I had a level 2 stylist and student tag team my wash, haircut and dry. Wish Alyssa was more aggressive with cutting my split ends vs starting my hair/jumping to her other client since I’m a new client in her chair. Cost $48 for the trim and style. Was in and out in 40 minutes.

The staff here are amazing! I see Nicole for my facials and coty for my massages and they are very talented! Alyssa recently did my hair and I've never looked better my hair is so soft and smooth!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this time it is absolutely necessary! I need everyone to hear about my experience with Extension Expert, Natasha Djelaj. To give you some background, I am 26 years old and I have thin, shoulder length hair that doesn’t seem to grow any longer. To add to that, my hair has been thinning in the front center for the last 5 years (thanks family heredity). My hair has been pretty much the only real insecurity I have had since childhood. I have seen countess dermatologists and hair specialists, I’ve tried a large range of hair “thickening” and “growth stimulating” products, from Biotin to actual 3 inch-needle scalp shots (yes- there’s such thing), but all with no prevail. I really thought my only hope would be to spend a ridiculous amount of money traveling across the world to see a world class hair specialist. Luckily for me, she was actually only 5 miles away! I came across Natasha while looking for a new NAIL SALON. I saw her name so many times I had to check her out. So, I searched Instagram until I found her page LOL. I made a consultation that day and saw her the following week. Natasha explained the entire process from start to finish and kept bouncing ideas back and forth with me until we found the best solution for my hair. She educated me about every step of way including pricing. Her honesty and genuine concern made me feel as if we were friends although we just met. I came back a couple weeks later for my application appointment and man was it an even BETTER experience. She had a coffee ready for me from Tim Hortons and a couple snacks. Her area was clean and organized with my extensions already prepped. We spent the entire time talking and laughing and getting to know each other. ALL WHILE WORKING ON MY HAIR METICULOUSLY. She made sure she customized the bonds to blend in perfectly with my hair length and texture. My appointment was everything she mentioned in the consult, and more. I now have had my extensions in for about 1 month and it still looks and feels AMAZING, just like Natasha said:) In the beauty field it is extremely difficult to find someone who really cares about you and not about the dollar amount. Let me tell you, I have never felt so happy and confident about an investment in my life. Natasha helped me feel more confident about myself, and THAT is priceless. That’s what many women don’t understand – you are not just investing in the product/service- you are equally investing in the person providing it. Which is why it is crucial to make sure that person is the real deal, and I wrote this to inform all women that whatever Natasha does for you will be of highest quality. Thank you x1000 Natasha! When I lived in the area, I always got my hair done by Sam. She is amazing and so friendly. I moved out of state, and came back to the area for my wedding and got my body waxed with Jess and she made feel so comfortable with it being my first time. I love coming here when I am in the area!

My massage therapist Coty, though small in stature, is amazingly strong and therapeutic! I've never felt so amazing after a deep tissue massage. 100% you will leave happy.

Kelsey is amazing!!! If you’re looking for someone who’s very experienced and has a lot of knowledge about color then I highly recommend her! Not to mention she’s very cool and friendly; I have a great time chatting with her each time I’m in. The cleanliness, ambiance, and staff are outstanding as well everyone’s so kind and pleasant, 10/10!! 😊

Nicole does a great job! I've been getting facials monthly from her & always leave feeling so clean, hydrated & refreshed :) She customizes the facial for my needs & skin type & definitely knows her stuff! So happy to go to someone who is passionate about what they do & teaches me along the way :)

I've had a few different facials with one of their estheticians, Janine, and they were all amazing! I have gotten a lot in my life and she's def one of the best! I also most recently got a chemical peel and she was really careful not do too much of a treatment for my first time. Janine is accommodating with scheduling and I loved the way my skin glowed and felt for days after my facial. She uses top line products and doesn't skimp on your treatments. Definitely recommend!! The salon is really nice, too.

I had the pleasure of having Nicole for my facial and lash lift. What a wonderful experience I had with both services. She has a wonderful professional personality and explains all the products being used. My skin felt radiant after the facial. The lash lift & tint Was painless and makes me look bright and awake without any daily make up. I will be visiting again soon and regularly.

Do not go to this salon if you have short hair! I decided to try De Jolie based on positive reviews. I made an appointment online and was assigned a stylist, Marissa. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment, and was told to take a seat. After waiting 10 minutes after my appointment time, someone came up to me and informed me that my stylist was finishing up and it would be just a few more minutes. I did notice that prior to speaking with me, she was talking to a stylist and they were looking at me so I assumed the girl was my stylist. After waiting almost 20 minutes after my appointment time, I went to the front desk and said I was canceling my appointment. I was then told by the receptionist that the stylist assigned to me, didn’t feel comfortable cutting short hair, and that the salon was trying to find a different stylist. When asked why I wasn’t told this 10 minutes ago they said they were trying to do “damage control” and that I would’ve been told later. I’m not sure how anyone can graduate from cosmetology school and not feel comfortable cutting all types of hair. Please use this review as a word of caution. If you have mature hair, you may want to go to a different salon and avoid this establishment at all cost!
