My Care was good!!! However son was seen with in the same week!!! Terrible don’t never take your Family!!! To this Hospital this ER. Doctor must and need to be fired!!! I hope when They get all the Letter from all the families that he has serviced there !!! Tell about how terrible there treatment was!!! Can a nurse tell a mother she don’t know what medication she gave your child !!! Well this one at this location did and I hope they both be fired and loose there License!!!

Went with my son appendicitis burst. We left after sitting for 2 hours of my son sitting in excruciating pain and went to another local hospital for treatment. The woman behind her glass enclosure was so incredibly rude and heartless. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.....and get REAL treatment

They should rethink their policy if the wait period is longer then an hour. My very very sick mother was throwing up all night and in pain everywhere. Wasn't even seen but a lady with a headache is right when they walk in. I guess it's true hospitals don't take African American women seriously in regards to health. It's sad really to be viewed in this horrible light. I thought Beaumont was a good hospital, it broke my heart when my mom said let's go home. She would rather just suffer instead of wait another hour in the cold waiting room. I just pray nothing happens while we are home.

Extremely rude. High pitch voice speaking over me. Here with my mother. Emergency room nurse never around. Asked for something to eat was told have to ask someone else. Food was for elderly mother.

I came in at 3:00 with no feeling in my fingertips and more patients after sitting in the waiting room for 5hrs I left and went home. My sister loves this hospital maybe it was a bad day either way to long to be sitting and no matter who you ask a question no one has an answer.

I don’t know how this even qualifies as an emergency room. I went in there crying hysterically of pain, they put an access port in my arm and just left me in the waiting room with a ton of others. Some were there waiting for 4+ hours with an access port in their arm as well, felt like a way to prevent people from leaving and forcing them to wait. I would not come here if you are in fact having an emergency.

I will never willingly come here again!!! I watched 2 women PASS OUT b4 they got to be seen by a DR! Im sitting in here bleeding all over and I have been waiting 4 hours!! The elderly man they just took to the back said " I just wanna go home now, I have been waiting 5 hours"!

Currently in the ER triage and about to pass out they secluded me and I’m in a wheelchair I called front desk and he said ok like there wasn’t a care in the world

Worst experience ever. I’m excruciating pain and been waiting over 4 hours while the lady just told me basically my situation is not severe enough and I’d be here for hours longer. Currently waiting to be picked up (can drive or walk) so that I can go to another hospital

The staff here have all been amazing! From my surgeons to my nurses and aids I cant thank them enough! I was transferred from Lenox Beaumont (also amazing) for appendicitis and between the start there and finish here I was in surgery 7.5 hours after I got to the other ER! I know it was a transfer so I was in fast but couldn’t be more grateful. All the staff in every area were saying hi even passing by. Thank you Dr. Scipione (my surgeon), the anesthesiologist, all surgeon nursing staff, all nurses while recovering and especially nurse Harmony(sorry if it was a different nurse) for going as far as getting me a Starbucks coffee when I hadn’t had coffee in a week due to the complications prior!!
