothly. I'm already on the calendar again for an appointment 6 months out for a routine women's health checkup. Would recommend Charmaine and any of the Epic Health NPs and PAs for your medical needs!

She awesome! Very observant, she's a great listener and very thorough. I'd strongly recommend her to others.

My experience was awesome , the customer service was awesome, the doc Jenn had educated me very well on borderline diabetics . That meant a lot to me to start a healthy eating and diet regimen . I feel like I’m in great hands with the team at Epic Health

Not what it was as Great Lakes. The receptionist was taking down her braids. They all need a refresher course in customer service. If you're lucky enough to see the same doctor twice they just might slow down and listen to your concerns. The are good and seem to care but you can never get the same one twice.

I love this doctor office all the nurses and receptionist are so kind. My doctor Jennifer Blunt is a sweet young lady always have a smile on her face when I see her. She answer all my questions and very patient with me. She takes real good care of me to make sure I get the best care I need. No problem with this clinic at all. 😃

The staff was friendly and professional; however, I am very concerned about the cleanliness and safety of the building in general. The sharps box in my room was practically overflowing. The plastic cover marked "full" was down but I noticed that it looked "stuffed" and after my blood was drawn the nurse flipped up the "full" shield and proceeded to stuff the needle in the box. Also the bathroom was out of both toilet paper and paper towel. These together makes me concerned about patient safety. Epic is my favorite doctors office I've ever been to in general. I can tell a lot of thought is put into the system and the doctors and nurses are always friendly and take their time with me (which is really good in my eyes). So I hope someone is reading this who can do something about this feedback. If the restroom was kept up and more importantly if the sharps box was emptied at reasonable levels this would have been a 5 star visit. Please make sure you are giving your employees enough time and resources to upkeep the environment for their patients.

I’m new to this clinic and I went to 3 other clinics before I landed here..I LOVE THE DOCTORS N ALL THE WORKERS THERE!!..They are all professional and polite ..the place is clean and I like the way I’m treated..I found my new home.

THEE WORST CLINIC EVER ‼️ On multiple visits I’ve had a appointment. Get there no greeting from receptionist there to busy gossiping and chatting with each other to acknowledge you. I’ve watched people come in after me and get seen before me even walk-ins when I have an appointment. I’ve been forgotten about in the exam room for over an hour. This place really needs better policies and procedures the only bright spot is PA Matthew Luttrel. I personally will never return here nor any epic location.

Everyone is so respectful and polite and the doctor understands you dr.mathew is the best!

Dr. Jenny is very patient, kind, understanding and care, she tells you options, give you her professional option and make choices that are best for the patient. She follow up and spend time with the patient without feeling rushed. I make sure when I make my uncle’s appointments we see dr Jennifer. Before, he was seeing any dr. I like that she honestly care for patients and follow up with them. She is firm but caring, it make a difference.

CA Jameisha is wonderful and did a great job today.

I have been seeing these doctors for over 30 years and I would recommen my friends and family the area is not the best but the Doctor's are Awesome

The receptionist were very pleasant and helpful with finding my insurance. The Dr. was very prompt in seeing me after being sent back. Overall service was good.
