WARNING- the employees at this location cannot READ. EVERYTIME I went here and ordered multiple items (with NO CHEESE- even printed on all the receipts), they would load up every item with lots of cheese like programmed robots who load up cheese on everything (not surprised, most of them are heavy set, just sayin). Sorry its a hit or miss at this location on it being busy or not. All my dad wanted was $5 box at taco bell for his birthday. Lady at window looked upset. But nothing was in a box just shoved in 1 bag. Get home, no sauce & he opened his taco to find this. What happened to this taco? Everyone has good days and bad days. Like this taco bell way better then the 1 on 94/harper At the end of the day my dad was happy he got his box lol. Got his cake too

Josh was excellent he provided the best drive-through customer service. Wish all drive-thru workers were as good as him. Chalupas are soooooooo good also. They're $1 chicken chipotle roll ups are delicious and hit the spot with spiciness, they have some zip.

This Taco Bell has always proven to be the the slowest one in the area. Every time I’ve come here, the line has taken 25+ minutes to get through. I am reminded once again, as I sit in the line, why I avoid this one at all costs.

DO NOT GO HERE...past 8pm. At this location I've waited 40 mintues or more, on multiple occasions. After waiting 25 minutes you finally get to order, but you'll have to repeat your order consecutive times if you want anything changed. For example, the #7, by default, is a Chicken Quesadilla (steak is also an option), crunchy taco (non supreme, so no tomato & sour cream), and a drink. Here is my order, verbatim, "I'd like a #7, steak, with a soft taco, add sour cream, and a baja blast". Maybe I'm wrong, I've never worked in a restaurant, but this does not seem like a complicated order to me. Lo and behold, I'll end up with a chicken quesadilla, instead of steak, a crunchy taco in place of a soft taco, or I'll get a crunchy taco w/ sour cream. I've received a wrong order from this location for the last time today. "Number 2, supreme, no tomato, mountain dew to drink please". Even this is too complicated. Get home, and my tacos are covered in tomatoes. If by some chance your order is correct, food items from here are often luke warm, sloppy, and not appetizing. This location is also frequently "out" of something. No baja blast, no cherry pepsi, no ice, no cups, no bags, no napkins. It's always something. This taco bell is by far, the worst in the shores. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location in the evening and late at night. I'll be heading down another mile to the TB near 8 Mile Rd, or to the one on 9 mile near Kelly Rd, or the one at Martin & Harper from now on.

Plastic and hair in two tacos. Take it for what it is. This should not be so common with Taco Bell. I go to this location because the one closer had Bobby pins and other random objects showing up. Sad. Read their reviews to see for yourself.

Fix your hours on Google, the drive-thru isn't open until 4, showed up at 1:45 on a Saturday and was told they were closed, fix your hours

Pulled up at 1:45 a.m. Sign says in big letters "Open til 2 a.m. or later!" Then why did the lady on the speaker say "We're not taking any orders" I work retail....this is inexcusable...if they are that lazy that they can not take orders they should find a new job and I will do theirs for them!

I've come to this particular location several times since I don't live far from here but sadly they have messed my order up SEVERAL times and the tacos have been made very POORLY with little to no meat. Advice drive to the taco bell on Harper and 11 mile....

This was an inside pick-up mobile order. The food area was a mess. They were not even acknowledging the customers inside. My order was sitting by the drive-through window getting cold with my frozen drink melting. I had to complain and was still not acknowledged right away. If I were shift-leader things would have been more organized and the employee sitting at the drive-through window would've been helping with the food while she was unable to take orders. And why wasn't the employee at the inside register ignoring customers? Horrible.

One of the best taco bells around. Workers are polite, friendly, efficient and care that your order is correct. Everything I ordered was a minus this or minus that and the young man making my order made sure it was right. Also very clean inside. Would 100% be back!!👍🙂

I’ve had a lot of Taco Belle in my life and I had the best Taco Belle experience at this location! Warm food, correct order, quick wait for food, plenty of sauce, napkins included, gave a gracious amount of chips and nachos fries, and friendly staff! Highly recommend and grateful for the positive experience.

Incredibly rude, they manipulate the times on the drive thu to benefit them and make you wait while they play there stop and go for no reason games. A mobile order that should have been done already at that, smh. And in the end, naturally, the order was incorrect.

Went through drive thru on a Wednesday evening, my first time at this location. There was a bit of a line but it was moving decent enough. Very friendly service at the window and my order was great-the quesadilla was perfect and full of sauce (I’ve had plenty of bad and poorly made Taco Bell quesadillas..). A good experience!

Nice updated location, plenty of employees and they're definitely working, this location is just really slow. Took 25 minutes to fill a 2 item online order, with only 3 cars in drive thru during this wait. Not sure what the deal is but I only go to this location if I'm desperate.

If you enjoy ordering food and not getting it, this is the Taco Bell for you! I tried on 3 separate occasions to give this place a chance. They just seem incapable of reading and order and putting said items in a bag. And it’s not big orders either… we’re talking I ordered 2 meals, and they would forget one of them. Half the time the items they did remember to put in the bag are wrong anyways.

This place must be understaffed like every other place because the line at the drive-thru was very slow-moving. Also, the employee at the drive-thru never smiled or said "Thank you".

This taco bell always goes hard. But there's this annoying male employee with a dreadlock bun crying and spouting profanity about not wanting to sweep the floor. Which I'm cool with. James T, who was working as cashier on Wednesday (10/11) at 3pm is a moron. Not only did he take 5 minutes to take our order which was just two meals but he created a back up of 6 cars because he was too scared to open the window cause he saw a bee. Literally was standing there with our food and wouldn’t hand it to us because a bee. Yes an adult man did this. He made what was supposed to be a less than 10 minute trip into over 20.

This work establishment has one of the worst customer service and most disrespectful rude employees and employers, food is never correct they always close the inside and drive thru because they don't like to work when they get busy. Always wanna only take doordash order and not there regular customer service. This really goes for almost all of the Taco Bells rather it be cooperate, franchise or dorcth. Most of there employees come into work high off of marijuana as well intoxicated. They drink during work hours as well smoke marijuana. I know of this because I know people who work there and been doing this for a while. Even the managers and assistant as well some GMS allow this to happen. Please this really needs to be investigated.

Total nightmare. Placed my order and waited to get to the window, paid and left to get stuff at another stop. On the way, bag fell over revealing nacho fries I had not ordered. Looked at full contents of the bag, and this was totally someone else's order, nothing I had ordered or paid for. Had to go all the way back, go inside and explain, then wait for them to make what I should have gotten the first time. Last time I will ever come here!

Tacos fell apart because the bottom of the shells were completely stuck to the bottom of them. Missing items, cold food, etc. Disappointed. I have a video trying to take the bottom off the paper and it’s as if it’s glued to it. Come on Tbell. Missing items ok, cold food…ehhhh, but the hell are these tacos?

My fiancé and I were in line around 11 PM, a worker came out to inform us that they were closing at 12 and she didn’t know if we would be through the line. I thought it a bit weird since there were only about 10 cars ahead of us. I didn’t realize it would take an hour to make tacos. We pulled up to place our order, and were told that they were only accepting cash now? Super weird. Wouldn’t the lady who spoke to us about leaving the line mention the “cash only”? I got the impression they wanted the line to go away. I guess go before 9PM and maybe you will get your order.

Was in line for over 90 minutes. One car took about 20 min alone while the line never moved. Probably should’ve sent that car to park and wait if it was a large order. Food was thrown together like someone was angry they had to prepare it . Haven’t had issues with the earlier shifts. This was 10:15pm and I didn’t get to the speaker til 11:45. Doesn’t make any sense at all. Won’t be coming here in the evenings anymore.

Food is great, now for the most part as I have been frequenting here they remember the sauce and any changes. Lately though been having an issue with sauce missing. I dont mind as its a rarity. One of my favorite taco bells.

I love the food at this location. Be prepared to wait at least 30-45 minutes though. Definitely a long wait at night, average 5 minutes per car. You want to improve this location? Have the windows open so the employees actually work.

This is disappointing as I love TB, but let me warn you now: this is the worlds slowest Taco Bell. Waiting an hour+ for the opportunity to place an order with nowhere to turn around in the drive thru is absurd. I’ve worked fast food plenty of times, and this isn’t necessarily on the workers, but the slow rate of literally EVERYTHING going on here is maddening. You pull into this line past the speaker box, and you’d better be ready to sit for AT LEAST an hour waiting. Utterly ridiculous.

AVOID. Only after sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes and driving over to the window and making eye contact with the employees inside did The manager Amber take the time to let me know the store was closed at 1am(posted hours closed at 2am) because they needed an hour to clean the store up before they went home and so they didn't have time to serve me any food. Said it was impossible to correct the hours online when I inquired about being open until 2am and made zero apology for it. 😂 Laughably bad costumer service. This taco bell used to be so great but it's honestly been a dumpster fire for the last few months. What a disappointment.

I once saw a man in a very tight uniform jog in this exact taco bell. Or the one that was right next to it in 2001. Apparently George Bush had sent a staff member in after he just touched down at Selfridge. I was cleaning windows back then and saw the plain come in, then the dingbat jog in for GWBs Taco time. Just a story to share.

Why do Dashers have to wait 40 mins in line our stuff supposed to be ready for pick up. Staff very unprofessional. One lady had hickies or her neck exposed and for got my customers drink so I probably got a bad review because hickey neck told me I would have to get back in line and wait another 40 mins. Fire everyone on this shift they are obviously milking the clock and think this is a free for all its fast food meaning a lot of the food is sitting over warmers. How hard could it be ?

Best chicken quesadilla, doritos tacos, rice and beans, cinnamon twists and of course the service. We drive 5 miles just to come to this location! They have restored our faith in the taco bell brand.

Staff are super friendly and do a fantastic job! I don't understand why some menu items have to be ordered online and can't be ordered through the drive thru.

Used to come here all the time, WAS great. You now have a few food preparers that are purposefully messing up orders. This needs to be resolved. It only happens when specific food preparers are working. Has happened to us 3 times now and we will NEVER be back to this location.

The window shade in the kitchen are pulled up which makes everything going on in the kitchen very visible for all. Enough hands in the kitchen to make the usually long line go by fast. Kudos to the staff and the owner. My girls love TACO BELL!!

I have gone to this TB 3 times in the past week because the TB on Harper and Martin has been closed. This TB has been aweful all three times. First time the grilled cheese burittos were blown out when we unwrapped them., also they were not "filled" all tortilla. The second time they were extreamly busy, not their fault, but after sitting in line for an hour, because I placed an online order that was already paid for, everything was cold. I live less than a mile away not enough time for everything to get cold. Just got home for the last time and we got a nacho party pack. This thing was not even half covered. 1/4 would be generous. Again the grillcheese burritos were sloppy and the cheese on top was not melted. The last thing that prompted this review, the cheese roll ups weren't melted. Completely disappointed and a waste of time and money. I just hope they open the one on Martin soon.

I never have complaints here! Fast service always. Found out while in the drive thru that the shredded chicken quesadilla melt was no longer available BUT he offered to sub grilled chicken for me which was just as good.

Terrible service went through the drive through they didn't give me 2 of the chicken grillers I ordered forgot to give me the sauce I asked for and one of my tacos only had meat and cheese nothing else. This is the worst service I have ever received from a Taco Bell.

'Tis a newer store. Modernistic. Has electrical outlets at the tables for charging phones and laptops. I believe wi fi is available. Currently dining in is not an option. This location is north of 9 mile Road right where Little Mack Ave. Intersects with Harper Ave.

Food is ALWAYS cold and NEVER right! When an item is made a supreme it should add sour cream AND tomatoes. Most of the time the tomatoes are missing. Tonight I ordered two items and one of the $5 boxes. 3 of the 5 items were wrong! Oh and I asked for hot AND mild sauce. TECHNICALLY that's what I got. THREE hot sauces and ONE, just ONE, mild sauce! 🤣🤦🤷 Make sure you check your food BEFORE leaving the window. Because chances are your food is wrong and the line is USUALLY pretty long so you won't wanna sit in line again.

Your lettuce/beef seems to be sour or expired. I didn't get sick it was just gross and I could taste it through the 'Hot' sauce. Was not given enough sauce either

This was 2am when they closed! Now to remind you you’re by a bar where the kitchen closes at 12am. Update your Google to the correct times. Then the chick who said we’re closed laughed when she said we are closed.
