😠 Would not recommend this company for service. Not organized poor communication. Booked a video session with a counselor Mylinda Shavonne.     After waiting since the 17th for my package to be delivered, it has been on a truck for delivery 3 different days now, then taken back to the facility for one reason or another. Yesterday I was told I couldn't go pick it up because it wasn't available for pick up and was on a truck to be delivered today. Today, after it didn't come and I called customer service again, I was told that the driver tried to deliver it, but it never got put on the truck. I was given the option to go pick it up. I drove there to pick it up and was told it's in a locked container so I can't get it... at this point I don't actually believe they know where it is at all.

    Would not recommend this company for service. Not organized poor communication. Booked a video session with a counselor Mylinda Shavonne. Then today scheduled another appointment with Neil Kosofsky next day. Explain to the Rep what happened with Mylinda Shavonne, she begins to tells me this happens a lot with that counselor , unreal. Get a call same day but later in the evening. Representative tells me they’re sorry they didn’t realize Neil Kosofsky had an another appointment booked in my time slot already . Was unable to find a day to best fit my schedule. So twice I was unable to book or get the service that was needed. Definitely was a sign to not book any appointments with this company. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Such an inconvenience. Try any place but here please.

    I wish I could give zero stars!!! I have 2 items that have shown as on the truck for delivery for 5 days now. I have talked to two supervisors whom both guaranteed next day delivery which was day 4. Now I can't even get a return call. GREAT WAY OF DOING BUSINESS!!!!

    Would never recommend. My package was supposed to come today requires signature nobody ever showed up at all but they claim they did. Says specifically it will be delivered on next business day however on the tracking it says it wont be delivered for another 2 days from today already been 3 days note I got 2 day shipping. Lake Orion is 30 minutes away how does this make any logical sense whatsoever. I could not get ahold of anyone that works at fedex that is a human for the life of me. I have had this happen countless times with fedex. Do not do recommend.

    Do Not bother to call! Never had a service. I canceled my appointment because my daughter didn't want a virtual session; however, they are wanting me to pay. I spent 20 minutes explaining this to the billing department, and yet they send me an email to pay. What a joke of a place. A scam practice!

    Supposed to have item come Wednesday. My friend ordered same thing 16 hours after me and lives 3 miles down road. He got his Wednesday. Called and called, they swear it’s on a truck for today (Thursday) but tracking shows it hasn’t left building. They either broke or stole my new tv, guaranteed. It won’t be here today (a day late already) and I’m sure I won’t ever see the delivery. THANKFULLY my other package that was shipped via FedEx has already been handed to USPS from the Belleville location so that package I’ll receive. Enjoy my 50” tv. I’ve already been in contact with the corporate office in TN. Get ready for the big guys to come to town to fix this branch.

    I highly recommend this group! Robyn Gothelf is absolutely amazing. Her techniques will challenge you but if you put in the effort too it will most definitely help. She has helped change my life. Make the call.

    I had a horrible experience with this place towards the end. I just experienced a shooting at my university, MSU, and I reached out to my therapist to see when next she would be available for an appointment. I explained to her clearly what had just occurred. Her response was, "I have no openings this week." No empathy. No saying when she would next be free. Nothing. Absolutely horrific

    I have a valuable package that left Perrysburg at 1:00 am , it only takes 8 hrs from Perrysburg OH to where I live. It should of already been to the Lake Orion building already to where my package as stated that it would be here between 9:10 am to 12:20 pm. Its 1:52 pm still not here. Talked to an agent after waiting a long time who was from another country who's English wasn't that great, she first said that it was in transit and hasn't been to the Lake Orion building to where its gets updated anyways I told her its only 8 hrs from Perrysburg OH to where I live and probably by a few minutes less to go to Lake Orion. I already seen a FedEx truck go by around 11 am and my camera records everything that goes by. Its like she was telling me one thing then she tells me that it isn't on the truck that it won't be delivered today that it would be delivered the next business day which would be Monday. Now how would she know that if it hasn't been to Lake Orion to be updated to where she would know especially how she says it isn't on the truck,what she has ESP . Geez shouldn't have these call centers in foreign countries their English isn't that great. So she tells me it would be here today at 8 pm then I get upset because she just told me something different then she goes back to saying its not on the truck it will be delivered Monday. Once again how would she know if the truck hasn't been to Lake Orion to be updated on when its going to be here today or not when she repeatedly said its in transit...I was furious with her because she kept saying one thing then something else then back to what she was saying from the beginning like she didn't know anything but yet she acted like she did... Your company has had many complaints throughout the years and a very low school you would think that your company would rectify it but no it didn't happen. It should be about the customers but you failed miserably on that. My package better not be stolen with everything that is going on, thieves walking around that think they can do whatever they want bc they won't be put in jail because of the virus and they think they can go around and kidnap kids too, which is why things are so bad right now that and everything else that people can just do horrible things .I better get my package TODAY!!!! JULY 24TH 2020!!!!!!!!

    Took a day off work to receive a large package. Package sat at this location for (5) days with no updates. Cannot ever reach a live person to find out if pick up is available. Through their online options I have to pick up at another location, I'm guessing it will only take several more days to make it there. Fedex is the worst!

    Called customer service they told me that my package as ready for pickup at this FedEx location any time before 8. I proceeded to drive an hour out to pick up my package from them, only to be told it won’t be ready until tomorrow.

    I worked one day here, was not physically able to do this for 8-9 hrs a day. Part-time? No breaks? No lunch? No thanks! So what do they do? They won't pay me! Going through a process now with mesc. They returned my emails, will not answer the phone, ghosted! Pos company!

    A logistics company that apparently has poor to no means of tracking a package. Scheduled for delivery then apparently vanished from the earth ... wait 7 days then make a claim. How about use your system and people to find it and deliver it. UPS next time and I will recommend the retailer do the same

    Purely based on the administration, this place is so unorganized. I've had several appointments canceled for several given reasons: the therapist they booked me with is not taking children, the therapist cannot make the appointment time THEY gave me (this happened twice). If they can't even handle making and keeping an appointment, I'm certainly not going to trust them with my son.

    Christopher Harris is the greatest counselor I have ever had. His unique combination of analytical and emotional counselling is exactly what I needed. Half of my session feels like a college lecture from a professor and I learn amazing skills, concepts, and philosophies. The other half is emotional enough to the point where I feel I am able to let things grow and continue growing as a person. Highly recommend Great Lakes, Christopher Harris, and Nicole Griffith!

    Will never use again. Package has been oit for delivery for a week. Then in transit for days from lake orion to Clarkston! I was supossed to receive a call back within 2 hours didn't happen. Called agin the next day and they didn't know where it was or what was going on. Sticking with Ups and Amazon.

    My Package is showing in transit since 16 July 2020. Want to reach local ground facility if I can identify my package from lost or damaged packages but no help granted till now I have 3 packages sent on same day. 2 delivered but 1 still shows at lake orion. I want my package which is residing in warehouse and your simply declared lost. Driver picked all 3 packages then how out of 3 my 1 package is lost. There is no proper information provided for this package in tracking information as well.

    Unable to reach a representative for the location. Package status unreliable. Next promise date for delivery will mark 4 full days in the back of a truck. Package has been local (30 minutes away) for 2 days already. **Update** Missed the rescheduled date _again_. FedEx driver lied on status update stating "Delivery attempted - Customer moved. Please contact Amazon with the correct address information." Not only is it the identical address used on a delivery recieved from FedEx last week, but I was home watching for the truck all day. Never came. Shame on you and your drivers FedEx.

    Ordered a product from pyramid Air at the mich. Ohio border about a three hr. drive from my home Fedex has had on truck out for delivery for three days now and the worst customer service ever done with this delivery service worst in the U.S. (fedex lake Orion mi.)

    Package took two days to get from Texas to Michigan. Now spent 3 days in local shipping to go the last 45 minutes to delivery. Customer service has promised delivery for two days and no package delivered.

    I have been trying to get a hold of someone that actually feels like doing their job for 2 days now. My Packages were scheduled to be delivered Wednesday then got delayed to be delivered Friday, 3 out of the 4 packages were delivered Friday and the last one.... is apparently sitting in Lake Orion but no one can seem to answer that they have it or when I can pick it up. Did i mention I have been on the phone literally the last 4 hours and every time a new person answers I get different information. SO AGGRAVATING! Now, they are telling me I have to wait another 7 days for them to tell me if my package is even at the Lake Orion facility. WOW.... no words!

    Im sure employees had to fill out some kind of paperwork when they were hired. Why is it that the delivery person that delivers to my house cant read? Theres even a sign that says do not deliver packages hear, deliver to the door at the driveway. I guess theres to may letters to figure out. Its not like there was halloween decorations blocking the door making it impossible for anyone to actually use It but there was my package directly under the very visible sign nestled between decorations my kids spent hours making..... Its not the first time or the thirtieth, but every time. Only fedex fails, UPS drivers can read so can USPS. Maybe i need to make the sign bigger and use pictures instead.

    My package was held hostage at my local facility for 4 days beyond the original delivery date. No status updates, no explanation from associates and no way for me to pick it up myself. Finally when the stars updated yo on truck for delivery, it changed 30 minutes later to delivery the next day. Again no help from associates, was disconnected during transfers and no explanation for why my package is not being delivered. I still don't have it and don't know when I will receive it.

    Horrid experience, I have never had more trouble with freight and rerouting shipment as I've had with this group of people. Sad that they are so big. Literally all I needed was my medicine and they were supposed to one night it but missed my stop some how and the driver wasn't willing to cycle back around. They never even left a slip so I'm a bit iritated

    Disgusting. The supposed therapists are new, lacking common psychological knowledge, with puny arts degrees in place of a social work or counseling degree. Disgusting, inhumane, low-level IQ facility with no empathy or sympathy for those with problems beyond the cute, romanticized surface level depression and anxiety. Should be shut down. Waste of time. Only go here if you want to get worse.

    Quite an amazing place. I haven’t done much with a therapist before, but since I am experiencing a divorce, I thought this would be a good thing to explore. I wanted a place nearby, found them on a web search, and selected Teresa based on what my needs are, and what she specializes in. First impression... WOW! Like I said I haven’t been in many therapists offices before, but this one is like something out of the future. Super modern with an automated sign in kiosk. I read online that this group began in the Clarkston, Michigan area, and has grown to 10 locations, and I can see why. They are creating a new standard, which sets them apart from any others I’ve ever seen. The way they integrate technology into their practice is awesome. The option for scheduling, text messaging, email, electronica payments… etc. is impressive. And the best part of this technology is, it’s all secure! The therapy rooms are really nice, with comfortable chairs and couches, in a modern environment. Although I’ve only been once, my therapist was very professional, and experienced. I’m glad I found this practice, and look forward to my journey.

    My shipment was scheduled to be here and it has been sitting Lake Orion facility since early Tuesday morning. Today is now Friday and now I'm being told its not coming until Monday. Lake Orion is only about 20 - 30 minutes from me. WHY IS THIS TAKING SO LONG!!!! It was supposed to be here July 12th....

    I would have given him a five-star if they took my insurance. But since I got to pay out of pocket LOL my therapist is definitely worth it! I wish that it wasn't all online anymore but with the world the way it is today it seems that's what everybody's converting over to. My therapist recently switched over to this group and I have followed her here because she is absolutely amazing! Her name is Kendra Baumgarthner.

    No one was home to sign for the delivery the first time they tried to deliver my package. They said they would try again the next business day so I took the day off work so I could sit and wait for it all day and guess what? It never came. Trying to talk to a real human on the phone is impossible. I will never order anything again that will be shipped via FedEx. Just a terrible piss poor company In my opinion.

    Need to contact local facility for my package but no details have been shared everyone is delegating calls but no one transfer to local facility. This station has misplaced and later marked my package as lost. This has happened second time. Worst service

    Would like to give Fed Ex zero stars. First two attempts did not deliver because they could not find our address. The third try, our 90 lb package was delivered to a house 3 acres away and across the street. Addresses are not even close!! Called customer service after the first two failed attempts and they said they had no way to contact the driver! So customer service gets a zero also.

    The worst delivery experience I have ever had. Was supposed to drop off a large package on August 4th that did NOT require a signature - instead, left a tag on my door stating that they missed me & needed a signature, and did not leave the package. Marked on the tracking information that "inclement local weather" was the reason for no delivery, and that they'd deliver the next day. On August 5th, I placed my signed door tag on the door just in case I missed the driver, and got up to check the door every few minutes (for an hour, while I was working) to ensure I didn't miss them. The driver finally showed up, but by the time I got downstairs & opened the front door, the truck left and didn't leave my package OR give a new tag. The tracking information now says that the package was not delivered and there is NO reason for the lack of delivery. I have spoken to 5 different customer service representatives, all who have given me different information - except for 2 who correctly told me that my package didn't need to be signed for, and that they were also confused as to why the driver did that. I have wasted over 2 hours today trying to intercept this package, and will have to waste more time tomorrow trying to do the same thing. I am on the phone with another representative now, who is giving me the phone number for the corporate office. Absolutely awful experience.

    Same as most reviews. Tracking said, "on vehicle for delivery" and didn't arrive until three days later. I believe this happens for weekend deliveries. Very dissatisfied. Tracker should reflect reality.

    I was expecting a delivery a week ago. I was looking out my window and seen the FedEx driver go next door and deliver MY package- I had to open my window and tell at them that they were delivering it to the wrong address. God forbid they actually looked at the street address on the FRONT of the houses. They did bring my package to me but didnt stick around to be confronted with their ignorance. Poor delivery sevice.

    Their driver destroyed my property and irrigation by driving into my yard. The driver then dropped the packages on the driveway in the middle of the rain and left with out notice. Hold times on the phone over half an hour. Very disappointing. **Update** Although it took quite some time FedEx did end up covering the costs associated to the damage. I bumped it from 1 star to 3 for that.

    They were recommended by My EAP. I’m so glad that they were, very professional, attentive, listen well, provided tools to deal with symptoms. Great experience. I would definitely recommend.

    Beyond HORIBLE experience. Sitting in this Lake Orion facility since July 20 (today August 14). MULTIPLE phone calls to Fedex and vendor with no luck. Product is scanned nearly every day but is never loaded on a truck. Fedex customer service takes my phone number and promises to call back for scheduled pick up at their facility (three separate service reps on three separate calls), but I never get a return call. Customer service and local FedEx drivers in my neighborhood told me the Lake Orion facility is the WORST...GOOD LUCK!

    The therapy has been okay, few complaints there. But this organization as a whole has been horrible. Not LGBTQ friendly. I am constantly deadnamed, misgendered, and harassed by their billing system. Repeated requests for correction have resulted in nothing. They don’t send you a bill, or even a notice that you have a bill. Then they start sending harassing emails and text messages asking why you haven’t paid, when you then use the link to login, it seems those harassing messages start just a few days after the date their system shows you were notified. Every time you pay, it tries to force you to accept autopay. Maybe if they got my contact information right I’d get a bill. Who knows? We’re finding somewhere else to go, solely because of their internal systems. I do not recommend - at all.

    This is my very first review of anything ever, but I’m still so upset I just had to warn people not to waste their time. I made an appointment at the office for 7 pm. I show up early, check in , and wait. 20 minutes go by and still not getting pulled back. I give the therapist the benefit of the doubt, maybe the person before me was having a rough time and she was tied up with them helping. There’s a sign on the table to call if your appointment time goes past 15 minutes so after 1 whole hour of waiting I finally call. The woman says she’s gonna check and be right back, first thing she says when she comes back is “so you can go ahead and go home”. Apparently the therapist called earlier in the day to the company to cancel my appointment due to “being sick” and they didn’t have time to reach me to tell me. My appointment was at 7 pm, I have been here for an hour, they sent me MULTIPLE texts throughout the day reminding me of the appointment and for confirmation so I have an extremely hard time believing the story. It took ALOT for me to come to the appointment. To sit there for an hour waiting for someone who isn’t even there? Absolutely unprofessional. i should also add another gentleman was waiting with me, he gave up waiting after 40 minutes for his appointment as well. I should have read the reviews before scheduling but my doctor recommended this place so I didn’t think about it. Please reconsider this place.
