I completed a hands-on clinical rotation with Dr.Saad and his team during the month of September 2023. The communication with the team was fantastic since day one! The positive impact the members of the clinic have on the community is extremely obvious. Not only does the team dedicate a lot of time to their patients, but they also focus on the educational aspect for the rotating students. You're able to develop lasting clinical skills such as preparing SOAP notes, performing physical exams, and effectively presenting patients to preceptors, among many others. It has been an absolute pleasure to rotate under the supervision of Dr.Saad and I highly recommend this clinic to others seeking a hands-on rotation!

Super professional & friendly. The ladies that I check in and out with are so sweet. I’ve never had an issue with appointments or walk ins. And most importantly no waiting for hours like the other places, I’ve been left in the room before at another facility ( I won’t mention names) they literally forgot I was there. Hour waiting in the Lobby then completely forgotten about in the exam room. At Dr. Saad’s office from check in to walking out with prescription 45 minutes. You can’t get that anywhere else!

From the beginning of the appointment, Dr. Nour Hemade showed incredible compassion and understanding. They explained the treatment process in a clear and thorough manner, making sure I fully understood all my options throughout the entire process. Additionally, I had the pleasure of interacting with Dr. Abdulhassan Saad, who ensured that I received the necessary healthcare. I would highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient for almost 7 years. Over the years I’ve never had any issues with any doctors or staff. Everyone is professional and caring. They are very helpful when it comes to actually figuring out different medical issues they never have pushed it off and ignored any concerns I’ve had. The staff is quick to take care of any paperwork that may be needed as well. If you’re looking for a good Internal Medicine Doctor or Substance Abuse Treatment this is a great place to get either or both types of medical care.

It was an honor to intern under Dr Saad, NP Christine Hazime and PA Kailyn Angelakos at First Patient Clinic located at 6500 Schaefer Road. I had acquired an immense amount of knowledge and hands-on clinical experience during my tenure with him. Dr Saad, with all his professionalism, never ceased to inspire me with his knowledge, interpersonal skills and passion for his work. I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident as the staff have been kind and approachable. Beyond acquiring a lot of clinical knowledge, I have come to the realization that my clinical intuition in my clinical practice has enhanced greatly. Overall, it was a great experience. I worked with several other locations prior to Dr Saad’s clinic. This was the best I have worked with. The set up was first class. Trainee’s were allowed to see patients and charts using encrypted systems that were HIPAA compliant. We worked in teams with one in person and one online trainee. This allowed you to see different perspectives in how to interview patients. It was great to see the different ways of doing things from similar experiences. The staff then came into the clinic room to interview patients which offered similar expert comparisons. Despite working in teams the staff also gave us time to work independently to hone our skills. The staff were professional and took great care of trainees and patients.

I had the privilege of completing my rotation with Dr. Saad, and I can confidently say that he is an exceptional attending physician. His enthusiasm and generosity are truly uplifting, making the experience incredibly rewarding. Out of all my rotations, this one stood out as the best. Dr. Saad provided me with extensive hands-on experience and entrusted me with full patient responsibilities, which greatly enhanced my learning. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such a supportive and skilled mentor like Dr. Saad.
