    My son was supposed to have an echo done at beaumont but they didn't send authorization over so that had to be rescheduled! they don't have a phone where you can actually call and talk to someone! So what do they do all day? This is extremely poor office management , this is really messing with my son's football ge can't playuntill he his psyical is clear I'm switching doctors after this ! I miss Dr Barnett and Karen because at least they knew what they were doing!

    The very WORST DOCTOR’S Office ever! They are so unprofessional and lack bedside manner. Ever since they switched to Epic it has gone downhill! I had an appointment this evening at 5:40pm that I was called in to do and came within the “10 minute grace period” but was only late because they called to confirm my appointment at 5:20pm. After speaking with a representative less than 5 minutes later I received an automated phone call confirming my appointment for tomorrow at the same time. So I was confused. I then called back (which you can’t speak with anyway in the office anymore because they’ve outsourced everything)- I had to wait to speak to someone but was still on my way because I had taken off of work. The agent reassured me that he would notate I would be there by 5:50pm. I literally pulled up at 5:49pm and a CNA/nurse was letting a client out and hurried up to lock the door. I walked up to pull on the door and she and another nurse cut the lights off and walked to the back smh! The WORST! At least have the common courtesy to say it’s closed or reschedule or the doctor has left… SOMETHING! I decided to stay at the door and call customer service, only to have another nurse stare at me at the door and walk away to the back. What a doctor’s office smh?! I had been going to Primary Shores (what it was called before Epic took over) for 10 plus years and the staff NEVER treated me this way. They would have NEVER done this. So unprofessional and shows the lack of empathy, compassion, and bedside manner the nurses and doctors have for their patients. I guess we’re all just walking “insurance payments/bills” and when they’re ready to go- you don’t matter anymore. I miss my old doctors and nurse staff! You all really need to do BETTER!

    I have been going to this office on and off since I was a teenager. Was a bit nervous about new ownership but so far everyone has been very helpful! Amber went above and beyond to make help me with the insurance regarding my daughters global ref, plus she has a great personality! The ladies at the front are hilarious and also very resourceful. So far very happy with the change, especially because my doctor Kate is still a doctor there:)

    Epic health is my primary doctor office, I feel comfortable and they help me with all my medical needs , everyone is understanding and very kind, they always make sure my health is ok, best primary to have, you can call them with any concerns, i will always keep the st. Clair shores office for my primary, clean , and they answer all questions , thanks epic health and all the staff! Very pleased

    Horrible Doctors do not know what they are doing I went there the receptionist are eating at the desk I went with another Doctor they had the nerve to call and said I had appointment to come in Miss Dr Barnett was my Doctor for over twenty some plus yrs. I went thru a lot and Doctor Barnett was always there for me listen I even cry in his arms because I found out with Dr Barnett my kidney left had to be removed will never go back to epic horrible now

    This was the most positive experience I have ever had from any healthcare provider. The receptionist was attentive, quick, and compassionate both when I arrived and when I was leaving. The nurses were thorough, personable, friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I cannot rave enough about the doctor, she was so thorough and made sure I felt heard. She listened to my concerns and did not rush me or just push medication and even gave me referrals to address my mental health despite coming to her for a physical illness. My standard for my healthcare has definitely been raised. From the gentleman on the phone that got me an appointment ASAP to everyone at EPIC it was a pleasant experience and they showed so much patience and compassion!

    Literally always like pulling teeth to have them send all of the prescription requests to the right pharmacy which wastes time and causes medication delay. Also apparently the office will not give paper copies to take somewhere yourself.

    First time in a few years coming in, did so because they called me about the swap over and so I made a new appointment. They were super helpful with getting everything I needed changed for their new office, and were all very patient while such happened. After I got in it was fairly quick and all bases were covered. They make sure you feel safe and comfortable about anything you need to ask and work with you during the entire process.I will be coming back here whenever needed!
