My kid has been on Aqua Tot’s by 8 months. He started on level 3 and move to Level 4 after 6 months. Now the progress is slow and the problem I think is the heavy rotation on their personnel, so each couch have different ways to teach and didn’t remember the progress of the kid, so need to start over again. My kid has been taught by more than 10 coaches in 8 months. Now we have 1 good coach, hope we keep this until he finish this level.

Aqua tots provide an excellent swimming training service for kids. The classes are systematic and coaches are so professional. Kids are well trained level by level. I am highly recommend Aqua tots to parents who are looking for a good swimming school. All assistance are so patient and helpful, they are so nice to answer and solve any problems of you. The environment is also good and satisfied.

Aqua-Tots is awesome! Staff was so welcoming to me and my family for open swim time! My grandchildren and great grandchildren and my son and daughter in-law had a wonderful time! They have so many great swim pool toys for the kids and the water is so warm with hot showers for after your swim! I haven't been able to see my family much this year and this was a wonderful way to spend the day with them!

Everyone at Aqua-Tots is very welcoming and kind! All of the instructors are very patient with every child and they're thorough with every class session! I'm so happy my husband and I decided to sign our baby girl up for classes!

After 5 shorts weeks of classes with our 2-year-old (one class a week), she's gone from HATING getting water in her face during bath time, to asking to go to the pool and loving going under the water. The instructors are super friendly and knowledgeable. But one of the biggest things I've noticed is how clean and accommodating they are.

My daughter loves coming to swim class here. All the instructors and desk staff have been awesome and patient. Bree always greets us by name and with a smile. She's so friendly and helpful in rescheduling new classes or checking in.

We love being part of the Aqua Tots family! We always feel so welcomed by everyone and our daughter loves going to her weekly swim lessons. We love the Auburn Hills Aqua Tots location!! The coaches are great and make learning how to swim fun!! My daughter’s confidence level around the pool has grown since starting classes! We love Coach Nathan (Level 4), Coach Gage (Level 4) and Coach Lillian (Level 3). We also always feel welcomed whenever we walk in by Bree! She makes us feel part of the Aqua Tots family!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place and staff! We’re greeted by name and always have a great time. Bree is one of my kids personal favorite desk staff but someone we can always count on, and someone who’s always been so kind and helpful to us. It’s a super clean space and overall welcoming environment for parents and kids. Every instructor my daughter has worked with has been patient and seem great at their jobs and keeping the kids occupied throughout the class. Definitely a space my family loves.

Edit: After this review we were able to work with Aqua-Tots to get our make up classes scheduled. What I really like about the Aqua-Tots program is the focus on learning water safety skills. I'm still deducting 2 stars for lack of simplicity (you need an app to sign in and track progress, and signing up was not straight-forward to begin with), and for not having definite length programs. If you want weekly year-round classes, this program will work well for you. If you want 4-6 weeks of classes to freshen up water safety skills, the program is not ideal. My 4 year old loves the class. My 2 year old was scared, but the other children in that group seemed to have fun. The facility is clean and well designed. Original Review: We pre-paid for 4 classes for each of our kids here. Unfortunately, the kids got sick and couldn't make the last two lessons. We were told we could schedule make up lessons at any time, but that was a lie. They will not let us schedule those classes, unless we pay for another entire month of classes. If you want to have your kids do lessons every week year round, this place may work for you. If you want to do any shorter duration of time, I highly recommend against Aqua-tots.

Amazing staff and coaches, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Swimming coaches are amazing with the kids and patient with them too as they are adjusting from leaving mommy and going on their own as some tend to cry but they always handle our little ones so well love this swim school !

Overall I had a good experience with my daughter's progress at Aquatots, Auburn hills, that's why we prefer coming here even though it's far for us. All the coach we have had till far are all friendly and good at what they do. It's just that we ask at the front desk everytime after my daughter graduates to a new level, if its possible to get our choice of instructors, with whom she has already taken classes and is super comfortable with.

Wonderful place to have your child learn to swim. The coaches are patient and worked at the speed which my child needed. Absolutely recommend!

Great place for your kids to learn to swim! The staff is really nice. And they just did "Trunk or Treat" for all the kids that take lessons there.

They keep the kids waiting on the swimming pool board almost all the time. It's a swimming class with no swimming. They don't have enough instructors for all the kids they put in the swimming pool, so the kids are mostly waiting and freezing outside the water. The swimming cards are not updated frequently, and the instructors don't know the level of the kid that they put in each class. It's really frustrating. Moving my kid to another school.
