The service is great and very friendly my wife is in a wheelchair and they got the door for us. I had some card issues and they were very kind in helping me resolve them. The food is amazing if you haven't had the Cholula hot and sweet chicken I would strongly recommend it. I would have given five stars for the atmosphere but there are some dirty spots on the counters and on the floor but other than that very clean and good service and food. Keep it up guys and gals

Ordered the kids nachos and when I picked it up, I asked about chips since I didn’t see them in the bag. The teenager that was standing there said the chips have to be ordered on the side, otherwise they go in the bowl. This has never been the case. We have been ordering the kids nachos from this location for years now and we have never got the chips IN the bowl. I decided to roll with it anyway knowing my child was going to be upset. Then I got home and what we received was an absolute joke of a meal. Mostly chips in a bowl with a squirt of sour cream and pico.

You know I've been trying to make this location work, but after years of subpar practices, I have to say I'm done. I don't want to drive 15mins for a better Qdoba. This store closes early, turns off online orders, makes subs when they don't have something without asking. It is purely the staff that kills this place. Maybe they should hire like Tropical Smoothie.

My granddaughter and I came in for early dinner, the service was fine. She was very patient with us we had never been. The choice's were many, and the steak and veggies I added was on target. My burrito was so huge for the money that I literally ate half Fri eve. And the other half on Saturday for lunch.

DISGUSTING! Didn’t wanna make more queso even though they had a line of people and didn’t close for another hour. The lady in the black shirt needs to be fired. I’m gonna escalate it further and call corporate to watch cameras. UNACCEPTABLE.

So I spent all day in the hospital not being able to eat, I got out late, got to Qdoba 30 mins before they closed. The workers already had all the utensils cleaned up but I thought no biggie, I’ll just deal with them scooping my stuff by hand or with a little ramekin then I get to the car and everything is super cold, look through my history of reviews, I never say anything is cold. This made me super bummed man. Went to go back in the store, at 9:40 and they have the door locked. Lame. I get wanting to get out of work, but if you have posted time open until 10pm have your quality reflect that or just close earlier.

Took a friend of mine, new to the states, who had never been to QDOBA before. I'm a huge QDOBA fan. The woman that made our burritoes was amazingly friendly, so that was terrific. However, 4p and out of guacamole ????? I'm not about to say I'll never be back but I doubt my friend will be !

Always get a receipt. I didn’t, suspected I was correctly charged for two entree combos at $33 after 15% tip. Next day I found I was charged $63.89. Infuriated that I left a tip to the people that stole from me. Contacted Qdoba customer service but have no resolution days after the fact.

Brendan and Alli absolutely delightful. This is my first time at the Ann Arbor location with a client for lunch on Zeeb Rd! Location is clean atmosphere is upbeat. A huge shout out to Brenden and Alli!!

Normally the food is decent, but lately the flavors of some ingredients haven't been the same. Decided to give it a try again today and the person making my burrito used the tortilla to squish everything around and mix it. She squished so much that the tortilla broke. She put it in a new one, but it was still not like anything I've gotten there before. Checked out, and the guy ringing people up told me I was good to go, but didn't give me my food. I asked for it, and he just handed me the burrito, no bag or anything (is that normal now? Maybe it is, but the squishy burrito was a bit awkward to carry). Got it home, and everything in the burrito tasted and smelled like citrus. The only thing I can think it would be is maybe the guacamole had extra citrus? I don't think it would have been an issue if it hadn't been smashed together repeatedly, but it ruined the flavor. Not going back.
