I found this place on Twitter believe it or not while looking for a Covid vaccine. Man, what a gem. Walked up, no appt., and was done in 45 minutes. Every single worker/volunteer I dealt with was friendly and courageous. Top notch professional place.

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about Access. Every single staff member was so friendly and efficient. I arrived to get a Covid shot on Monday, and they got me in and out of there in record time. Highly recommend!

This clinic is very professional and the people that are serving/ volunteers are totally awesome ! I had gone for a walk in Covid 19 vaccine and from start to finish everything was done in 40 minutes. They are truly outstanding, every single one of them at Access ! Serving the community and the people of Michigan, the Access clinic have done a terrific job and needs to be recognized for the job well done !! These people are truly Awesome, may God bless each and all of you abundantly.

I have been going here for three years. They are so caring and attentive that I could never want to go anywhere else. Many reviews have said that they make you feel like family. That is exactly how it feels. Dr, Amanda Minich is a the best doctor I have ever had without a doubt. The entire staff are just amazing.

Dr. Kennard is the best and deserves a raise! He really cares for the patients and takes his time to get to the issue at hand. LOVED the service here and wish I could give it 10 stars for my experience! Thank you again Dr. Kennard. Will be back.

I can sit here for days and days and that still wouldn’t be enough time to say ALL of the nice things I want to say about this Amazing clinic. All of the front desk ladies and I mean ALL including their manager Jessica and some other ladies that I don’t know their names oh and the pharmacist the older lady who’s is always so carrying and so personal and just amazing. Even the medical staff like the guys that check people in and the lab staff they are all so amazing and I do not mind driving an hour in traffic and God knows I hate traffic, just to make sure I get the proposer care . I had a doctor 5 minutes from my home and I will NEVER ever go anywhere else but Access Medical in Dearborn and access mental health. There is a lady name Reem at the mental health clinic who goes above and beyond to help ke and accommodate my son my husband and myself. So if anyone is reading this and is looking for great health care pleaser go to Access and let the amazing people make you feel like family and human beings. I have switched my husband and my son there. Thank you to all of the staff at both medical and mental health for taking great care of me and my family. Great doctors office. I took my 4 kids there to get their immunizations and physicals and it was the best experience for my entire family. We were greeted with beautiful smiles and when I told them I was unable to financially pay, the supervisor Asmaa told me not to worry. Talk about great service. My family has found a new doctors office. Dr. Amanda was great with my children. I myself will be changing my doctor to her. I also went to their Halloween party. My kids had such a great time. So happy how much they care for our children.

I’ve been coming here for years and I feel like they’re my family. Sometimes when I’m sick and don’t have an appointment, I’ll just walk in and they take care of me. Dr. M listens to me, I like that. The staff are so friendly and I like how they are decorating the clinic on different holidays. I just think they need to put a tv and cable for us while we wait in the waiting room. But overall, my favorite clinic I’ve been too. I recommend it.

They have a good doctor her name is Rhonda she’s so kind so respectful so helpful And her stuff they are so kindI. I had one child with her and she was so helpful. When I was delivering my baby she was there for me . Thank you doctor Randa.🌹🌹

Initially liked it. Was able to get fast appointments. Staff was mostly friendly. Went to the ER for being sick and the doc said my pcp needed to run more labs. Came here for follow up was blown off and told just a sinus infection. Had to go to the ER again the next week who ran the extra labs that were needed and found out it was another infection - had to follow up with an HF specialist. When I came back here for a follow up they tried to give me un-needed meds that could have had negative effects. The HF doc said they were NOT necessary. Also not all staff wears gloves for blood draws. Ok for a basic patient care I think.
