I took my puppy Oreo for his first grooming appointment and I was completely satisfied. Katy B did an awesome job and took good care of my fur baby. She told me he even got to pick his own doggy necktie. He was happy when I arrived and that made me happy. He was there for less than 2 hours! Great job! We’ll be back!!

Above average location. Clean, decently stocked, and the employees are friendly and helpful, not the typical jaded shuffling employees at some other big box pet stores and locations. The fish area is particularly well cared for - I don't know the name of the guy who cares for the fish but he does a great job!

I wasn't pleased with the grooming service at all! I waited 3 months for the appointment just for them to try and cancel hours before the appointment. When I picked up my dog, he didn't really look clean. The haircut was choppy and his eyes were still filthy. A week later I discovered that my dog suddenly had fleas which he has never had and didn't have until he went to this location. I recommend going else where until they get more groomers on site since there's only 1 available. I will probably never go back.

No Greetings, No customer help! Needed a manager when at the register cashier was paging her nowhere to be found waited about 20 minutes then she shows up with an attitude towards the cashier. No one wanted open the other registered for the line of customer waiting to check out. Workers talking about the manager first time there and the last time! Needs better management!!!

The worst customer service EVER. Waited patiently for 20 minutes for someone to help us grab a couple fish. After I said hello can we get some help, the young lady walked up to her register, leaned over, put her chin in her hand and proceeded to daydream out the window. Then when my wife said, hey can we get a couple fish she said she was busy?! Will never EVER go back, not on a bet. If you don't like your job, quit and stop wasting people's time. Just an awful experience. Go to PetSmart.

Store is clean and well put together. Staff is always polite. Love coming here.

My experience at Petco is always a pleasure I love being around friendly people. Amazing customer service. And people who really loves animals as much as I do. For me it's always a pleasure coming here because being around other people who loves dogs and cats as much as me is a blessing

I love love love this location. It's honestly the only one I go to. First of their cats are always taken care of. Litter box is always clean with only a slight smell, they have toys and seem very relaxed. I love that they let you touch the animals, including the birds, they take them out for you and everything. It seems the staff love animals and its nice knowing they're not just products. The fish tanks are always spotless, it's so surreal and relaxing walking around and observing all of the fish.

Having a fur baby is so easy when you have a great place nearby for all essential needs and grooming. I wouldn’t trust anyone else but their grooming specifically Melisa S. love the way she takes care of my doggy she really does have a speciality.

Was alright store was pretty small. Fish selection was meh it was filled with algae in the saltwater section.. though they had some selection to offer.

We came for Santa pics with all 3 of our dogs. The ladies doing the camera and Santa were fantastic. Such a great visit with 3 very energetic dogs! When purchasing our bone treats, the worker was very helpful with questions and picking out what we needed.

We order online, and have received everything that day. No mistakes on special items, good work everyone. Thanks

I was in a pinch and went get a few cans of cat food, worried about it being near closing time, I got 4 cans @ .88 each. I also got two boxes of treats. I was unaware of the .10 bag FEE! INSANE! Their high prices and of course they've added the TIP button on the credit card machine! Thankfully, the clerk didn't ask me about giving one! I wouldn't have given anything Extra! I won't be returning! Pet's Supply Plus is my go to! So, in closing if you Ever go here, BYOB (Bring Your Own Bag!)

Hello. We took my dog twice to this Petco in Allen Park. My boyfriend came home and noticed our dogs paws were bleeding. Also it did not smell like my dog was even bathed. We were given an opportunity to give them a second chance when the manager offered a free bath. It was not free and we will not be coming back to another Petco. Staff did not seem like they knew what they were doing and like other reviews staff seemed high.

Our puppy Mocha came from Rivertown Rottweilers. She has the best temperament and fits our family perfectly. This is our first week home with her and she easily transitioned into our daily schedule. We are so happy with the personal and professional care given to us by Rivertown Rottweilers staff. Thank you

4 🌟 is the most I would ever give a big box store. Service is not bad, employees are decent. I gave 3 🌟 rating because you have to pay for your bags extra.

Every once and a while they are out of the size feeder mice that I need. I have also noticed inadequate humidity and temperatures on some of the reptile/amphibian enclosures during one of my visits.

Looked around at animals and the staff were kind enough to let me hold different types of animals. Fun experience. Also bought a new pet fish!

As always they have the best items for cats, dogs and all pets in between

Very rude groomers..waiting area had a strong odor smelled like Marijuana. The groomer eyes were very red. I had to repeat the service i wanted three times because she couldn't remember anything and everything is in the computer. Do not recommend

Love coming here first thing in the morning with my son. Lights are dim, animals are waking up cute as ever and everyone is always so friendly

They always have what I need for my pets. The grooming staff is wonderful and super patient with my goofy pup. I also like to come weekly just because it's a pet friendly store and my dog can get a little public socialization practice by walking around and practicing commands inside.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. They even remembered my dogs name!

Absolutely love buying my pet supplies here. All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They made my son's experience of getting a hamster so enjoyable because they all were so friendly. Their pets all are healthy and they have a large variety. My husband was ecstatic to buy his first pacman frog. Which I had no clue was a thing, but apparently he's always wanted one lol. Clean store and large inventory.

They have a great selection and very friendly and helpful staff. Their store is clean and easy to find what you're looking for! If you're looking for anything fish/aquarium related, they have an awesome selection. I went right past the pet supplies plus (which is closer to my house), so that I could come here instead. *Edit- I went there first thing in the morning today for a bag of dog food and everyone had an attitude. Maybe they're not morning people or something. Idk. But literally every staff member was so rude to me today for no reason. So maybe avoid going in the morning lol.

I loved it my micro teacup Yorkie is so fussy I tried to get her to pick several different snacks they have amazing snacks she didn't like any of them and I don't know why but there was the cutest German Shepherd there who Loved all of the ones she did not like. They do carry the only food she actually does like so we go here often it's always clean and the staff are very helpful

Store was stocked well, we were able to get everything we needed and prices were clearly marked. Store was clean and animal cages were taken care of with animals. The lines however were pretty bad, only one lane open with a long line, after waiting quite some time when we were finally next in line 2 more lanes open up. Where workers are needed just needs to be managed better as we saw 4+ workers while there so they have the people just need to be helping where needed.
